Dr. Marshall and his team from Athenix of Fresno are absolutely AMAZING!!! My only regret was not finding Dr. Marshall and his knowledgeable and friendly staff sooner. I met with my Patient Care Consultant: Karina and she was absolutely magnificent . She greeted me with a warm smile and was able to offer me informative information about the process I was seeking information on. She let me know all my financing options and NOT one time did I feel pressured nor rushed to make a decision to have this procedure done. That was one of my number one priorities when choosing what office and or plastic surgeon I would be choosing to do my procedure as well as the environment, cleanliness, the plastic surgeon himself and his team. It makes it so much more personable when they take the time to know you as a person and not just as a number. Dr. Marshall is absolutely phenomenal! He was very professional, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. He listened to any concerns and or questions I had in regards to my liposuction procedure. He was very thorough when explaining what to expect before, during and after the lipo procedure was completed and even better, he explained it in a way that I could understand not in a way that one doctor would talk to another doctor. Days prior to surgery he made sure all my medications were prescribed and that I had received them without hesitation and continued to follow up with me. He went over them once again before the actual procedure and followed proper protocol in regards to any allergies that I may have had. His anesthesiologist and nurses made me feel extremely comfortable, we were able to laugh and talk which help ease the little bit of nerves I was beginning to feel prior to getting put out. Fast forward...after surgery was done, I can honeslty say I don't remember much but what I do remember was that I was in very little to no pain and I recall saying bye to my nurses and Dr. Marshall. I was given access to getting a hold of Dr.Marshall if I had any questions or concerns and Dr. Marshall got in contact with me to check up on me to see how I was feeling and how I was doing. I went back within the week to do a follow up and to check on any drainage and to change my foam and was given the most compassionate, attentive, kind hearted Nurse/Medical Assistant Alex. She made sure to listen to any questions and or concerns (I had no concerns, honestly) I had and answered them, she was also very knowledgable on what I should expect in the coming weeks of healing and gave great advice in helping me achieve my cosmetic goals. I was so ecstatic with Dr. Marshall's work on my body and the results that I continue to achieve and see daily, and Alex, Karina, the anesthesiologist and the medical staffs attentiveness in helping me achieve my cosmetic goals that I will be returning to Dr. Marshall and his team from Athenix of Fresno. Hands down, if you are looking for AMAZING results and AMAZING plastic surgeon (and I can not express enough through words how truely amazing his work is)Dr. Marshall is the plastic surgeon to go to!!! You will have absolutely no regrets.

Had the VelaShape done...3 sessions. So relaxing and so quick. All you gals that work can do it on a lunch hour and still have time to catch a quick bite before going back to work. Plus...after only 2 sessions I looked cuter in my t-shirts. I had my waist area done. That pesky midriff looks smoother now. My gals Angie and Gabby were fabulous! A friend recommended Katrina and Athenix and she was spot on. Every staff member there is knowledgeable and caring. When I have appointments they see me promptly (I hate the wasted time of waiting rooms). When they told me the price of the procedure I was interested in, it was very competitive and has not changed. They thoroughly explained the procedure, but also gave me literature to take home. Every time I called with questions or concerns, they immediately took the call or called me back to explain. I am six weeks post-operative from my lower face/neck lift. From my first meeting with Dr. Marshall I immediately felt comfortable with him preforming the procedure. Prior to and after the surgery he has been completely available to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He is friendly and infinitely patient and personable. More importantly than his excellent bedside manner, I am more than thrilled with the results of his work. Although still somewhat swollen and bruised, I love my new jawline and neck. I also colored my hair at the same time and my family and friends tell me the new color took 15 years off me. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall and would only use him in the event of future procedures. Hes the best.

The office is modern and very clean, the front receptionist help you quickly and are courteous, my technician Julie was professional, knowledgeable, very easy to talk to. Wait time is fairly short and procedure room was clean and inviting. Just finished my second treatment and may be too early to notice results but I am very optimistic! I highly recommend Athenix!

