Every single employee was great and friendly. The office is super clean. Dr shah did a great job with my fillings. The back office was awesome at making me feel comfortable while I was here. The front staff was very nice and helpful. The person who explained to me my treatment, Mayra, was very helpful and broke down everything. I will definitely be coming back for my check up. I 100% recommend this office.

Great staff, Mayra has great customer service and was very flexible with availability for appointments and greeted me as I walked through the door. Dr. Shah did excellent work with my fillings and deep cleaning. She ensure I was comfortable and did detailed work. Emy was a awesome assistant to Dr Shah and was able to answer all my questions following my procedure. Overall a great staff and great experience with my procedures. The office has a welcoming feeling and they treat you as family and with respect. I will definitely continue all my future treatment along with my familys at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend was told he was going in for a deep cleaning and they actually did an extraction. He was not treated properly at all from the dentist and was telling her to stop cause it hurt so bad three times! And all she did was tell the assistant to shut the door. He got three stitches and was sent away with no pain medication at all. He had to call in from work cause the appointment was for a cleaning, not an extraction. Horrible place. And treated horribly.

I gave it 3 stars because the facility, the front desk staff and the dental assistants are very nice. I took 2 stars because I had an appointment today at 2:30 and left at 4:30 and I NEVER EVEN SAW THE DENTIST!! There should be more than one dentist at this location.

My expirence visiting western dental here in Los Banos was great its really nice having it here near by the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Jenny was very helpful , Mayra and Dr.Shah were so nice they answer all the questions I had. I walk out very satisfied with everything I got done.

Very bad experience, not recommended at all, went there for a check up, we wait 2 hrs, and they only took x-rays had to wait another 30 min in order to have her exam cause the doctor was busy doing treatment, then I dont know what is the appointments for, NEVER COME Back there again.
