First, let me start with how friendly and welcoming all the staff is at TrueCare. It was my first visit and everyone working made me feel so comfortable. Before having my tattoo laser procedure done, Dr Farzaneh walked me through step by step what to expect, that it could take 1-2 additional sessions to see full results, after care....very detailed. He truly cares about your after process and proper care. I will definitely be returning for a second treatment.

Three months ago I had a mommy makeover, and hands down Dr. Farzaneh treated me like if I was his family member. Not once did I feel unsure about having two procedures done at once. He gave me the piece of mind I need from the beginning. His staff is amazing and super friendly. Hes a very dedicated doctor who truely cares for his patients. I am writing this review with my wife 2 months post op of her abdominoplasty with Dr. Farzaneh. We decided to write our review as one because the entire process not only resulted in a life changing experience for my wife, but myself as her support system. First and foremost - we would like to thank Dr. Farzaneh and his staff for all of their support. You will learn through the entire process that Dr. Farzaneh and his staff care more about you then you do for your own self. Dr. Farzaneh is a rare breed--he is not in it for the money! He truly is there to make people's dreams comes true and to attain a body that not only delivers lasting physical results, but mind and soul as well. The entire experience has created a bond between us that will be life long, the kind where Dr. Farzaneh will be at our kids wedding's! During one of the post op visits Dr. Farzaneh pointed out a mole that my wife had that he recommended she remove since it was in a bad spot and he said not to risk it being that it could be cancerous. He said we could go to our primary care and get a referral or that even he could it, Free of charge! We elected to go with Dr. Farzaneh, not just because he would remove it at no expense, but because we trust him. My wife had an initial consultation on her own, followed by a consult where we were both present. We both knew after the second visit he was the physician to complete this very complex and serious surgery. We say serious because it really is just that, you do not want just anyone doing a surgery of this magnitude without knowing they can provide the desired results, and care for you as you would your own family. Dr. Farzaneh stressed 2 things before even committing to the surgery- 1) ensure you speak with someone who has had the surgery to understand exactly what you are getting in to 2) ensure you have a strong support system around you that can help care for you not just physically, but mentally. But again, Dr. Farzaneh and his staff were there every step of the way if we had any questions that needed to be answered. One thing that really stood out to my wife and I was that Dr. Farzaneh was very clear, if he felt he could not get the results that were not only good for the patient, but also that he would be happy with, he wouldn't do the surgery. That really sold us, because how many times have you heard or experienced a doctor, or a housing contractor for example, say they could do something that they really knew they couldn't. When they were done, you couldn't believe you allowed them to touch you or your property! Fast forward to month two of recovery and we are in such a good place. The results are fantastic, and will only get better. In the end, all of the preparation and insight Dr. Farzaneh, his staff, and former patient provided made all of this successful. Through all of this Dr. Farzaneh at times would be very serious about patient care. Making sure that we were following his, and his staff instructions accordingly. There were always times that we had great fun laughing and joking, but when it came time to be serious we all were. We had great personal conversations about everyday life, sometimes 30 minutes in length. You really get to know someone when they take that time. The times when the doctor was serious, some people might mistake this as him being abrasive or curt. I took it as the doctor really wanting the surgery to be a success. That is what we like most of all, the doctor wasn't going to sugar coat anything. He is the nicest, caring, most straight forward doctor I have ever met. We are truly honored to have him as our personal physician. Thank you again Dr. Farzaneh and True Care , our entire family appreciates everything that you have done for us. We could not have done this without you. You are not part of our family forever. This is an honest, unbiased review from the heart.

