Dr. Tehrani for the first time it was like talking to a friend he was a very personable. His concern wasn't about money it was more of what you actually needed and I like that. He didn't rush he took his time he listened for however long I talked. He's the kind of person that brings joy to surgery if that sounds logical. He has a good heart. He goes in with the intent that you're going to come out happy. Always pleasant and joyful very important.but I do think he enjoys scribbling all over you with that black marker a little bit too much. Oh and don't let me forget his amazing assistant Nicole. From the time I got out of surgery I called her everyday sometimes early in the morning sometimes late at night when she was with her family. She returned every call with an answer. So if you're looking for a doctor in this field just know, they're both the rarity. To be honest I'm not completely finished healing yet but I will keep you updated on the final results. Dr. Tehrani is where I'll go back to if I ever need anything.

5 stars doesn't even begin to tell how truly amazing Dr. Tehrani & his staff are!! I was so nervous about my surgery and from my 1st appointment with Dr. & Lacy I was instantly calmed and ready! Surgery day was the same, but as soon as Dr. Came over and talked with me I was ready to go! (The nurses at the surgery center were great as well, but talking to Dr. Before going back made a world of difference!) Dr. Not only answered all my questions, but explained the response in a way I actually understood and made sure I was confident. Lacy was amazing as well and talked me through everything and answered all questions or concerns via text message at any time I needed her. I was truly shocked how many appointments I had after my surgery. Not because it was too many but it was calming going in every week for a check up to be sure I was healing right. Krystal & Alyssa were very helpful as well and so welcoming. My appointment times were always on the dot and never had to wait more than a minute to get called back. I cant even Express how thankful I am for Dr. Tehrani and his entire staff!

Love, love LOVE Dr Terhani and his staff! So professional, and super sweet. I came into the office after a blow to the face. I was stitched up in the local ER. And wanted to make sure I didn't have a huge scar. I saw Crystal, their nurse practitioner. And she gave me the very best advice. She talked to the doctor, who was in a procedure, and verified that her information was correct. So a year later I came in for recheck and to ask about some anti aging treatments. She let me know what I needed. And set me on the path to MUCH younger looking skin. She is a master injector. And super sweet. I love coming here. Everything is so clean. The ladies are so nice. They really make you comfortable. It is so great to have a place in the high desert for our plastic surgery needs.

Dr Tehrani was amazing to work with, immediately at our consult I trusted anything he wanted to go with to achieve what I had in mind. His work was perfect from the day of surgery. Despite the initial couple of days recovery, my recovery was so speedy and my new additions have looked perfectly placed from the start and still do! My scars look very unnoticeable. My wife came here to have a procedure and she is 100% happy with the entire process. The dr was attentive and listened to what she wanted as well as the staff. They were very informative at every step. She was really comfortable and confident because Nicole took the time to give her a little extra attention cause she was really nervous and she calmed her she even went the extra mile to check on her before and after on day of surgery. They have created a great inner office structure focused on meeting the needs of patients who present due to medical necessity and those who elect to receive services. Either way, he's easy warm, highly skilled, and easy to talk to as are his staff members. The skin care products are great; additionaly, Dr. Tehrani will be hosting a presentation on skin products and conducting live demonstrations on Thursday at a local salon offering snacks and a chance to get to know him and his wonderful staff. Im 5 days post op with a breast augmention done by Dr. Tehrani and i couldnt be happier with my results! I recently had a breast augmentation with dr Tehrani and I was super nervous. Any surgical procedure is scary but I could not be happier with the results they are a perfect size and shape they sit beautifully. I could not have asked for a better one. And the staff was all so sweet and professional. I had many questions and nerves and Nicole took the time to sit with me and explain everything over and over so I wouldnt be nervous. She even went the extra step to check on me before and after on day of surgery. As well as check on me for recovery. I will definitely be going back when its time to replace or maybe even upsize!

I had surgery with Dr. Tehrani earlier this year and I couldn't be happier. He Is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery. He was respectful and made me feel very comfortable. His staff was amazing. I truly appreciated their honesty in everything I was going to go through. Dr. Tehrani and Nichole patiently answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I have sent my family to him and they had the same experience. I have also taken the time to look online at his webpage and noticed he is the Chief of Surgery at St. Mary's hospital. I quick search on St. Mary's website and he is listed there as 'Board Certified'. Please do a little more research before making up stories about someone. I know for a fact Hospitals do extensive credentialing before putting a doctor on staff let alone making them Chief of Surgery. I encourage anyone thinking of having plastic surgery to do a consult with him.

Simply Phenomenal! After ten years of dealing with droopy eyelids (Blepharoptosis) which caused a major dark spot in the vision of my right eye, I finally have a breath of new life. Because of Dr. Tehrani and his staff...I can see again! Over those ten years my Ophthalmologist gave me 3 referrals to my insurance because my eyelids were obstructing my vision.Each time my insurance carrier DENIED me, calling it 'Cosmetic Surgery'. So I just gave up.I started trying creams, ointments, scotch tape and even some new fangled stuff that claimed to remove lines, bags and crow's feet in minutes; all it ever did was give me a couple hours of relief at the expense of irritated eyes.I even checked into the cost of having my eyelids/brows pierced so I could put a rod in to hold my eyelids up. Never too late to be a punk rocker I guess ( I am 60+ yrs of age).Then I heard of this amazing Doctor on the Board at St. Mary's Hospital who was a true humanitarian and actually cared for his patients. After getting over my own personal negatives of why I couldn't go (I felt that Plastic Surgery was for women, not men) I decided to stop by.From the moment I arrived at their Apple Valley office, Lacy made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. Being retired, I was also very concerned about the costs involved. Much to my surprise I was given a cost I could truly afford and got my appointments set up.The whole procedure took less than an hour and on my way out I Could See! I don't know why I waited so long. I want to thank each of you for the incredible gift I received on the 7th of December 2018.A Day Which Will Live In Infamy.

OMG!! What a shady business! The doctor is unwilling to correct issues regarding my wife's surgery for nearly one year! Nicole is one of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered, and she should be fired for letting her personal feelings interfere with professional business procedure. My wife had an appointment today, to correct issues that she has been dealing with since the original procedure. Upon arrival, on time, to the office (medicated, due to following treatment requirements), we were told that the doctor couldn't see her because he had 'a meeting' scheduled. Why would anyone schedule a meeting when they had a procedure to correct? In addition, we know that Wednesdays are his scheduled office procedure days, and that as a rule, nothing else is scheduled on Wednesdays. This offices' lack of respect, rude and unprofessional treatment of patients, and complete lack of willingness to correct their mistakes is beyond abhorrent! If you choose to use this facility, hope that everything is done correctly and completely the first visit, because once money has changed hands; service, professionalism, and common courtesy will never be apparent again. Dr. Tehrani is making a huge mistake letting Nicole have contact with his patients. His continuing to allow her to treat patients with her rude and unprofessional attitude reflects poorly on both he and his business. Stay away! If anything goes wrong, or needs correction, you will find yourself, as we have, completely abandoned. In most medical fields, abandonment of a patient is considered grounds for litigation. Unfortunately, Dr. Tehrani seems willing to let this occur.
