I wish I could post pictures on this venue. I believe pictures need no explanation. Spent over $20,000 and have the exact issue I came in seeking to fix (neck laxity). Dr. Caniglia reluctantly agreed to a revision, but not until I had to get two second opinions from doctors he suggested. Both said revision was warranted. By the way, I had to pay $250 for one of those second opinion consultations. One month post revision, I have the exact same issue. I have documented my progress and lack thereof on RealSelf. Please see the results for yourself and make your own judgment.I was really hoping for success. Was willing to pay for the best. I trusted the reviews. I trusted him. I have been discarded. No offer to improve what I've been left with.

Dr. Caniglia is the only person I will trust with my face. He specializes in the face so you can be assured all his energy goes into putting your best face forward. His staff has been the same for 16 years and you will be treated with respect and kindness every single time whether you are getting Botox or a consultation. I have had several of my friends over the past 16 yrs. use Dr C They look fantastic! Dr C will follow up personally with you Dr C will be honest and tell you whether you need something or not, several times he has said no I did not need the procedure in question. I wont let anyone else touch my face other Dr Caniglia.

Dr. Caniglia is without a doubt the most talented facial plastic surgeon in the Valley. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Caniglia and looked at a ton of before and after pictures.Dr. Caniglia made me look 10 years younger, and did so without making me look fake or different at all. I am beyond pleased with my results, and it was worth every penny and every minute of recovery time.In addition, he has the kindest, most knowledgeable staff I could have hoped for. If you are considering facial plastic surgery, do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Caniglia. I know for a fact if I decide to do any additional facial surgeries, I will be going back to him!

Dr. Caniglia is the BEST ever. Great bedside manner, explains everything well, and inspires confidence. He really is an artist. His staff is exceptional -- caring, friendly, skilled.The results I got were spectacular. I constantly get flattering comments about how young I look, how great my skin is. When I look in the mirror now I love how I look. I look more like the age I feel. Dressing is more fun, too, because I do not feel like I should be wearing 'old lady' clothes. If you are thinking of getting a 'touch up' you could not be in better, more talented hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Caniglia for years and now he's the only one I trust with my face. When I strayed to another office, I ended up lumpy from a misapplication of filler. Just had Dr. C do my Botox and I tried some Restylane Defyne since it's a newer product, offered at a discount (that's my excuse, anyway!) Dr. Caniglia only does faces and he's truly an expert- the best around! I'm thrilled with his work, as always. Jade in the medspa is also terrific for facial treatments such as derma-planes and peels. The Caniglia Center is a world renowned, first class facility, and fortunately for me, located in Scottsdale.

Exceptional! I have been seeing Dr. Caniglia for several years now. He still amazes me at how he does everything with such ease. So far, I have had fillers and Botox and he is by far the best ever. He has such a feather light touch, is very gentle and the results FABULOUS! He is very professional as is his team. From the time you call for an appointment to your visit you feel very welcomed and taken care of. The office is relaxed and comfortable, easily accessible and Never had to sit in the reception area. I went to Dr. Caniglia for a fat transfer years ago, as I was always very thin and wanted some fullness back in my cheeks, as I had always had naturally. Looking back I really needed nothing done, that would have been the best advice he could have given me. I was 37, my skin was flawless and looked like I was 23. What I was talked into instead was Cheek Implants, Chin Implant, and C02 Laser on my entire face. I was to receive a pretty significant 'discount' if I could make the decision to do this within ONE day, as they were 'slow'. Against my tiny inner voice's advice I went in two days later at 7 am and as my best friend drove me there she proceeded to try her best to talk sense into me; telling me how ridiculous it was that I was doing this to myself. As I sit there in my gown, terrified while waiting to talk to a nurse, the nurse comes in and I explain to her that Ive changed my mind & rushed into a decision out of pressure and that I did not feel that I was making a sound decision. She then said that I was just nervous and gave me a sedative to 'calm me', saying that Dr. Caniglia would be in shortly to speak to me and I could voice my concerns at that point. What happened next was a nightmare that took 5 years to get through. I woke up after surgery. I did not speak to the Dr. because I was passed out from the drugs she gave me. From that point and for the next 6 months I tried calling the office to get an answer from each staff member there as to what happened. I demanded to know why I asked to go home and was ignored and drugged up so that I wouldn't know what was happening. Of course each and every staff member stood by their story that I did in fact speak with Dr. Caniglia. Well, I hear that when someone puts a 'roofie' in your drink you are also able to speak and function as if awake, but have no recollection after waking up from the drug that you've been Raped. That's exactly what this feels like, like i've been put under and raped. Dr. Caniglia denies that they put me under without my consent and the entire staff denies it. I had no proof and therefore I could do absolutely nothing about it. It took 5 years to feel normal enough to go out of the house. My once Irish, beautiful skin was now a burn victim, plastic, rubber looking skin, like an old woman's which will forever be damaged and nothing can ever go deep enough to repair it. I looked between a chipmunk and Jay leno with a chin that would fit a large man. I looked horrible. It took 5 years for the swelling and inflammation to subside to the point I could actually look into the mirror without feeling completely depressed & feel somewhat pretty again. It was the worst mistake of my life. And, on top of all that I went through I decided to go into another surgeon finally to ask about removing the Jay Leno chin and the surgeon who removed it said that I was lucky to get it done when I did because there was a huge infection surrounding the implant which was 'eroding' my chin bone!!This is the first time I'm speaking out about this. Every word above the the absolute truth. If I can save one person from going through with something that may very well ruin their self confidence, self esteem and from dealing with a monster in sheeps clothing than it's worth speaking up. The thing I remember most about going into speak with Dr. Caniglia after the surgery was over was that he not only took 0 accountability for his actions, but he was downright mean, over-powering and intimidating about it all. He refused to do anything about it.

I did my research in looking for the right physician to fix my nose - between running into everything in front of me as a kid and the wrong side of the family gene pool for the center of my face - I wanted to make sure that if I took this step, I did it right and only one time. I have certainly read my share of horror stories and reviews and while I know nothing is perfect and may need correction in aesthetic procedures, I wanted to make sure I chose the right physician AND staff as they are all involved in your care. When a local and very reputable plastic surgeon who I went to for a consult recommended Dr. Caniglia, in addition to other reviews I had read being positive, I scheduled a consult. I mean, the other doc said Dr. Caniglia is one HE would go to!