After spending a great deal of time researching online, I recommended Dr. Farzaneh to my girlfriend for her breast enhancement (enlargement) surgery. Part of my research included reading patient reviews. The favorable reviews were a big part of our decision to have Dr. Farzaneh do the aforementioned surgery.It's important that patients feel comfortable with their doctor, AND feel cared-for and satisfied after the procedure as well. Dr. Farzaneh exhibits a true and sincere concern for the safety and comfort of his patients. The pre-surgery consultations are done directly with the doctor (not an assistant or 'front-salesperson'). He truly looks to develop a trusting friendship and treats patients as such throughout the entire process. Shortly after the surgery, Dr. Farzaneh visited us at home on 3 occasions to assure comfort and proper healing. In our case, the surgery went very well, but there was some unexpected bruising that ended up healing just fine! The amount of follow up he spent and concern he showed in making sure it healed properly was incredible, and once again everything turned out great! It would be an understatement to say that Dr. Farzaneh goes the extra mile for his patients, and I can, without hesitation recommend him to anyone reading this review. You CANNOT find a more attentive and caring doctor.

Dr. Farzaneh is probably one of the best doctor Ive ever seen- possibly the best. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, caring, honest, and trustworthy. Dr. Farzaneh wont do procedures he doesnt feel are necessary, but will listen to what you want and make the appropriate recommendations. Recently, I had the Mixto CO2 laser procedure done. When Dr. Farzaneh recommended it, he only did so for my eyes. I went back and asked about doing my entire face; which he agreed with since it would improve the effects of aging. I think most doctors in this field would have recommended doing my entire face from the beginning, since they would make more money; but not Dr. Farzaneh. Dr. Farzaneh and his staff made sure I knew everything about the procedure, gave the appropriate medications, and made sure I had a good experience during the procedure. I could probably say much more about Dr. Farzaneh, and not one would be negative. I highly recommend Dr. Farzaneh for any cosmetic procedure.

To all future patients, Dr. Farzaneh is the one for you.After contemplating a Breast Augmentation for over 10 years, I decided to do some research and checked out some doctors. I had set up several meetings with potential doctors. One doctor rushed through the consultation as though his time was too valuable to be wasted on me. The other doctor treated me like a number and I would be his 3153rd case which I did not appreciate.With Dr. Farzaneh, he spent 1 1/2 hours at the initial consultation. He went through the pros and cons of the procedure. He answered all my questions. I was very comfortable with him and knew that he would be the doctor for me.Finally, the big Friday arrived. I was very nervous and excited at the same time. The nurses had me ready and suddenly found out that I had a mild temperature. Instead of moving forward with the procedure, Dr. Farzaneh suggested that it should be postponed and see how I felt over the weekend. He didn't want to take any chances with the fever that could lead to other complications. The temperature did go away over the weekend and the procedure was done the following Monday which was also New Year's Eve.Dr. Farzaneh called me that afternoon after the surgery and asked how I was doing. He came by the house and checked to make sure I was fine. Over the two weeks period, the doctor made two house calls and saw me ten times for follow-ups. How many doctors do you know would show so much care and dedication to ensure your full recovery? My result is amazing! I'm very happy and glad I went through with it. Dr. Farzaneh has become my favorite doctor.

I'm under Dr. Farzaneh's care for an extremely challenging earlobe repair. I had two tears in my left ear and three in the right. Due to the level of damage, the right lobe must be repaired in two stages. Dr. Farzaneh has meticulously repaired my lobes to such perfection, I can comfortably forego the second surgery! But he wouldn't have it. The doctor insists on perfection, and that's fine with me. I trust that Dr. Farzaneh and his staff will only deliver the absolute best care possible - well worth more than 5 stars. That's priceless!

This office will not treat you unless you sign the doctor's Arbitration Agreement. This means if something were to happen you would go befor an arbitration not a judge. Arbitration favors the Doctor not the pasaint I would not let any doctor work on me if they are not confident enough to treat me without forcing me to sign my rights away. They also waisted my time, I told them I was not signing the arbitration and the had me wait and see the nurse who then again asked me to sign the arbitration agreement. Know your rights, Idoctors cannot force you to sign an arbitration agreement, I only go to Drs who are confident in there work.