My experience with Karina at Athenix has been PHENOMENAL! I only rate 5/5 because thats the highest allowed, but I would give them 6! She (and the whole crew) has been kind and accommodating! I went in as a true skeptic but came out a true believer. Not only do they offer procedures but they also do botox and facials. I waited way too long to come to Athenix!! Anyone who is curious or even a little intimidated by cosmetic procedures will love this place. I went in with a few questions and they were all answered and then some! Karina also hooked me up with some specials for breast augmentation and saved a huge chunk of money. Their work is fantastic and Im beyond thrilled with the result. It helps so much to have caring staff, and the doctors are kind and knowledgeable. I have a busy schedule and theyve always accommodated me. The staff is friendly, they offer killer 0% financing and they have many deal and specials to save you money. Highly recommend!

I've had a very positive experience with my first time at the Athenix Fresno location. I purchased 3 Velashape sessions through Groupon and all of the staff members at Athenix have been wonderful throughout the entire process. I got my treatments done by Julie and Angela and both ladies were accommodating, kind and professional - they will keep you entertained and comfortable throughout the entire treatment! Velashape itself is a very comfortable and relaxing treatment to have and it definitely feels like its working deep within the tissue. I have yet to see the physical benefits of Velashape but I know it will probably require more sessions as well as maintenance and I will definitely be back for more! I recommend this location to anyone who may be considering having this treatment. Thanks Athenix!

My doctor was Dr. Marshall the expanse that I had was phenomenal for the first time in my life I have abs and a new Butt, I have recommended several of my friends and employees after seeing my results . Several years wasted at the gym if I wouldve known that was a doctor as good as Marshall . I had a BBL with fat transfer from seven different places recovery was hard but the results were awesome and worth every dollar !

I cannot recommend Athenix enough. It took me a year to even get the courage to schedule a consultation for a breast augmentation. I have several girlfriends who had come here that were happy and so I finally made the appointment and the rest happened within two months. From the first appointment, down to the phone calls, appointments, and emails I've received following up after my surgery, the staff has been amazing. Every person there is welcoming and so sweet and made me feel incredibly comfortable through the whole process. I had never had any type of surgery and I even fainted right before I went in. Even after that, they made sure I was taken care of, comfortable and surgery was a breeze. I had heard the recovery was brutal but I got through it so easily. Nothing that would ever keep me from getting it done. My main concern with my change was to be natural yet still noticeable. I am thrilled with my results, I still feel like myself, only a better (perkier) version and my only complaint was that I should've done this ages ago. I even went back for Botox a month later and absolutely love the results of that. Absolutely wonderful experience.

They didn't call to confirm my appointment which concerned me due to the holiday. I called to confirm so I would not waste my time and gas. They said my appointment was for a different time. Then called me back to say my appointment was canceled but they were going to fit me in at a earlier time. Then had me wait over 40 minutes. As I waited I saw them charge at least 4 ladies after their services. When they finally called me in and went over the procedure they demanded to charge me before the service was even performed. Racist much? To top it off she brushed off my concern of a completely noticeable uneven area as if I had no idea what I was talking about and rushed me out the door. Horrible customer service.

I am so excited to share my experience here! I had a breast augmentation performed my Dr. Ciresi in August of this year. Everything from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were always very friendly and welcoming every time I came to the office. I had my consultation with Karina and as someone who used to be extremely self conscious, I felt very comfortable being shirtless and having my measurements taken, she was just friendly and comforting and gave me all the information I needed to make up my mind! I was so scared and indecisive about the size I would go with and they assured me if I had any doubts or concerns I could call them at ANY time! I took them up on that and was always greeted very warmly! I desperately wish I remembered my nurse's name on the day of the surgery, she was just flat out amazing! She explained everything she was doing before she did it and was very hospitable! Before surgery, Dr. Ciresi came in and we reviewed size again. I was so back and forth about size and when I walked into my surgery room I saw all the pictures I had emailed him had been printed out and placed around the room as a reference for him (SO REASSURING) and at that point I gave him permission to do whatever he saw fit based off of what I sent him. Everything about Dr. Ciresi is amazing, he is honest, has excellent communication skills, and his bedside manner is unmatched to any doctor I have come into contact with. All of the staff there is simply amazing, I also absolutely adore Gabby who always took care of my post ops! Every step of this process has been effortless for me. I'm so happy to have had such a wonderful experience!
