My experience was exceptional . The staff is friendly and was very helpful and made you feel important. The day of my surgery the nurses made me feel comfortable and was always making sure I was okay. Dr Ford was there to check on me to see how I was and if I had any concerns or questions before surgery. Dr Ford made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The staff reinsured me that I would be well taken care of and if I needed anything. After surgery they where checking on my well being to make sure I was comfortable and how I was feeling. I was very pleased with how everything went and how everyone made me feel.

I am a part time working mother of 6. A breast augmentation has always been on my self improvement list, but I never took any steps towards getting one. It was actually my husband who suggested I make some calls and meet some doctors! Even though there were so many options in different cities I called and came in for a consultation at Renuance. Vinny was great on the phone and answered all my questions and went over how the consultation would go. I met directly with Dr. Ford who I instantly was comfortable with. She listened and understood what I wanted and explained the procedure while answering all my questions and concerns. The paperwork and pre-op process was smooth and every time I came into the office anyone available was always willing to assist me. I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Ford and I am recovering well. She was one of the first to see and talk to me before surgery, right after, and checked on my recovery when I went home. I feel fortunate to have chosen a such an amazing Dr.. I also would like to add that I live less than 10 miles away and it is very convenient to get to and from appointments before and after when your life is full of school, work, and sports schedules! I am a proud Mom of 3 that put her nursing career on hold to care for my babies. Never in my mind I envisioned cosmetic surgery until I successfully breastfed my three kids for a year each. It was then, that I realized I needed to do something for myself. I called and came in for a consultation at Renuance. Melissa walked me through the whole process prior of meeting Dr. Ford in the most professional and attentive way. As soon as I met Dr. Ford she explained the procedure, answered a book of questions I had and listened to my needs and wants - it was then that I realized she was the surgeon I was looking for. 'The biggest communication problem now days is we don't listen to understand, we listen to reply' and that was NOT the case here. Connection and trust was a major factor for me and Dr. Ford hit every single qualification. The pre- op process, paperwork and surgery day were easy and smooth thanks to the excellent team they have. Every single team member I had the pleasure to meet or talked to during this process made me feel like I was the only patient and not just another patient. I had my Tummy Tuck with lipo to the flanks by Dr. Filip and all I can say is this has been the best experience from my first consult to now 12 days post op!! He's amazing!! Surgery day went extremely smooth, the operating staff made me feel completely safe and comfortable. NO DRAINS! My recovery has honestly been thee best possible! Everything has been great just wish you would give better discounts to customers that are regulars . I know that if you purchased cosmetics you get some type of discounts but not enough for my budget. I've also send you customers to have surgery and only got 100 off when they are paying you thousands. That does not seem fair.
