I love this place the staff is amazing !!! Christina is amazing she help me threw every process !! The doctor did an amazing job he made me feel comfortable with my surgery as is scary to go threw things like that ... overall my experience was great I came back for more !!! This review is more about the procedure than the staff. I thought the staff was super friendly and I liked the doctor. I had tickle lipo done on my upper legs/thighs. It has been almost a year and my legs look worse than ever. I know have scars where the lip machine went into my legs and my legs are bigger than ever. I just wish they did more follow-ups than the one 2 weeks after surgery. How do they even know the procedure works? Wouldn't they want follow up photos down the road?

I will be getting fillers for the 1st time this weekI did notice their discounts were not all that great as they make it seem But they are very close to my house and I usually get this in Scottsdale which is about 40 minutes away ... so far my experience has been great very friendly. I will be getting a BBL but after reading all the bad reviews I will be looking elsewhere. I would've definitely given 5 stars just by my experience so far except for the prices.

For at least 5 years i have been wanting to get my gauged ears fixed I approached this office to see if they do this kind of procedure not only do they do this procedure it was also extrenly affortable the office staff is very friendly and the Dr. Is also great so glad I made the decision to get this done here if your looking to get your gauged ears closed up i highly recommend this place.

I don't usually write reviews but being that I am relocating out of state and will miss Dr. Roz and his GREAT TEAM tremendously!!! I feel compelled. I have been going to Dermacare for the past 3 yrs. My first procedure was with Dr. Roz and from the first time I walked into his office until this afternoon (my last appointment for awhile), I felt welcomed, like I was coming to see good friends. Kristina, at the front desk looks up the minute you walk in the door and greets you with a big smile. I've seen her do it time after time. My first follow up after my procedure I met Julie, she was kind and sincere when she asked how I was doing. Very attentive when I was talking with her. As we walked out of the room I asked her questions and she answered clearly. Mary, the esthetician, was walking out with one of her patience. I witnessed wonderful communication between them. She looked at me said 'hi' feeling very much at ease, i asked her questions, right then and there she made recommendations and I have never felt better in my adult life. My skin glows. Sometimes I feel tired when I arrive to my appointments BUT feel bright and shiny when I leave. They are amazing, compassionate people! Melony, Office Manager, has a great team. They give back to the community by collecting and donating to worthy causes and allow their clients to get involved with games and free giveaways. Who doesn't want a freebie, right :) I can go on and on about this Team, their beauty comes from within and it truly shows on the outside. My fiance calls me beautiful all the time!!! (it's our secret girls :)) THANK YOU Dr. Roz, Kristina, Mary, Julie and Melanie from the bottom of my heart. I will drive 300 miles every 6 weeks to see you all. Be blessed and keep up the good work!

Not very happy with the results. I spend more than $10k and I feel like it was a waste after my last appointment with the Dr and staff I made sure to let them know that I wasnt happy with the results, they did not do anything about it. After seeing the work of other surgens, I think they shouldve done a better job.

And always felt welcomed and had all my questions to any treatment answered so tht I could understand the results and follow up that may be needed. Because of this I have referred multiple family members and friends, so that they can feel and look as good as Dermacare and their staff makes me feel. So far all the treatments been done prefessionaly all the girls at office are great nice they give you a lot of information...prices are reasonable I think everything is expensive not only in the medical care so I don't think their prices are bad at all .....if I had more money to spend with them they would see me there more often I have no complains from anything ....

In regards to Dominiques review, as a new patient with this office that recently received a consultation and procedure I feel your review is inconsistent. If you were comfortable enough with the office to put down a down payment for a procedure and then suddenly found a 'Cheaper' place to go to and are now asking for a refund. I would imagine things like that would take time? It's very hard for me to believe that the staff would be treating you this way and giving you such a hard time, based on my personal experiences. This office has been nothing but informative, professional, punctual, honest, ect. I'm sure the office is doing everything they can to fix this situation for you. & I hope you receive you're refund soon to change your opinion towards them. Dr. Rod made me feel very comfortable with my treatment. He took time to discuss all options and answer all questions I had. I think anyone considering a cosmetic procedure should consult with Dr. Rod at Arizona Dermacare before making their final decision. His office staff is very caring and knowledgeable.

I can not say enough about Dr. Rod, Julie, the admin staff, the way everything is handled etc... I feel so beautiful both inside and outside now. While I am a true believer that beauty is much more than skin deep, what Dr. Rod is able to do is allow you the freedom to wear that strappy black dress without a bra, make your skin look 10 years younger... and pretty much anything you throw at him. This Doctor is a class act. Dr. Rod and Julie are my favorites, probably because I see spend the most time with them, but the entire office environment is fun and supports one another. The pictures on the internet of this Doctor do not do justice, he is very fit looking and has flawless looking skin. Is it Dermacare, or is it just his good genetics?? LOL . Personally, I choose to look flawlessly natural so people wonder... Dr. Rod did this for me! I was referred to Dr. Rod by a friend of mine who has a company who did his credit card processing. This man told me what a wonderful job Dr. Rod did on his wife's 'mommy makeover'. I don't know about you, but a referral to a plastic surgeon by a husband who can't stop looking at his wife now--- that's the stuff! I am glad I was referred, and will always go back and get skin services or whatever because I just love this place, and love leaving feeling 'beautiful.'

They were not professional at all, I had a follow up appointment and when I was there they raised the price for no reason, with the same treatment. The least they could've done was let me know that they raised the price before the appointment, not when I was there.

Spend close to 5k to get liposuction in my belly and I hated the results I wouldnt even call them results, I saw no difference at all. Really wish I would of went somewhere else to get Lipo. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place.

I love this place. The doctor answered all my question both pre and post op. Him and the staff are very caring, and great results! @@ :) I also had very little pain. I had a breast lift and augmentation. I woke up from surgery in no pain.

At first the staff was ok , although I called to set up a consolation and no one called me back it took two weeks and even then I had to call them back , but I found better pricing elsewhere so when I canceled with more than 6 weeks notice the staff then got very rude and have been avoiding my calls in order to not return my money , they keep saying I will get it this day and that day and someone will call me but no one is calling and I still havent received my money . Very bad customer service, I refuse to pay almost 10000 for bad service, Ill be going with Robles cosmetics instead

Do not go here! This doctor did a horrible job on my mothers surgery. My mom now looks deformed from this doctors work. My mom was pushed into this surgery by Marin and her supposably discounts for the month. She convinced my mother into doing a rushed surgery without even giving us time to get all the test my mom needed prior to her surgery. Marin lied about how many surgeries Dr. Rod had experience with. After I found out by the girls there that he was a new doctor that had just bought the office. Part of this was our fault because we did not research Dr. Rod enough prior. After reading all of his bad reviews I wish we had researched him more. For my mothers post op visit we had a lot of questions for him and he practically rushed us out the door and ignored are questions about the surgery. He had the front desk girl finish the post op in Spanish for my mother and she was clueless about what my mothers surgery. This doctor is such a two-face after being so nice in my mothers pre-op visit when she laid a couple grand at his office, reassuring us we were in good hands. Now this office act like we are a bother to them and always cancel my mothers appointment. They sent my mother home with some scar cream that is suppose to do what the surgery didn't do!

Do not go here. Charged me over $1000 more then I was told. Pumped me full of fluid then left me like that for a week. Didn't treat all the areas I was told when they finally done the work. And had to knock me out to do it. Staff treated me very badly.
