He didnt over exaggerate the fillers I got and kept my face looking natural which is exactly what I wanted. Just wanted to shave off a few years which he did. Dr Raffi is amazing, and his coordinator Amanda is a doll. She is so responsive and so kind! I always have to change my appointments last minute, and they are so flexible. I love going to Dr. Raffi because he makes me feel comfortable and beautiful in my own skin. He is extremely skilled and has an eye for those subtleties that enhance one's own natural beauty, which is key for me. I want to look the best that I can while still looking natural. He knows exactly what to put where and will be honest about what you need and don't need, without being condescending or trying to sell you something you don't want. I remember I went to a nurse in the valley for lip filler and she had some left in the syringe after she injected my lips, and I really didn't want anymore put in because I was worried about it looking unnatural and told me I shouldn't waste product...... It made me feel awful since I was the one paying for it either way! I will commute to Dr Raffi's office from Manhattan Beach any day for his expertise and kind soul.

If you are looking for a reputable doctor who will safely administer botox or filler, Dr. Raffi Hovsepian is who you want to consult. His work is meticulous and painless. He really takes his time to understand the patient's needs. Dr. Hovsepian was honest about how much filler and botox would serve me best and in my personal opinion, the services were very decently priced. His assistant, Amanda, also followed up with me via-telephone to ensure I was satisfied with my services and offered to answer any questions if I happen to experience any pain in the following days but by following the post-care instructions, I was able to heal properly and I am really happy with my results!Prior to visiting Dr. Hovsepian, I did my research by reading his reviews online on HealthGrades and Yelp. I had been following his business Instagram account and the before/after pictures really sold me. All the positive feedback made me feel more comfortable about my decision to undergo the procedures.My experience with Dr. Hovsepian and his staff was very positive and informative. Unfortunately, my experiences with other cosmetic offices have been pretentious and lacking in customer service but I am glad my consultation was different this time around. The office is conveniently located on Rodeo Drive so it is very easy to find. I was greeted the moment I walked in through the door and was offered a beverage and a magazine while I waited to be seen. The office is very clean and all medical devices were sanitized. Additionally, all of the staff members were dressed in their uniformed scrubs so I knew I didn't run a risk of malpractice. I have read many horror stories about run-down facilities and this medical office is quite the contrary.My first consultation lasted about 1 hour but my follow-up visits are only 30 minutes now. I always eat a good meal before going in to avoid nausea and I make sure to avoid alcohol prior/after the procedure. I was given numbing cream so I did not feel much pain during the application. My post-care instructions were to drink plenty of water, avoid extensive sun, avoid alcohol/food consumption that may cause swelling, avoid strenuous activities, no make-up to ease irritation, and to take Tylenol or use a cold press for minimal discomfort. I had very light bruising on my lips (from the filler) that went away in 2 days. The botox did not have any side effects whatsoever. Since botox/filler is an on-going treatment, I typically schedule my follow-up appointments 5 months out but you should schedule yours at your discretion of course. I am very pleased with Dr. Hovsepian's work and would recommend him to anyone who would like to invest in some amazing rejuvenation. I feel much more confident with the smoothness of my face complexion and my full lips. I will definitely continue to come back! Thank you again to Dr. Hovsepian and his staff members.

Since I am not the best candidate for Co2 laser treatments, Dr. Hovsepian suggested I try Infini.I was skeptical about Infini treatments, after having read such bad reviews on this procedure. Having witnessed Dr. Hovsepian's excellent surgical work on another patient, my trust in his expertise as a plastic surgeon was confirmed. Although Infini is non surgical, I had confidence in Dr. Hovsepian's ability to render a natural and pleasing outcome. He took the time to explain the procedure and what my expectations could be. With each treatment, I am slowly but surely improving in both skin tone and the lessening of my facial wrinkles. His assistant Amanda is amazing... attentive and knowledgeable about all procedures. Dr. Hovsepian's beautiful office right on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is a pleasure to visit. I can't wait until my next procedure! So glad I encountered Dr. Hovsepian.

Dr. Hovsepian is the only Dr. I will see for my injections for now on! I have seen quite a few doctors for injections before I found Dr. Hovsepian. I didn't realize the bad injections I was getting until I was under his care. I first came to him because my face was looking a little.... off. I had had under eye injections a month prior and thought I could use some cheek fillers because my face looked tired. He took one look at me and was able to pinpoint what I couldn't articulate. My previous (from a different dr) under eye fillers caused inflammation and scar tissue to develop, causing puffiness and bruising under my eye. Needless to say, he wouldn't do the cheek fillers at that time because of the inflammation. And I appreciated that very much. He did do my marionette lines (which was painless and perfect!) that day but told me to come see him in 3 months once the under eye filler dissolved are. Three months later, I finally went in for my cheek fillers. He did an amazing job. Really studied my face and took extra care making sure he was creating a balanced and natural look for me. He also took a little time to work on the scar tissue under my eye caused by a previous doctor. I love my results. Despite being 40, I feel fresh faced and pretty. He is a true professional, artist and magician, all in one! Amanda, Dr. Hovsepian's assistant is amazing. She's super helpful, warm and friendly. Ive loved every interaction with her. And the office is modern and beautiful. Now that I know what kind of experience I should have with cosmetic beauty, I won't see anyone else.

