After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 29, having a double mastectomy I was recommended to this wonderful doctor. I have gone through all the reconstruction procedures and love the results. Dr Punjabi is the best at what he does he is very understanding and caring explains everything, answers all questions. His wonderful office staff made everything run so smooth with my insurance, appointments and all the office procedures. I am very greatful to them for helping me get my life and confidence back. I will forever continue to show off his work. Highly recommended!

If only this business could get 0 stars, I'd do it. I don't know how he stays in business with his holier than thou attitude. Everyone is created equal, but Anil Punjabi, believes he's above everyone else. His curt comments, and blatantly rude actions prove it. When it comes to returning calls; he's completely incompetent. My last oral surgery; I was treated like garbage. When it was time to proceed with the next step of placing the screws. It took 2 months to call me back. When I asked him why, he had no answer. I should have gone somewhere else but looking for someone is such a daunting task; especially oral surgeons. I had a sinus lift, and I had to be sedated. I hate needles. The worst was Dr. Punjabi's, smart alec comment. While digging in my arm looking for the vein, I said it hurt; he said it's only a small needle. I told him that a needle is a needle, and he wasn't digging for gold. He's the surgeon; so find my vein, or I'm leaving! Eventually, he did. But wow! Hes so cold. I don't know who he thinks he is, but he's an awful doctor with no heart, and no compassion. You don't treat patients that way!! Eventually your poor bedside manner, lack of professionalism, and inability to return calls will put you out of business. I need another dental implant in my mouth. 3 weeks ago I was in Dr. Punjabi's office for a follow up Appt to check on the upper left side of my mouth. 3 weeks ago the doctor said that he would call my dentist, and inform him how to proceed with my treatment plan. It's been almost 4 weeks, and has Dr. Punjabi, called my dentist?? No he hasn't. When I called the office and spoke to one nurse, she said that Dr. Punjabi would be in at 10am, and she would ask him and get back to me. Did the nurse get back to me? She sure didn't. I bet that incompetence is contagious in that office, because almost everyone there is severely deficient in returning phone calls. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. One girl there, I can't remember her name, she has a daughter that is 6 or 7, and her daughter would only wear rain boots to school. Anyways, this nurse I just spoke about with the daughter, you are nice, and it's too bad your coworkers suck at their jobs. The last and final straws were twofold. Last week I called Dr. Punjabi's office, again!! Tina, answered the phone and I asked her why I hadn't heard back. I asked if it was because I hadn't spent enough money. She raised her voice, and said that they have been busy. She said that they had seen 50 patients the previous day, and that was the excuse. I could care less how many patients you see or don't see. It sounds like the person making appointments can't do their job. It's not my problem, and it's been almost 4 weeks. My dentist hasn't heard from the doctor; is everyone there just slow?? Maybe using the phone is to difficult a task for anyone at that office. Who does the doctor think he is, acting so rude. The last and final crime Dr. Punjabi committed was towards me, and my dentists' office. I called my dentist to see if Dr. Punjabi called them, my dentist hadn't heard from them. My dentists office called Dr. Punjabi's office, because I was having some pain. My dentist thought that they would get some answers if they called Dr. Punjabi, and asked them about my treatment plan. And again, even they were dismissed and they got no answers. Again, Dr. Punjabi was busy, and he would call them back when he could. The nerve of him. I hope my review leads to the closing of his office, and all patients leaving. Other words I have will get this review removed, and I won't let that happen. Treating patients like they are inferior, condescending comments, and poor bedside manner are bad qualities. Just because you have a license to practice medicine, it doesn't make you a good doctor.

Dr Punjabis receptionist Tina began talking about me right in front of my face to another coworker on my very first visit for bone loss in my jaw. I told the Dr of her behavior immediately. He was very apologetic. Then when I called to leave some information for Dr Punjabi she set the phone down and I listened to her talk to someone revealing their personal information. I confronted the Dr with this information and he claimed I overheard her talking about me again and that I needed to confront her. That was a lie! The patient she was speaking of was not me. I heard the patients name, personal information and call back phone number! When I let him know that I heard the patients name and everything else, he told me that he couldnt see me anymore and help me. His receptionists behavior is not only unprofessional, but illegal! The Drs behavior is complacent. He doesnt want to her the truth. All he sees is $$. He doesnt want to admit his business is going to be shut down due to Tina violating regulations and not protecting his patients personal info. These regulation are set forth by HIPA.

After breastfeeding 2 kids for a total of 4 years i was in need of a breast job BADLEY. I had gone to about 5 other local Drs to discuss options and pricing (I was night feeding so I wasn't looking to schedule.....just questions and cost.) All were quite short and almost seemed irritated to talk to me. Not Dr.Punjabi. He answered all my questions even let me try on some samples for size.....I was so happy. One year later I called to schedule my surgery and the staff was beyond sweet. 1 month later I had the body I had been cravings. I love myself again. My husband loves the natural beauty of them. Even in a bathing suit people cant imagine their not real. Best thing ive done!!
