This review is for Molly and for the amazing wellness treatment I experienced with her today. Health has been a number one priority for me during these times and she was able to guide me in the best direction for my needs . I received the Fast Vitamin Push treatment that is a quick and painless boost of vitamins to fuel energy and I have never felt better. She is so knowledgeable and caring and I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to stay healthy and keep energy levels high and as a great preventive treatment

Called to make my first appt for a mini-facial deal brought to my awareness by my friend who goes regularly and has had positive experiences. Got an appointment later that same day. When I made the appt they took my credit card and didnt say anything about their policies. When the rest of my workday took a turn and I was running late, I called to let them know as soon as I could which was 10mins prior to the appointment time as I was literally running to my car. The manager first refused to let me move it to another time or day, then refused to give me a refund insisting I had to roll the $50 into some other $2k service (just no.) and then ultimately said she would give me a refund because it was against policy (which wasnt mentioned at all over the phone at time of booking) before she slammed the phone to hang up on me. Very rude customer service with dysfunctional operating procedures if they try to hold new (or any) customers to policies that havent been communicated at all, but they were eager to take my credit card info. She even argued with how long we had been on the phone even though its captured by the phone itself. I hope they work out this interesting method of treating new customers.

This review is for their Picosure laser service and office staff (not Dr. Boudreault).II have a small 1in x 1in tattoo that only Picosure can remove (because of the colors). I had been driving far for my sessions so I was happy to find Illuminate in PA.I had already had 3 previous sessions with other providers so I knew what to expect, but I knew something was off my first session here. My previous sessions were around 20-30min. This time, the nurse made one pass with the laser and it was over in 5-10 min. I said something is wrong, it wasn't even that painful and I don't think the laser was strong enough. She brought in a second woman who said it was OK to do another pass, so she did another pass. I got the distinct feeling they weren't that experienced.A few months later, I didn't notice much of a difference. I went back for another session and explained this to them, and they brought up a photo from the previous time. We compared it and there was a difference, but it wasn't the improvement that I had seen with my previous sessions with another provider. We agreed to a stronger calibration this time and I had my second session, this time seeing a better result.I called a few months later to schedule my third session. I called around 4:30PM on a Monday and got a guy on the phone that said he wasn't a receptionist and didn't really know what he was doing. He said he could schedule me for a 1:45 appointment a few days later. I was concerned, but went anyway.I sat in the waiting area for one hour before I got up and left, and I didn't even get an apology or explanation. Nothing. Just wasted my time!Inexperienced and unprofessional has been my experience with Illuminate, I won't be going back. It's a shame because I wanted to visit Dr. Boudreault for a procedure, but I don't want to deal with the office staff.

I had a disastrous experience with Illuminate. I had lipo, fat transfer and breast augmentation in 2018. I was left with globs of fat on my sides, inadequate lipo and terrible scars on my breasts. I have had extensive revisions with other doctors since this surgery, which was a very expensive mistake I will regret for the rest of my life. My experiences with other doctors has been good but they have not been able to completely erase the mistakes made by Illuminate. Be careful. Plastic surgery is permanent.

This review is long overdue! I had been looking to remove a couple of mistakes aka tattoos, that 17 yr. old me made. I knew that the surest way was laser treatment. I researched places from San Jose to San Francisco and stumbled upon Illuminate Plastic Surgery on Yelp. They were close by, and I loved the whole aspect of a husband and wife team. They also offered a free consult, so what did I have to lose? I made an appointment and showed up to their office which is clean, modern, and easy to find. (Cant wait to see their new location!) I had no idea what to expect when I met Molly but her cheerful personality instantly put me at ease. She thoroughly explained the use of the PicoSure laser, side effects, number and cost of treatments, and answered every single one of my questions. She made sure to set my expectations that this wasnt going to be a one and done treatment, and it would take time. I purchased a series of 6 treatments done 6-8 weeks apart and I am now on #5 and the progress is amazing, I wish I had taken more pictures! September 2018 - I also had lip fillers (Juvederm) with Molly and the experience was just as awesome. Shes so informative and ensures the procedures are as painless as possible with minimal side effects.October 2018 - I had a pretty big skin tag in a really sensitive and uncomfortable place. My primary care doctor advised me to leave it alone, stating the recovery and risk for infection outweighed the benefits. It posed no medical issue but it was highly detrimental to my self esteem. I had my consult with Dr. B and he agreed with my doctor about the risk and benefits but also advocated for my comfort and confidence. I decided to go ahead with the procedure and literally felt NO pain. My recovery was effortless and my confidence got a huge boost. I love coming to Illuminate because its almost like going to hang out with my friend, who just happens to be an NP with an MD hubby that work together to help revamp you into most confident and best form of yourself. Also everyone in their office is very kind and accommodating! Whatever you need, I would totally recommend Illuminate Plastic Surgery!

