Dr. Austin Adams performed a full face, brow, neck and eyelid lift for me on June 1, 2020. Today is June 3rd, and I am recovering as expected. Dr Adams and all of the staff that were involved have been very patient with me, answered my questions eagerly and kept me informed. I was told exactly what to expect along the way. Dr. Adams has a very positive, encouraging manner and has been a joy to work with. I'd say the same about the nurses and anesthesiologist. I think the final healed result is going to be very aesthetically pleasing. Their facility is clean and welcoming. Covid-19 precautions are being faithfully observed.

Dr Adams was amazing. I fell and needed a nasal reduction to correct a fracture. Throughout the entire process, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need corrective surgery. Top notch care.

I could not have had a more positive experience with Dr. Rousso and his team. Scheduling was seamless; I was clear on what the surgery would entail and what the projected outcome would be; I felt supported prior, during, and post surgery. This was a revision septoplasmic/rhinoplastic procedure, so I had been through the surgery with another surgeon before. My experience with Dr. Rousso was immeasurably better. He took the time to speak/meet with me multiple times, which had a tremendous impact on the ease I felt on the day of surgery. Like himself, Dr. Rousso surrounds himself with talented, compassionate colleagues. I especially appreciated Dr. Daraei. He did a hotel visit the night of my surgery and was exceptionally compassionate for the nerves I felt during the healing process. Rousso Facial Plastic Surgery is the best, and really only, option to consider.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Every staff member from the scheduling coordinator to Dr. Rousso, to especially my Dr., Dr. Adams treated me (and is continuing to treat me ) with the upmost care and respect. Every time I go, I am made to feel like a I am the most important patient they have, like I'm a celebrity, and I know they make every patient feel the same way. I'm actually sad that my treatment and recovery is coming to an end because I love going there so much! Needless to say, I'm thinking of something else I can have done just to be a part of this wonderful group of people again. Dr. Adams is a very skilled, warm and understanding doctor. If you decide to go with this group you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Adams was amazing! He made me feel so comfortable. He really took the time to explain various treatments with me that I had been curious about. He was very positive and upbeat, never once did he seem annoyed with my questions. Im 33 (never had any treatments of any kind before) and just started noticing fine lines and crows feet. I inquired about Botox, chemical peel, fillers, etc. He went through all of it. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want or need. Actually, I think I left with less than I expected. We only ended up doing botox around the brows and eyes. I look and feel so much better. And most importantly I feel like I found a doctor I can trust and who is kind to me. Thank you, Dr. Adams!
