This is not the Dr. you should consider! I'm no Dr., but I've had some problems after the operation. When it comes to medical professionals, I'm no expert in assessing their level of expertise. However, I do know business and business procedures. If you go here expect to receive the equivalent of a used car sales pitch. They will try as hard as they can to 'Sell You' on the procedure and the prospects of your insurance paying for that process. I have Blue Cross which will not pre-authorize the procedure, however they convinced me that it was very likely that it would be paid for by the insurance. After many questions about the expenses that I could expect they would only disclose the costs that the doctor would be charging. I will tell you now that this is only the beginning. You will have to pay for the surgery center ($1500), the Anesthesiologist ($1600) and the Doctor ($2300). This is not at all what we discussed before agreeing to the procedure. So, if you have Blue Cross or any other insurance that will not authorize the procedure in advance, you should not trust this doctor to have your best interest in mind. They are nothing but a used car sales shop that is only interested in selling you on the process. As for the results of my operation, I'm not so sure it was the best and I still have difficulties with my eyes.

After my eyelid surgery I've been very disappointed with the results. Nothing has been more disappointing that the office staffs determination to collect regardless of my insurance companies unwillingness to pay and the unhappiness with the results. The bottom line is that no matter how things turn out, you will be hounded to the ends of hell until you pay up! There are far better choices than this Dr. for your needs.

I was having a problem with severe dry eye which was affecting my vision and making me feel very insecure. Upon the initial visit he was able to let me know the cause of the problem and how to deal with it. While giving me several options he recommended putting a plug in my eye which I opted for and made all the difference within a couple of weeks my vision was perfect again and my eye great. He was very professional, explained care for my eyes, and answered all of my questions in a exceptional manner. I'm very thankful to him for that and for being a doctor who at first meet, makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and in good hands!!!!!

Dr. Heinz did an outstanding job of repairing the area under my left eye after basil cell cancer surgery. There was virtually no scarring .You have to really look hard to see that there was ever an issue. I would certainly recommend Dr. Heinz to anyone in need of restoration around the eye.

Dr. Heinz is a great oculoplastic surgeon. His staff are also highly professional and friendly. I came to Dr. Heinz with major problems in my eyelids created by another surgeon. Dr. Heinz provided me with realistic options and prognosis, and after a few visits performed revision surgery, which has greatly improved my situation. I wish I had gone to Dr. Heinz the first time. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable in oculoplasty, and treats his patients with care and caution, while exhibiting a sense of humor too. My situation is work in progress, but Dr. Heinz has helped me a lot already. He is one the best in his field, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking the kind of services I had needed.

Walked into the office, no front office staff present. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out and greet me. I was given paperwork to fill out. No one was to be found to take them from me. It took 25mins to get me checked in and give my paperwork to the correct provider. The lady that initially checked me in disappeared and I had to keep ringing the bell to get anyone to come out and merely explain to me whats going on. By that time, its had been 50mins. I was taken back to a room, no apologies offered, as if it was normal. There I was informed that Dr. Heinz had been dealing with an emergency and will not be able to see me for at least 30-40mins because he was waiting on a phone call. It wouldve been courteous of him to stop in and apologize or show that he cares about his new patient. Why wasnt I informed at check-in? I spent a total of an hour to be basically sent away. Terrible communication and customer service. As a medical office manager, I expected way better service. You decide, would you waste your time going to that office?

Dr. Heinz repaired my nose after another doctor removed a large and deep basal cell carcinoma. His work was so perfect that my dermatologist who saw me after the surgery asked if I had followed up with the surgeon. She couldn't even see that I had had surgery already! Beautiful work.

Dr Heinz did the 'patch up' work after Mohs surgery removed a basal cell carcinoma from my temple. After a relatively short healing period there was almost no scarring and now, over 2 years later, I can't even find the spot. I strongly recommend Dr Heinz for anyone needing this kind of procedure.

I was referred to Dr. Grant Heinz approximately 18 years ago for correction surgery on one of my eyelids. The eyelid has Ptosis and an ophthalmologist who had performed correction surgery had removed eyelid skin and my eyelid would not close properly. Dr. Heinz was phenomenal from that very first visit. He was, and continues to be, honest, kind and always treats you like you are a valued patient. He examined my eye and explained the issues and the treatment plan. I am soo happy to say that he corrected the lid and put my crease back! What a difference! About a year and 1/2 ago he performed a brow lift and I am thrilled with those results, he is awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heinz. And you will love his staff, they treat you like family!

I had basil cell cancer on my between my lip and nose and had mohs surgery done and they had to take 2 layers. There was a very big hole left in the area and Dr Heinz did a fantastic job closing it so the scar is barely visible. I truly thought I would be left with a horrific scar and was extremely pleased with the results. Very nice doctor and staff!

Dr. Heinz did amazing work repairing the aftermath of 3 different Moh's procedures performed to remove skin cancer from my face. The bridge of my nose required a large amount of tissue removal, which to myand the attending nurse's opinion, looked like skin grafts would be likely. Dr. Heinz not only was able tomake the repair using adjacent skin, the scarring was nearly invisible when the healing process wascomplete. The other 2 areas weren't as extensive and were repaired with little to no scarring. Should any further Moh's procedures be required in my future, Dr. Heinz will be my first choice to putthings back together.
