The Dr. Was nice, the staff not so much. I asked the front desk if there was anywhere I could change my son. She informed me I could do it on the bathroom floor or my car. I then went next door to see if I could change him there, with no luck. With the spacious countertop they had I decided it was a good spot. (The other patients didn't mind as I asked them to make sure.) So in the midst of changing him another lady came up to me and said i couldn't do that there and they would have accommodated me. I informed her i already asked for a spot, she stood there arguing with me and she literally put her hand in my face a wherever. I could only imagine if I had to breastfeed my son in there.

I love Dr. Bailey, I can breathe now! After 3 years of other doctors and many tests etc, Dr. Bailey went right to the root of the problem and quickly resolved it with surgery. He and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Bailey is an incredibly talented surgeon. Highly respected by his peers in the medical community as being a top notch, thorough and detailed surgeon. Dr. Bailey is also a former Army doctor. Dr. Bailey has just performed a total thyroidectomy on me. His attention to detail and providing me with information I need is unsurpassed by any surgeon who has ever treated me in the past. I would consider myself very lucky to have found or to be referred to Dr. Bailey. His staff is just as superb as he is. Amazing to have his talent in our little city.

I was very nervous going to see Dr Bailey as i had a horrible experience with another ENT. The nurse that brought me to exam room asked a lot of questions and I feel she listened to me. Then the doctor came in and thanked me for bringing in my records and he said he read them. I am sure he did too. I feel good after my visit. He asked many questions, answered many questions. He found some small problems that he wanted to take care,of before surgery (he is taking my entire thyroid out) so he gave me tips on how to take care of them. I feel confident I found a great doctor. Yes I would recommend him.

Ive never felt more disrespected and belittled then I have going to this awful place. I waited over two hours just for this Dr. Richard Bailey to refuse to do my biopsy which I had a referral for. He basically told me he could do nothing and to go back to my primary care physician and get more thyroid test done rather than do the biopsy I was referred for. After waiting just to see him for 2 1/2 hours he was rude to me, and and didnt much care for what I had to say about my health. I would never recommend this place or this doctor to anyone who needed any help with their medical care.

Dr Bailey took my tonsils out at age 38, he was very professional. My husband, and my parents also have seen him. Every diagnosis was 100% correct. He did not do surgery on my 80 yr old dad, even though that would fix his issue. He suggested alternative management, of which we still do. Now, I am considering returning for a consultation--- a minor elective procedure. I trust his opinion.

Like my wife said, this doctor is amazing. While he may be blunt and to the point (Mr. black tongue), he has been a Godsend with our daughter and other kids. I'm an adult that can handle the truth. Heck, I'm a pretty big a-hole and I like Dr. Bailey. I've never, in all of our appointments and surgery, seen one speck of unprofessionalism.Thicken your skin, Mr. Black Tongue. You are a man, after all.

This place NEVER EVER answers the phone .. I dont understand how this place is still in business. So unprofessional . Its a shame we only have this opinion in town for children. This is seriously the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review. The reason I dont normally write reviews is because I try to have a understanding that things happen but seriously its pathetic How they NEVER answer the phone . I would understand if maybe they were busy or something but anytime Ive Had to deal with them because they did my sons tubes in his ears, they NEVER PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE ! Its sad because the DR is great , however he needs to realize that place is ruining him and his Rep ..

This Doctor is THE BEST ENT!!! He's removed 3 of my children's tonsils and adenoids with no future problems and he's very nice, professional, great bedside manner and my kids love him...Thank You Dr. Bailey, I am truly grateful for you helping my children...However, the female Philipino? ENT in Kingman is rude, uncaring and flakey. The male ENT in Kingman almost killed my daughter. Dr. Bailey is well worth the almost half hour drive to Bullhead.

Dr. Bailey has been really great with my son who has severe allergies to the point of needing surgery multiple times. He has referred him to specialists and I believe that makes him a good Dr. also.

Horrible. This is by far one of the worst, if not the worst doctor I have ever experienced. He has no desire to listen to his patients. I went to him and he told me I had nothing wrong with me. I had headaches, seizures and terrible pain behind my ear. I went to another doctor and had an MRI done and found I have MASTOIDITIS, which required long-term treatment with antibiotics. This doctor doesn't deserve the label of doctor. If you want someone to kill you, he's your guy.

Horrible uncaring prick (Dr. Bailey)...I went to my primary because i was having issues regarding my head and neck and a surprising new devolpment occured my tongue was black. I wish i could upload pictures and show you but my primary tried to do a scrapping and it wouldn't come off. Concerned she referred me to Dr. Bailey seeing that he also specializes in ear, nose and throat. The blackness went away and reoccured several times before i finally got in to see him. At the time off the appointment my tongue wasn't black but i had pictures to show him. My girlfriend came with me and it took about a half hour to fill out all the paper work. The paperwork ask a whole bunch of questions and seemed very thorough on the problem and my history. We waited awhile before we went back. The aid was really nice my girlfriend brought up my snoring and i was going to dismiss that but the aid said oh no we treat and see a lot of people for snoring here. Snoring is considered not normal. So I said I'd bring it up. Dr. Bailey came running in asked why i was here. I told him about my black tongue and he looked and said 'well your tongue is not black now so good news im going to live for a hundred years'. Dumbfounded that he just dismissed it the only other thing i can think of was to ask about snoring. He quickly answered 'oh that's just because of your weight you know that'. Now I'm husky but not overly large so even more shocked and insulted now. I looked at my girlfriend whos 125lb wet i said she snores is it because of her weight too? He shrugged and said oh its different for everyone! He was so rude and insulting not only to me but to the doctor that referred me. I've been in the medical field all my life and I have never met a worse doctor. I'm not blind i can see that my tongue is no longer black at the time but to not look or go over any of the paper work or give me any insight as to why it may have occurred or care about looking at pictures. Absolutely nothing it was just rediculous he didnt listen or care to anything we had to say. I walked out feeling worse and embarrassed. He dismissed everything and was only in the room maybe 3 whole min. Didnt even look at my ears or nose. I just warn anyone if you can go to someone else you DEFINITELY SHOULD. I would of given him no stars if I could. I ended up going to Dr. Nayer and doing a sleep study and it was found that there was something wrong and i stop breathing and i need a cpap machine while i sleep. I still have no idea why my tongue turned black. Wishing everyone good luck with their problem.
