I just read that last review and I disagree COMPLETELY. This office is amazing. The front desk staff has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly with my family. This office has been through so many changes in the past 6 months and through it all they have remained professional,helpful and courteous.I was so disappointed when Dr. Turgan relocated but I must say that Dr. Waite Is a fantastic Doctor. very thorough. His P.A. Mimi Sorenson is fantastic as well. Sometimes the bad first impression we get may be a result of our own attitude. Great job SFM!

I totally had a different experience then that last review I just read. Ive been coming to SHFM since Dr. Turgan was here. I was unhappy when she left but then I met Dr. Waite and Mimi Sorenson and was soon relieved. They are fantastic! They take their time explaining your health with you, they actually care about you. As far as the front end staff, Sophia and Pat have always been extremely helpful and professional with me. They have accommodated my schedule many times. I highly recommend SHFM.

They have the worst service the receptionist are rude and lazy. The sechudle 2 months out this office is pathetic I will never be going there again. Hopefully this will change.
