Dr. Michael Tran is phenomenal! He was actually my second opinion surgeon and he made me feel so much more comfortable about my procedure. He was very patient, explained the surgery, and all around a caring and professional surgeon. I am so glad that I chose to go with him and his course of action on my surgery. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. The office staff was very kind and helpful and the entire experience was very pleasant (well as good as it gets when having to have a surgery at least!). 5-stars, two thumbs up, great job Mission Surgical Clinic!!

Top notch all the way around! I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism from start to finish. The staff was so well versed in insurance particulars that they were able to straighten out my insurance challenges. Without their help I would still be trying to get my hernia surgery done. Once that was straightened out, and by the way, with one phone call. Everything happened like clockwork! They helped me get my surgery approved in a timely manner. Once approved my surgery was scheduled within a week from the approval time. When I arrived at the hospital, Rancho Springs in Murrieta I thought I was at Cedar Sinai. I was treated like gold! My surgeon, Dr Moon was fantastic. Excellent bedside manner and extremely knowledgable. He took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with what was going to happen during and after surgery. I can't say enough about him and his staff. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Not pleased with the scheduling. You will wait a long time for an appointment and it will be cancelled by the office last minute. Happened to me on two separate occasions. Not once did the receptionist apologize for the inconvenience either, guess I was supposed to just deal with it. The sad part is that I was supposed to be a new patient..not a good first impression. I won't be returning or recommending this facility.
