Dr. Moulton Barrett was critical in my decision to choose a breast reduction and lumpectomy over mastectomy as a surgical choice for breast cancer treatment. Having both surgeries done at the same time was both easier on my physical and emotional well being. Dr. Barrett worked with both my lumpectomy surgeon and radiation oncologist and together they were able to coordinate the surgery and potential outcome. Knowing they were working together also gave me piece of mind going into surgery that they had my best interest at the forefront. This showed to be true in the results of my surgeries and treatments. My results are great and I feel my decision to go with a breast reduction in conjunction with lumpectomy was the best choice for me. More women should look into this option with their physicians as a Brest cancer treatment option. .

I'm about to turn 30 in less than a month and the wrinkle in the middle of my forehead has started to stand out more and more. If I'm in the sun, it would show up in pictures and I hated being self conscious about it. I heard of the benefits of Botox but I never really considered it for myself until I realized the wrinkle was not going away no matter how much I moisturize my skin and used topical creams 2 soften the wrinkle. I called Rex's office and made an appointment for Botox consulation and I. Woman on the phone was very pleasant!! At my actual appointment (on a tueTues bc they are only in the Alameda on Tuesdays I believe, double check with the office about that) I did have to wait a while because the RN was very busy that morning but I didn't care because obviously I'd rather have an office where they actually work with patients instead of rushing them to get to the nextI saw Lisa who is the RN and she was amazing!! I told her what I wanted and where (middle of forehead). She was a great listener and suggested giving me a very small amount of Botox since I didn't have deep wrinkles (19 units) The botox injection itself took about 5 minutes and it was relatively painless. Only hurt a tiny bit but nothing more than a quick sting and it was done. Lisa was very present and administered the botox injection gently!I was told to not tilt my forehead down for 4 hours as to call them if I had any pain. I was slightly swollen in the injection area but that went down in 3 hrs! I had no bleeding or any makom issues. I did have a slight headache for 2 days but I took a pain reliever for that.My results are amazing. My skin is soft and smooth now! It's been 1 week and my forehead looks better than ever!! No wrinkle when I wake up or during the day!! I'm no longer self conscious about my face.The price for the Botox was very fair!! I walked out of the office feeling confident and happy that I found Dr Rex's office and that Lisa worked with me!!Thank you Lisa and Dr Rex!! I'll be back in a few months for another injection!

Staff was great ! I got my tummy tuck ( abdominal plasty March 1, 2012 and my stomach is still flat as day 1. I do exercise to maintain, but the surgery overall was a success. Very minimal pain afterwards. On a scale from 1-10, my pain was a 1, only felt the tightness of the newly stretched skin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moulton-Barrett.

I first went to Dr. Moulton-Barrett in 2008 for a rhinoplasty. The results were excellent. Then I had sculptra for about a year and progressed onto fat grafting to give me a fuller look in my face. I was very pleased with both the sculptra and the fat grafting work. Additonally, I had upper and lower eye lid work, which was complicated by basel cell carcinoma in the lower eye lids. Dr. Moulton-Barrett successfully removed the cancer and did extensive reconstruction work requiring both muscle and skin grafting on my left lower eye lid area. Additionally, he repaired damage to my left cheek area, which has been done by another doctor who had taken cancer out of my eyelid and moved it to the cheek area. He successfully removed the cancer from my left cheek area and sutured the incision area. Then repair was completed on the resulting scar area by adding fat grafting to the cheek. Now both sides of my face are just fine. I recommend Dr. Moulton-Barrett for rhinoplasty work and for scar and cancer repair work -- also for fat grafting work. He also distributes Obagi products, which are very good and some other prescription items for skin care.

To clarify, I am Marguerite Deichman, wife to William (we share social media accounts), so this is my review not my husband's. I was referred to Dr. Moulton-Barrett in Fall, 2012 following a mastectomy on my left breast. The doctor reviewed my history and present state of health and recommended me for a TRAM, tanscutaneous rectus abdominus musculocutaneous, which is a complex, reconstructive procedure which creates a new breast with my own muscle tissue. Dr. Moulton-Barrett is a skilled surgeon and teacher. He went to considerable effort to explain everything to me before the surgery and followed my recovery closely. He stressed that breast reconstruction is not an event, but a process. Nearly two years later we are almost there. I am very pleased with my progress to date and am confident that the final outcome will meet, if not exceed, my expectations.
