I had face and neck surgery here in November and I'm happy to say the results are great. Dr. Spencer did exactly what he said he would do and went the extra mile to give my surgery the best result possible. His concern for me during the surgery and the recovery process was exemplary. I have never had surgery of any kind and was nervous and quite honestly scared. Both Dr. Spencer and his staff made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the decision I made to have an elective procedure. It was also convenient because they have the facilities to handle surgical procedures at their location. A big thank you goes out to Dr. Spencer and his staff!

Dr. Manning treated me to a complementary visit with Madison at Ozark Facial after I had thyroid surgery to diminish the appearance of my scar. I had a microdermabrasion treatment on my scar are and my face. I have seen a noticeable change in the appearance of my scar and the texture of my skin has improved along with the fine lines and wrinkles. I keep going back for more! Madison creates a spa like settting and is a lovely young lady who makes you feel very comfortable. The office staff has been wonderful when scheduling and at time of service. I give the whole experience a 5 star!!
