The team at Burbank Plastic Surgery is caring, concerned and professional in every way. Lead by Dr. Orloff, they immediately focus on you across your aesthetic and medical needs. From the initial consultation to day of surgery to post-operative visits, I felt valued and cared for by every member of the staff. Dr. Orloff is an experienced & talented surgeon who has a wonderful patient relationship skills. I felt listened to and always able to speak with a doctor or staff member at any time. Connected to the center is SkinMatrix, which provided easy access to post-surgery therapies. I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure and highly recommend Burbank Plastic Surgery.

I had a mucocele surgery done by another doctor. Unfortunately that left me with pretty noticeable scar tissue on my lower lip. I went to my old doctor a few times, even had another surgery and an injection. None worked. The scar tissue was still there and VERY noticeableI found Dr. Orloff through my insurance. From the get go, he told me he wouldn't wanna cut me open again and he wanted to try his injection. We've done it twice. Once in April, another one in August. The scar tissue has gone down significantly, almost completely gone. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to upsell me with major treatments (surgery/etc) and only recommended doing basic treatment that he felt would work for my situation (and it did).The scar is almost gone, it's still kind of there but barely noticeable. For the first treatment, I went through my insurance, for the second treatment , I paid out of pocket. The reason I paid out of pocket for the second one was because there was a lot of hurdles with the insurance for the first treatment. While Dr. Orloff gave me excellent care, I wanted to give a shout out to Rebecca, the office manager.As I said before, there were a lot of hurdles with the insurance with the first treatment. But Rebecca was VERY patient and PROFESSIONAL in handling this situation for me. There were a few moments, I got very frustrated and anxious with the insurance (4 months, a lot of back and forths between the insurance and I) but Rebecca stayed calm, patient and professional. She responded to every call, question, anything I had to ask. Finally, the insurance settled the claim, I paid my co pay and everything is good. I seriously have never met someone like Rebecca before especially in the medical industry. The way she handled this matter was above and beyond. You hear a lot of stories esp with anything related to plastic surgery, how some places will try to upsell you and take advantage of you. Not here. They gave me a fair price to pay out of pocket for the second treatment and thanks to Rebecca, I find this place honest, transparent, straightforward, no bs, patient and professional with my billing inquires. Like seriously, Doctor Orloff, if you see this, give the woman a raise, she deserves it. If I ever need to have any work done, I'll come back here.

Dr Orloff is a rockstar!I went to the surgeon my insurance sent me to and left his office sobbing. Dr. Orloff came highly recommended by several people, so I went for a second opinion. Wow what a difference! He not only made me feel confident that his work was going to be exactly what I needed, it actually was. I needed breast reconstruction after I didn't heal correctly from a breast surgery by another doctor to remove possible cancerous cells. As if a cancer scare weren't enough; my beautiful breast was ugly and deformed in my opinion and was severely impacting my self esteem and my relationship. Dr. Orloff's bedside manner put me at ease about fixing what I though was wrong. He was kind and caring not only about the cosmetics of the situation, but me as a person and how I saw myself. My breast is beautiful again! I can't thank you enough!!!

Dr. Swistun at Burbank Plastc Surgery is incredibly thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and explained each procedure in depth so that I knew exactly what to expect. I suffer from a crippling phobia of needles, and he was incredibly kind, patient and understanding throughout each procedure, helping me feel comfortable and assuaging my fears. I would highly recommend Dr. Swistun to anyone, especially for his attention to detail and high quality work. I wont see anyone else! He is my go-to for everything, and keeps me feeling, and looking my best!

Several years ago I took a friend of mine, an elderly man who wasnt fond of doctors, to Dr. Orloff to have skin cancer removed. When my friend healed, there was no scar and he was very impressed with Dr. Orloffs office.After that, I said to myself, this is where Im coming for cosmetic surgery in the future. Now a decade later, Ive had various procedures by Dr. Orloff and can say with certainty that Dr. Orloff and Dr. Blanka Orloff are professional, skilled, caring, and a down to earth team, with an equally as impressive staff. Honestly, to look at me youd never know I had work done; the mans an artist.

Dr. Swistun has my eternal gratitude. About a month and a half ago I sliced my finger open extremely deep. It was just past midnight, and needless to say I was pretty freaked out. Of course, I've cut myself over the years, but never remotely like this. Dr. Swistun made himself immediately available, was VERY calming, and took great care of me, evaluating and treating. I never for a moment had the impression he was put out by the unfortunate timing; (being so early in the morning) to the contrary, all I felt was care. Seeing that much of the inside of your finger is disturbing and he made it OK. Over the next few weeks, Dr. Swistun checked in more than I could have hoped for or expected. I've since made a full recovery. Obviously not something one ever wants to happen, but I'm glad Dr. Swistun and Burbank Plastic Surgery was there when it did. Thank you!!

I really recommend Dr. Swistun if you want to get work done. I decided to get a breast augmentation and made the appointment. The doctor I got was Dr. Swistun so I googled him up and learned that he had an artistic background, which I like because he has the eye and hand to know what would look good and to make it look amazing. When I met him I felt I was able to trust him. After the consultation, I knew he was the one and I didn't have to look any further. Before and after the whole proceeder we kept in touch to talk about all my worries and concerns. What surprised me was that I know I bruise easily but I only got a very tiny bruise. Most of all, I love them and it looks great and natural. Thank you Dr. Swistun.

Dr. Orloff operated on my right ear lobe which had a keloid the size of a quarter. After the procedure I did five sessions radiation therapy. Three months later and my ear looks great! I've had this keloid for 10 years and ever since I went to Dr. Orloff it changed my life! He did a great job in removing my keloid and reconstructing my ear. Can't thank him enough!

Dr. George Orloff and Dr. Blanc Orloff are the finest in their field!! I lived in Los Angeles for eleven years and got very used to the BEST!! I did try a couple of other Doctors but I always came back to Dr. George Orloff! My daughter was referred to a fancy Dr in Beverly Hills for breakout and we both left mortified at his suggestions! She then went to Dr Orloff who not only made her feel good about her skin but herself as well!!We both have lived in NYC now for a year. We fly back to see Dr. Orloff and his team!! Again, when you have had the best why take a chance!! He has expanded his services so much since I went to him ten years ago. I am so glad I found him when I did because there is coming a time and soon where it will be at least a years wait!! So I suggest in your in the market for a great doctor... You best call NOW!!

First of all, I am not Aexander, I am his mother! He's been putting gremlins in my desk top! My name is June. I had a broken implant when my car's airbag deployed in an accident. Dr. Orloff did a great job, gave me options to think about before replacement. The only thing I was not happy with, was Dr.'s wife does laser. I asked to have some sun spots removed, probably 2-3 treatments. The first treatment did nothing, so I did not want to take a chance, pay more and have it not work. I use a skin fade cream now. But if you need a surgery, I DO think Dr. George Orloff is quite good. Definately get a consultation!PS: I am not 'Alexander' Maxson. That is my son and he's been using my computer, I am definitely female!