The folks are amazing! From the front office staff all the way through post-op! I had a breast augmentation and I am currently 6weeks post-op and feel great! Dr. B has wonderful bedside manner and is really committed to listening to concerns about augmentation and your post augmentation body. I am a runner and my biggest concern was whether or not I would be able to still run comparable to pre-op. I am happy to say that I am back to running 7:50 miles and couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend Dr.B and his team! Not to mention his wife Molly works there and she is so sweet and is also highly dedicated to her patients!

Best experience ever! I can not thank Dr. Boudreault, Molly, Katie and Melanie enough! I have always been nervous about having anything done on my face. Dr. B suggested an IPL as I had some brown spots on my face. It took me two years to pluck up the courage to schedule my appointment. The results are amazing. I met some friends for coffee and they were sure I had a face lift! A big shout out to the team at Illuminate Plastic Surgery;, Dr. B, Molly, Katie, Melanie, Peggy, Elaine, Cynthia. I am so, so fortunate that my path crossed with Dr. Boudreault. Dr. Boudreault faced an enormous challenge in making my breasts symmetrical as I am the survivor of two bouts of cancer on my right breast, 16 and 20 years ago respectively. I also endured radiation therapy, a mastectomy and reconstruction. The prior implant was way past its time; the healthy breast sagged; and I was quite lop-sided when I met Dr. Boudreault. In addition to his education, competence and credibility, I must say the combination of his innate skill set and perfectionist surgery skills left me with a more beautiful outcome than I could ever have expected. I feel so beautiful now; both physically and mentally. As well, I paid office visits for follow-up scar-reducing laser therapy. His Nurse Practitioner Molly is not only extremely knowledgeable and capable, but her approach is with tender, loving care. His staff were so respectful and friendly and the office setting is so comfortable. What an amazing experience

From the checkin to consultation and throughout my procedure the staff was attentive, professional and at times comforting. I don't think I have enough nice words to say about Dr. Boudreault and his wonderful wife Molly! From day one they treated me like family, which is so extremely important when choosing a plastic surgeon. You want to feel very comfortable and that is exactly how I felt at their office. I am a mom of two kids and as a result of nursing both of them for a 1 1/2 each my breasts were quite lifeless. I knew I wanted them fixed and Dr. Boudreault recommended a mastopexy and breast augmentation. I was very cautious of getting implants only because I didn't want them big. Basically I wanted what I had but lifted and brought back to life again. Being the skilled surgeon he is he highly recommend a small silicone implant to give my breasts volume towards the top. I am currently one week post op and I could not be happier with my results. I have had two post op appointments and Dr. Boudreault has called to check up on my a few times to make sure everything was going smooth with my recovery! I felt/feel very taken care of and I would recommend anyone who is searching for an insanely amazing plastic surgeon to go to him! They are also experts at Botox! Love how fast and painless it was and I had instant results with it. Go to someone with knowledge and experience when it comes to your body! You won't regret your decision in choosing Illuminate Plastic surgery for any of your surgical and cosmetic needs/wants!

I was visiting my daughter in Menlo Park for the Christmas holiday and had mentioned to her that I needed to have a mole on my forehead removed. She recommended that I call Dr. Boudreault at Illuminate Plastic Surgery. She also mentioned that I should look into a technology called Ultherapy and said it may soften some of my aging features.Dr. Boudreault was able to see me promptly for a consultation regarding both procedures. He took all of the time I needed to answer all of my questions and did it in a way that I could understand (not overly medical). Dr. Boudreault was very thorough and reassuring in describing the processes involved with both treatments. So, I scheduled an appointment to take care of both issues. I was surprised by how simple the Ultherapy procedure was. It took a little over an hour and I had little to no discomfort during the process, or after for that matter.Dr. B explained that I would not see noticeable results from Ultherapy for about six months, but I'm hopeful that the loose skin on my jowls and neck will appear tighter. I can already feel that something is working (particularly on my neck). I will be back to the Bay Area this Summer and will schedule a follow up appointment to compare my before and after photos. Until then, let me say that Dr. Boudreault was terrific. In addition to being a skilled Plastic Surgeon (the incision from my mole removal is practically not visible), he's also a terrific person. Even with my simple procedures, he was diligent in his follow up to make sure I was doing well and was satisfied with my care. I will definitely be back.
