Trina Morgan, the lab technician at this facility, needs to have a serious lesson on bedside manner. She is rude and unprofessional and makes this establishment look HORRIBLE!!!!! She uses profanity in front of patients, refuses services, complains endlessly about her OWN time management skills and belittles her fellow employees. Something needs to be done!!!! I would not be surprised if patients transferred services to another clinic just to avoid this woman! The ladies at the front desk are as nice as can be and profusely apologized on behalf of this woman. THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE THIS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT POST IF I DIDN'T CHOOSE AT LEAST ONE.
