Cynthia did an AMAZING job! My lips look great I will definitely be making the 3 hour drive for future visits without hesitation! I reached out to her on a weekend through Instagram. She replied shortly after which I appreciate since it was an evening on a weekend. She was able to accommodate me on my day off even though it was her day off! She made me feel comfortable, her bed side manner surpassed my expectations and her personality was great. We had great conversation and she was sweet to my son. Dr.Arnold Almonte is the BEST Facial Plastic Surgeon in California's state capital. I am a client of his and as a former model and actress in Hollywood my face was my livelihood, and looking great has always been important to me. I would like to start this review by saying that the Almonte Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery is lovely space and the staff, much like a family. They are very welcoming and surely each know their job to a tea. I never felt pressured or up sold anything I came there with an idea in mind and knew that after meeting Dr.Almonte and his staff this was the place for me. I was going to write he turned back the hands of time, I've found the fountain of youth, or he waved a magic wand and that sounds so dramatic ,but the thing is its TRUE! at times I can see the reflection of the girl I was in high school, it's crazy and Wonderful the down time was so minimal too. I just want to Thank Dr.Arnold Almonte and his Amazing Team for they are GOLDEN I recommend them highly. They are the Very Best.

Recently got a microdermabrasion, and a complete skin cleanser kit. The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I even picked up some great natural makeup! My skin felt and looked amazing after, and it was cool to see the dead skin. Will definitely be back for another session, more cleanser, and more makeup!! Highly recommend this office to everyone!

Yesterday was my first time at the Almonte Center. I wanted Botox and fillers so I met with Cynthia Sanchez and discussed with her my main concerns and what I wanted to spend. Words can not express how happy I am I chose Dr. Almonte for my lower face lift and brow lift. I am a beauty junkie, try the latest products, research the newest procedures and do my homework. I'm 59 years old and my jowels were really starting to bother me as well as my droopy brows. My delimma was who would I trust to work on my face? I have a beauty page with over 5,000 followers where everyone shares their experiences with plastic surgery, microblading, and just about every procedure known to man kind. So I began asking around who was the BEST of the best. Money was not an issue because this my face we are talking about. I was not going to skimp. I'm thinking what if he messes it up, what if he takes too much fat out or too much skin, I was so nervous. He calmly put his hand on mind and said 'Lotus this is my speciality just trust me. I don't work on anything else but the face '. I was so scared I actually cried to his nurse. So I finally got the nerve up to do the procedures. I can't rave enough how wonderful his work is. My face looks like It did 15 years ago. I still look like myself (I was worried I was not going to look like myself) but i look 15 years younger. This man is an artist as well as a surgeon because he knew exactly how to fix my face and make it look natural. Look no further if you are looking for a plastic surgeon to work on your face. His work is the best I have ever seen. I'm a flight attendant and see a lot of bad plastic surgery. I assure you, you are in excellent hands with Dr. Almonte.

I had a procedure done here that left my eyes harmed. I have had second opinions by other surgeons one being a world renowned surgeon in Beverly Hill's who confirm that I was aesthetically harmed by this procedure and too much skin wad removed and sewn back at an an unnatural angle causing serious aesthetic issues. When I told Dr Almonte my concerns he said I was just going to have to learn to live with my new look. Not acceptable to me as my face looks distorted and under eyes harmed. Overall the office staff is amazing but I have to live with my face like this forever. Just be careful it is permanent. I'm sure he does great work but I did not get that experience. I would give anything to have my old face back.

I love this place its very comfortable great staff you never feel rushed. Everything is explained very well. The staff and the doctor are wonderful and make you feel right at home. I will be back and I would recommend this to anyone interested. They have aesthetician on staff so if youre looking for something subtle are not so subtle this is the right place to go. My only complaint is that its not closer to my home.

6 weeks later, & still can't find anything I don't like about Dr. Almonte or the office staff. Don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful. Hate the good Doc for skillfully sculpting the face. At 53yo, I had a face, eyebrow, and neck lift. Only LOCAL anesthesia! This sets him apart, and above the rest. No worries of complications from general or twilight, and he kept the procedure affordable. 'Counterfeit Youth' has been restored, resulting in a very natural appearance. The mirror no longer cracks when I look at it.

MICRONEEDLING: also known as (collegan induction therapy)??? I think. One of the things I like about it is I have an olive complexion and am very reticent of having laser performed on my skin and this procedure helps rejuvinate the skin with worrying my skin tone will be changed. HOW IT WORKS: The microneedling is exactly how it sounds. Small needles puncture your skin and as it heals, it repairs and introduces new collagen that firms your skin texture, tone and strengthens. You may be able to see an improvement immediately but it takes a few weeks for this process to evolve to get at it's maximum improvement level.MY REACTION: I have now had a total of 5 microneedling sessions. I had three done last August (a month or so apart). This year, I am also doing three and will have my last one done first week in December. I love it. If I could, I would do one every two and a half months but..... Gina numbs your face for about 15 minutes. It takes the edge off. The microneedling is more than tolerable and I always looks forward to it.I'm not quite sure how long it takes once she starts...perhaps 15 - 30 minutes. When Gina was finished she put a heavy-duty moisture solution and sunscreen on my face.WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE AFTER: I looked like I had a bad sunburn..I felt like I had a bad sunburn but by the time I got home I felt o.k. The sunburn feeling lasted a very short time for me. However, it took a couple of days for my skin to settle down. WAS THE PROCEDURE WORTH IT: For me yes...definately yes. I have been complimented on my skin several times in the past year (no makeup on). There are times I think it 'almost' glows. ; ). I highly recommend Gina. She knows what she is doing, not a lot of idle chit-chat-just enough. It's very relaxing. I'm not new to facial rejuvination and I 'think' I know what works for me and what doesn't. This works and Gina has been in this business for 20 years so she knows what she's doing. AND NO, you can't see holes in your skin !!!

Ok, so I'll say this quick. I am 70 and I look good for 70, but Dr. Almonte made me look 50 and now I look good for 50!!!! I'm so grateful to Dr. Almonte and his wonderful staff for making my facelift a pleasant experience and the results are way beyond what I expected. It looks so natural. When I look in the mirror I feel like I'm looking at a picture of a young me instead of a me that had a facelift. The procedure was quick and I was back to work in a little over a week.
