Dr. Olson and the staff made this entire process such a beautiful experience. From the moment I went in to my consultation and met Patti I knew I was in great hands, when Dr. Olsen came in, I knew he was my surgeon. I booked him that same day. I had never had surgery prior to this (crazy I know). The day of surgery was amazing, my nurse Stacey made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My anesthesiologist (Dr. Price) was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Olsons bedside manner was amazing, he called me that same night of surgery to check in on me. He was also available during the recovery period with any concerns that I had. My post op appt was 2 days later and Dr. Olsen and Robin were amazing at answering all of my questions. His staff ladies are hands down the best support and knowledge I have ever seen in a doctors office. They really do care about you and listen. They all have addressed my needy concerns and helped me though this process. I am 6 weeks post op and couldn't be happier with my results. I am still healing and kinda still a little tight. I called their office and his wonderful staff made me an appointment right away! He spoke to me for quite sometime and didn't rush me out the door. He even gave me a treatment after to break up some of the tissue just because I was concerned about it. I believe, I am very narrow and it will take me a little bit longer before I heal... I did multiple consults with different doctors and not one of them was as friendly and helpful as Dr. Olson. I never once felt rushed, he was very helpful and informative. The office staff are equally helpful and friendly. They return calls quickly. The check in for surgery process was smooth. My husband and I knew every step and what to expect. Amazing results! I went to Dr Olson to have breast tissue/fat removed from my underarms. It looked like I had fat armpits the size of a golf ball. After following another patients journey I was super excited! Currently at 6 weeks post op my scars are smooth and flat. And the most amazing part is how much my self esteem has improved. The staff was extremely nice too. I stopped by approximately 2-3 weeks after the surgery because I thought I pulled open my incision. I was immediately brought in and assured everything looked great. I had a procedure last year. Post operation, Two days later I went to my post operation appointmentI asked Dr. Olson for a refill on the pain medication. Dr. Olson made me feel truly ashamed and embarrassed by his demeanor and lecture. It was clear he thought, I was using his medication for recreation purposes. I never returned... And no one ever asked about my recovery. I literally could have died, and they would not have known.Grudgingly, I was still going to see Dr. Olson again because I was pleased with the outcome of my breast implant removal and lift. Unfortunately I missed my appointment this morning. When I called, the receptionist did not offer me another time; instead, I was met with coldness and irritation. I made this appointment three months ago. I never received a reminder or call. I could have been there in 5 minutes.... . I decided to call again to try and make another appointment. I explained to the person who answered the phone, that this was my second call and that the first person was rather rude. She then put me on hold for ten minutes, so I hung up. I then tried to call back, the phone just rang and rang. It was evident that they were punishing me.I was going to have an expensive face procedure performed, but I guess the irritated receptionist would rather not accommodate me at all. I do not like the treatment that I receive at this office. I do not feel appreciated or cared for by this doctor. One would think that spending a lot of money would come with polite service, but that is certainly not the case for Dr. Josh Olson. Clearly they seem to be very judgmental and assuming.

I had been running half marathons for years and recently started to do serious weight training. All this, combined with being 51 years old, contributed to a fair amount of lost volume in my breasts. I was still happy with my breast shape in general, but decided I'd like a little more 'oomph' in my chest. I did not want very large breasts at all, just a little more shape and fullness. I had been told by many people that the number one regret women have with an augmentation is not going larger, so I was very aware of this when speaking with Dr. Olson. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was looking for, and suggested a couple sizes he felt would compliment my frame. He would choose the size that looked best during the actual surgery. To my surprise, we went with the smaller of the two sizes. And this was PERFECT! I am so incredibly happy with the results! Dr. Olson truly listened to me, knew what I was looking for, and he gave me exactly the breast size I had wanted (and painfully detailed to him in our initial consultation - ha!). We also chose the teardrop for a more natural shape. I could not be more pleased!! It's so wonderful to have a nice shape again, and exactly the shape I wanted. The entire process from pre-op to post-op was very easy, all of the appointments were on time, and the surgery team had great attitudes and made the entire process enjoyable and even fun!! I highly recommend Dr. Olson if you are considering breast augmentation.

First off I just need to say that if you are reading this then you are interested in getting plastic surgery. Look no further. You have found the RIGHT Surgeon. Make an appointment now. For years I had been thinking about getting breast augmentation. Finally I decided to do it. I researched many surgeons and went to many consultations. From the moment I walked into Dr. Olson's office I knew that I was where I needed to be. The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to get in to see Dr. Olson. All of my many concerns and questions were addressed and answered to my satisfactory. I received dates of available appointments before I left the office and had already picked one by the time I got home. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but everyone there put me at ease and everything was explained in full detail. My surgery went extremely well. Dr. Olson even called that night to check on me. I made a full and very speedy recover without any issues and I am BEYOND pleased with my results. Any questions I had during my recovery (since it was my first surgery and didn't know what to expect, I called a lot) were answered right away and was even given additional massages to do to ease any discomfort, even though I had little. I cant say enough how wonderful Dr. Olson and his whole staff is. I will be using them again in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I meet. Thank you Dr. Olson!!!

I went to see Dr. Olson wanting an inner thigh lift. He was very upfront indicating that he didnt think I needed one, or that I'd be happy with the results. I really appreciated his honesty and ended up going with a breast lift and lower face lift. I had done all my research before booking my appt. I decided to go with Dr Olson before meeting him due to his credentials alone. I read all the negative and positive reviews as well and knew he was the surgeon for me. I had TT w/Dr Olson was very I formative and didnt make me feel uncomfortable about any of my questionto include skin tones he had worked on. He was upfront and honest about what I should expect too look like after my TT. He made it clear I may not have a complete flat stomach but he would do his best. I appreciated the honest I stress having a false expectation. My results were better than I imagined! He had amazing bedside manners and followed up with my the next day after my surgeryalthough I missed both call he left a vm. At my 6 week appt I pointed out I have what looks to be a dog ear. He said he wasnt worry the swelling will go down. We shall see what happens at my 6 week fu. Overall Dr. Olson and his staff were absolutely amazing. I love my results minus the dog ear/ swelling hopefully it will correct itself. I will update after my 6 month f/u in regards to my dog ear/ swelling.

After seeing a ton of positive reviews on Google and on Real Self I had to meet this doctor. The staff was friendly from the first phone call I made. After already having a breast augmentation and lift, I was even more nervous and picky about who would fix what I didn't like about my previous surgery.
