I was so fortunate that they had a cancellation as I was very anxious to be seen. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and I only waited 5 min to be called in and then less than 5 min before the doctor came in to remove the lesion of concern. Totally professional group- I highly recommend.

I am in the middle of breast cancer treatment and am looking into my options for double mastectomy and reconstruction. I was referred to another Dr for this but was off put by the front office staff being short and changing my appointment 3 times for my consultation. The people at Dr Moensters office however have been the complete opposite. I sought them out on my own and have so far not been disappointed. Their website is informative and their front office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Moenster herself is amazing at covering almost all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask! I still have to make my final decision on surgery but so far this office and doctor are top of the list!!

Called for a consult for a possible elective procedure that I was told would be free. Did not like Dr. Jamie Moenster at all. Not skilled enough in her area. Did not return so I was charged a consult fee. Look around before you go here. Dr. Larson is a far better Plastic Surgeon.

Every experience I have had with the office/staff is amazing. Dr. Weyer is very skilled and compassionate, and recently took care of skin cancer on my nose that was much worse than either of us initially thought. Dr. Weyer was thoughtful and thorough in explaining options and next steps. Dr. Moenster is always incredible as well, and is skilled, patient and compassionate. She is honest, provides options that work for you/your situation to help achieve results you are looking for. No one in the office is pushy or over-bearing, and I truly enjoy coming in and chatting with all of them about products and services the practice offers. I used to be intimated by plastic surgery and dermatology services, but now am very comfortable because of finding this amazing practice.

This was the first time I have experienced Mohs surgery. Dr. Wyer and his staff were very good at explaining what I should expect, the process and the outcome. The team was friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr. Wyer made me feel at ease, explained things as we went through the procedure. And even though I do not need to return, I was told by Dr. Wyer to contact him through his office should any questions or concerns should arise, and he would be happy to answer questions.

This group was referred to me by my GP. They are great. Always focus on the types of skin conditions that can lead to cancer and that are covered by my insurance. They don't treat the blemishes that are cosmetic and would only run up my bill.

I love love love the staff so much! The front desk helped me out more than whats in their job description. And also a huge Shoutout to Crystal for being such a great help too! The Doctor was very kind and helpful too.. but you can tell how busy he is because he talks too fast and is in and out of treatment rooms very quick. I feel like its got to be tasking for assistants to keep up.. HOWEVER! This just shows me that hes successful and I dont mind Ill always be coming back.

Recently found a spot on my back that concerned me so I began looking into getting a screening and found out about their free screening day. This was wonderful as we don't have insurance to cover it. From making the appointment to the exam to leaving this office was top notch! Friendly, answered my questions and no pressure. Clean and comfortable office.
