The dental assistant and receptionist made a great impression by taking my childs concern for her stuff animals toothache into consideration and checking her out too. Dr.Murdoch was so kind and patient with him and took the time to make sure that my son was comfortable and at ease throughout the whole procedure and Lauren was great at keeping his spirits up and kept him laughing! I have to say hands down this is the best most relaxed dental visit Ive ever experienced in my entire life. I got a root canal build up and the manner in which they worked was painless and believe or or not entertaining. I forgot his name but he is very entertaining which made my time there feel more easy going and his assistant was amazing as well. Very sweet and sarcastically funny and literally occupied my mind on any available downtime so I didnt get a chance to get worked up about what was about to be done to me! That matters! I dont remember her name but if you meet a woman from Beaumont, TX shes a valuable asset at that already flawless dentistry! Only complaint I have is I wish this office was local to me being from out of state but what can I do?! I would always go here!

Had my teeth cleaned by Megan who struck me as very competent and she was quite friendly as well. She has good hands and I didn't feel like I had any real discomfort throughout the cleaning. Dr Murdock explained things well to me and made me feel confident that I was receiving good care. The front office staff were friendly and personable. A great experience! Thanks so much:)

I arrived exactly at my appointment time. They were running about 15 minutes behind. Which was not a problem for me. There office has a tv n even better a wonderful bay view. So if you have wait time I believe its a pleasant spot to do so. The receptionist kindly came out from behind the desk and gave me a $5 gift card for having to wait. Every time I have been there in the last 3 years everyone has always been genuinely nice and very professional. The receptionists, hygienist and dentist. I go back because its a comfortable visit at the desk and in the chair. I highly recommend Bridgeview Dental.