I was not dissappointed! Dr Farzaneh is knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. His staff is wonderful too. My experience with Dr. Farzaneh has been completely different from what one would normally expect, simply because I am a living project to him, our relationship as doctor - patient did not end the day of surgery; thats when it actually started with his true care and compassion, with his phone calls, text messages and especially his home visits, the first one being the very same day of surgery; even after having a very long day.He truly showed he cared about me, about the results, the recovery and my well-being. He gave me the reassurance that everything was healing the way it was supposed to, I did not need to take pain meds because of the confidence he injected in me every day he came to see me. What impresses me the most is knowing that he has been there for me every step of the way, starting a year ago when I went to see him for consultation the first time, he walked me through the process, he made sure all the aspects were looked at for a successful surgery and I was beyond pleased with the amazing results the day of surgery. At that point, I would have definitely been grateful for having such a good doctor that delivered the results I was expecting and would have thought he was done with me himself and I would probably be assigned to a nurse or an assistant.Well, today after 7 months from surgery I must say I am not only thankful, I feel blessed to be her patient, he is not done with me, he continues to keep an eye on me constantly, he continues to care for me and without a doubt if I ever need anything else done or if a friend or family member is looking for a plastic surgeon, I would not go or let them go with anyone else simply because to me the big differentiator is his pre and postoperative true ethical, professional and compassionate treatment.Thank you Dr. Farzaneh!!!

I grew up in a family of physicians/surgeons and am an ICU nurse to boot. If you know anything about an ICU nurse, you know that they are meticulous, exacting and control freaks. Ok, most may not admit to the last, but there it is. I am currently a Medical Review Nurse for medical necessity and level of care for a managed care health plan (HMO). I am well versed in standards of practice and medical necessity guidelines. After 2 years of careful consideration, 6 months of research, consultations with a dozen or so cosmetic surgeons, Dr. Farzaneh 'made the cut'. I based my choice on the following (not necessarily in order of importance): He is honest and gave me realistic expectations. In fact, he dissuaded me from the surgery at first. He was just as curious to understand why I felt I needed the procedure. In my opinion, that tells me he is just as concerned with meeting my 'goals' as he is with 'performing a service'. He looks me in the eye when we talk. His medical training background was impressive enough. Although, he was not Board Certified at the time of my surgery, I felt his training provided him with ample opportunity and experience to be able to perform the decisions and surgical tasks required. I guess, having relatives that are physicians and surgeons, helped me to evaluate how important being 'board certified' was to me. The decisive factor for me was the fact that he is a wound specialist at a local Hyperbaric Treatment Clinic. I believed that this background would contribute to the approach and methods he would use during my surgical procedure. I think that Dr. Farzaneh's experience in wound care and healing would be an advantage in the approach and methods he would make during my surgery. And you know what? I am happy to report that I turned out to be correct. I am more than pleased with the results thus far. I am a month post-op now and the healing is better than the 2 previous surgeries I've had-- not including my 2 prior C-sections! I noticed that the sutures he placed were different from those of my previous surgeries. I asked him why and he explained that he thought it would minimize post op scarring and keloid formation. He even factored in my prior history of eczema and multiple allergies. If I thought I was anally retentive, the man is 'compacted'! And I mean that in the nicest possible way, ok? He was very mindful of my post op progress so much so that he even saw me on Christmas Day. We are still in the post op period and he continues to monitor my progress on a weekly basis. Professionally, I don't see too many physicians who would provide the same kind of attention as he does. Personally, I am kinda glad he does. He understands the fact that this is an elective procedure for most of us and that it is a costly procedure as well. The price quote I got was on the high average side, but the prescriptions, post op garments were all very competitively priced. The meds cost more at Kaiser pharmacy as a matter of fact. And we have pretty good coverage plan at Kaiser. He was just as concerned about the financial cost as I was. One of my cousins is a cosmetic surgeon and when he found out that I went to Dr Farzaneh he asked me why. I said because Dr. Farzaneh answers his calls all the time. He will always pause an office visit to assure his patients are safe and secure. And if there is anything I want to be when I have an elective procedure, it is to be safe AND secure.I am so thankful to Dr Farzaneh and his staff. He has a much keener perception of his patients than I think he wants us to know. I may be a little uncomfortable with that, but I know I am in 'better shape' now because of it as well.I can see why he Dr Farzaneh is so frequently voted as 'Most Compassionate Physician'. He gets my vote too.