Hands down the best plastic surgeon in the world! Before deciding on Dr.Hovsepian, I spent two months researching the best doctors in Los Angeles and selected Dr.Hovsepian because 100% of his reviews were amazing, and his before and after pictures were stunning. After our first consultation, I knew he was the one. He listened in detail to what I exactly wanted and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. My surgery was about 7 hours, which seems crazy long but thats because he takes his time to make sure your results are perfect, which mine are! Im almost 3 weeks post op and almost all my bruising is gone and Im loving my results, even tho I am not completely healed so they will just get even better with time. Also all my incision areas are almost fully healed which I was not expecting to happen so fast. I also love that post op I go in very frequently to get drained which means I will not have to stay in my garment for too long. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and girls would only be able to see their doctor once after post-op, just shows that their doctors dont really care about the patients, but Dr. Raffi really cares about you and your well being which is super comforting and amazing. When I was in the after care facility for three days post op, he came every day to check on me which was really nice. I will update this review once I am fully healed with before and after pictures to show you my amazing results, I have the body of my dreams and it was worth every penny. My waist is incredibly small and my butt is juicy and proportional to my body. All my friends are amazing at how natural it looks and were scared I was going to come out looking like Kim K. Dr. Raffi is a true artist and is the Picasso of plastic surgery!!!

When it comes to Dr. Hovsepian he is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. For the last 5-10 years the excess skin on my eyelids have really bothered me. Not only was it affecting my physical appearance but also my health. I would get horrible migraines and my vision got worse over time because of the excess weight that the skin had. I was extremely scared to do the blepharoplasty. I have had consultations with 3 other doctors before Dr. Hovsepian but I didn't feel comfortable enough to let them do this procedure on me. Firstly, a huge thank you to Dr. Hovsepian and his staff, especially Amanda who was in constant communication throughout my entire journey.I was always on the fence about getting liposuction. I searched for a doctor close to home and then decided to widen that search after seeing just ok to mediocre patient pictures from so many doctors. The minute I found Dr. Hovsepian, I stopped searching. I wanted a natural, feminine shape that was toned in all the right places and I didn't want to look like a cartoon character. Dr. Hovsepian delivered far beyond that. His patient pictures don't do justice to his level of skill. He performed liposuction of my entire back, conservative lipo of my abdomen and upper torso, inner thighs and light lipo on my outer thighs. In addition, I had fat grafting/transfer to my breasts. I didn't expect the results to be this flawless, but look this natural. I am just over a month post-op and couldn't be happier with how quickly I've healed. I've gone from a size 8 to a size 4. If you're looking for a surgeon that deeply cares about the quality of his work, his patients and is the best in his field, you should get a consultation with Dr. Hovsepian. I trusted him 100% to work his magic on the operating table and he revealed the body that I was hiding all these years. It was well worth the investment and peace of mind.

I am surprised at all the positive reviews for this doctor. I went to Dr. Raffi Hovsepian for reconstructive surgery and hernia repair. It was clear from the beginning that something was wrong. I ended up having all sorts of complications. When I felt uncomfortable with his treatment plan, I sought a second opinion. He then called and blew up at me over the phone asking me why I got my PCP and a wound clinic involved in my treatment, making all future encounters with him super uncomfortable. I am so glad I sought care elsewhere because I don't know how much worse my issues would have gotten before he did anything about it. He was unprofessional and my results are terrible. I ended up having visible scars and wounds that will take months to heal. I'm going to need to spend thousands fixing what he's done to me.

I was always nervous about getting lip fillers and Botox because I wanted something that looked natural but still able to see the difference in photos! I had never had Botox or lip fillers prior to coming to Dr.H and Im so glad I waited until I came here because after two weeks now I can give my real review and say that Im so satisfied from start to finish! Getting there : valet parking is available and the location was a bit tricky to find but Amanda was so helpful and came out to meet me and lead me to the office Once there : Dr.H really took his time in listening to what I wanted my lips to look like and the problem areas on my face that I wanted Botox on and one thing I just couldnt get over is how he explained to me that some of the areas I wanted to Botox just werent needed yet and I appreciated his honesty about that. The room: the room was so clean and comfortable. There is a little TV you can watch while you wait for the procedure The procedure: I dont really care for needles but this was almost painless! I was relaxed and the amount of time and just care that I feel went into him looking at how he shaped my lips made me feel like he just took his time and sometimes these things can feel rushed and this wasnt like that at all. After he sat me up and asked if I was happy and I WAS! The after: Amanda and Dr.H were so clear on my after care instructions and made themselves available for questions by providing a place for me to call for questions! Recommending them 10/10 and will be back soon!

I am 55 years old woman and due to hormone replacement therapy I gained about 30lbs in about 1-2 years. Most of the weight went to my back. I tried countless diets, various exercise regimens, and even three coolsculpting sessions, but I could never lose the dense hormonal back fat.My friend who is a RN had worked with various plastic surgeons in the past and recommended that I go for a consultation with Dr Hovsepian. My friend had told me that he is one of the best in liposuction/body sculpting. From the first phone call with Amanda, the patient care coordinator, to the first meeting with Dr Raffi, I had a gut feeling that this was the right medical practice for my liposuction surgery.My case was a very challenging one. From my first-hand experience, it is obvious that Dr. Raffi is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is very passionate about what he does. He spent over an hour and a half explaining the lipo/sculpting procedure making sure I knew exactly what I was going to get. I went home, slept on all the info he gave me and called him back the next day with additional questions, he was very patient with me answering all my questions. Nine weeks after the surgery, I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Raffi took about 5 liters of fat from my back. I am so grateful to him for helping me with something that had been holding me back for so long. I feel more confident than I have in years and I am finally starting to wear dresses and feel happy in my skin. Dr. Raffi is a sculptor, he really knows the human body and he gave me the best body I could ask for. He is definitely a hands-on doctor and makes an active effort to be very present for his patients. He recommended that I focus on healthy-living by doing consistent exercises and eating a cleaner diet to get the best results after the surgery.
