Everyone complaining about being turned away because they dont have a permanent address. Well I have a permanent Yuma address (as per their policy) and this facility has been awesome! Both the Dr and PA are great and have always gave my wife and I the best care.

Both Dr Olsen and PA Olsen have been great! I have been with them since I moved to Yuma 11 years ago. Both go above and beyond when Im there for my appointments. I have seen them over the years for many different things. So happy I found them

Have a fellow full time RV friend who went here to be seen. She was turned away because she couldnt provide a permanent address. She was then humiliated in front of staff by the so called doctor calling her a transient and that they do not except such clientele. Said friend does have insurance it just happens to be out of state South Dakota. If I can just one person from patronizing this institution then my review here has done its job. Many folks travel and or live in there campers full time. Turning away clientele because of it seems a bit on the discriminatory side

Turned away a patient WITH insurance because she was from out of town. This place shouldnt be practicing medicine if you're going to pick and choose who you feel like treating.

They dont accept transient patients. Such as people who live in RVs, campers, or fill time travelers. Total discrimination. Would not recommend. Brady Olsen also think its okay to humiliate people in front of other patients.

A friend was turned away when she needed assistance by a rude doctor and staff who told her that they did not treat 'transients'. My friend is a full time RV person who is living in Arizona and will become a full time resident of Yuma in time. My feeling is that this action was caused because of particular prejudice and should be duly noted.

1 * for turning away American citizens who are traveling through in their RVs and calling them transients. Also walking them out to their car and telling your staff not to let transients into your office. I guess your oath meant nothing to you. And by the way a lot of RV owners are quite wealthy.

Bad behavior all around. Why on earth would you be so rude to a paying patient regardless of where they live? I guess you just dont like money or your job.

I saw the NP here for about one year. The office staff are often rude. I dont know if its because theyre overworked or dont like their jobs. I even had to ask the receptionist to let me finish my sentence because she would cut me off with a hastened answer to something I wasnt asking. They would often not return my call for several days. The wait at each appointment is anywhere from 10 or 20 minutes to 1 hour or more before you are called back. The NP was kind, but forgetful. He would often repeat the same questions at each appointment even though I saw him frequently, or forget what was previously discussed. He could not help me further in the issues I was having and rather than being given the same response each time, I have moved from this practice to a different one that was highly recommended. Overall, I would not go back to this practice again but giving 3 stars for the empathy of the NP. Kindness goes a long way.

This office is discriminatory!! They refused to see a patient because she hadn't been in town long enough. Called her a transient!!! Guess the Hippocratic doesn't apply to you people!

Every six months or so when I get sick I go and each time Dr. Olsen reintroduces herself to me for the dozenth time. She seems to be a good Dr even though she doesn't read in the chart it's not my first visit. Don't let them force your blood test there. Ins never covers it
