My two kids (3 and 6) have been coming here for 1 1/2 years now and see Dr Jordan. They enjoy coming and enjoy the movies they get to watch during treatment. My son is high functioning ASD and he is comfortable here , he had two small cavities worked on with the help of nitrous oxide and patient staff.

04/27/17 - My 3 children ages 12, 8, and 4 enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere at Make a Smile Dental. Me as a mama bear appreciate the kindness and professionalism that the staff and has and treating their kid patients like little people and not little babies. Respect at all levels I love it!---------9/2015- Make a smile! My family and I just moved to El Dorado Hills and were exploring different dentists for our family. We found Make a Smile to be our home dentist. It is a clean and Pleasant environment for my 3 kids and the staff provides excellent customer service with a blend of hi-tech and hi-touch (pleasant customer service). Definitely recommend any family looking for an honest dentist to call home - to be open to this one!

The staff is always friendly and the office hours are so convenient for a busy schedule. My 6 year old was so afraid of the dentist on her first visit. The patient team has been so kind and always takes the time to help her understand each step so she feels at ease.

UPDATED: we will NEVER return to this office. After repeated problems with scheduling (they canceled 3 hours before one appointment and told me the wrong date on another while rescheduling) final straw was broken with Dr Jordan's handling of my 4 year old's root canal. He seemed rushed, I thought he was maybe just trying to get things done quickly. My son began to cry and freak out a bit after 15 minutes of staying very chill. Instead of talking to me about any other options, or just giving my son a minute to relax, he left the room without a word. After he'd been gone for a while, I found out he had left to start on another patient, leaving my 4 year old with a bleeding exposed half tooth, still hooked to nitrous oxide. 15 minutes we waited for him to come back and finish. Once he finally returned, it took a whole 5 minutes to finish my son's cap. I could not believe he just effing left in the middle of the procedure! What kind of doctor does that? And leaving my son hooked up to nitrous for much longer than necessary?! Thank God the tech Taylor was so sweet and kind to us, otherwise I may have lost it. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

My child has been going here for five years. The staff is very friendly and does a great job accommodating nervous children. They also have video games, toys, and a movie playing in the lobby to keep kids busy while waiting.

The best staff here! Always so great with the kids, kind, patient and lovely to us parents as well. We don't do flouride and they have never made me feel bad about this as another local dental office did (which prompted us to come to Make a Smile. Would recommend this practice to anyone - great quality, flexible appointment scheduling and just all around great office.

The Best Pediatric Dentist/Staff for Children with Special Needs!!! My daughter has special needs and often as to be put asleep for any procedure. So many doctors would try to have her suffer and stress out through a procedure but thank GOD that Make a Smile Pediatric Dentistry understands parents frustration and our children's anxiety that they are able to put them to sleep. My daughter now loves going to the Dentist!!!
