I am very particular about selecting a surgeon....aren't we all?! I highly recommend meeting with Dr. Perry......at the very least! It was time well spent and he made me feel very comfortable. I have been researching/meeting with several plastic surgeons. I have yet to talk with a surgeon who is so open and honest. He took the time to answer all of my questions...and I had a lot. He is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I had a very positive experience!

I had the $750 lip filler done here with a sweet nurse and we had a little issue with it. I was planning on just accepting my loss but my friend insisted I call and schedule an appointment. I decided to call and was scheduled with DR. Perri and Doug. I explain my situation and they were extremely kind, understanding and so gentle with the processed. I felt extremely comfortable with their service as well as valued as a customer. I 110% will be coming back to Dr. Perri and Doug for any future appointments. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best!! They are sweet, kind and caring. I've never gone to a place that's been so amazing as this one. I will continue to come to them and be a client for a long time. Prices are great and the doctor makes you feel amazing. Has the best interest for the client and that's a huge plus for me. I want to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Dr Perry and his staff for their work. I had an appendectomy many years ago which left a pretty unsightly scar on my belly. After doing a ton of research, I found Chrysalis Cosmetics. The website doesn't list deep scar revisions as one of the procedures he does, but he happily took on the task for me. I knew nothing about plastic surgery, how much it would cost, nor how one would revise a scar so I was pretty nervous going in. His staff were all very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable from consultation all the way to post-op. I'm currently into week 2 of my recovery and I am very happy with the outcome. Very much worth it and very confident as healing continues. Thank you guys for all your work. It really gave me a boost of self-confidence that I didn't have for many years.

Two years ago I went in for a tummy tuck & a BBL after the surgery my left buttocks was much bigger than the right side, I was told I needed a touchup but I had to pay an additional $1000 so I did it after the second surgery it still was not right I sent an email with concern about having a third surgery because funds were very tight I had already paid enough money.I was told I needed a third surgery plus another thousand dollars. The front desk was not very friendly or helpful until I called office manager Kristin. Now I am having lots of pain tingling and numbness in my right butt which is still bigger than the left one I have called to make an appointment to be seen ASAP and a day and a half later I still have not received a phone call. I am very disappointed the way they have handled my care as Dr. Perry was highly recommended by a oral surgeon that I work for. So now I must pay another plastic surgeon to fix what Dr. Perry could not fix in three surgeries

I recently got filler for my first time here. The reason I am writing only two stars is because the 750 dollar filler I did not notice at all. I know this is something that isnt guaranteed, but to think I spent that much money on something is crazy to me. If I would of known I wouldnt be noticing any difference I would of never wasted my money. The only good thing about the experience here was the young girl with glasses at the front. She was very nice. I also never got any after photos done or any call back about how Im feeling or a check up which I dont know if they do that here but I know even getting Botox before the dr called me to see how I am. Anyways I just wish I would of known before spending all that that I wouldnt be seeing any difference.

From the very first time I made a phone call, to my actual first visit, Laura was positive and so very helpful in resolving every doubt I had. Sarah is the sweetest receptionist and I literally had not one issue getting a call back from her if I needed attention or had a concern. Vicky I believe is their RN, she was nothing short of awesome, consistently following up with me and showing genuine care for how my recovery went along any time I saw her in the facility. Dr.Perry himself is simply the best. He has fantastic manners and is very clear when he explains or talks about any procedure, there is no gray area. He actually takes the time to look over the recovery and kept making clear to me how to recover step by step. My body feels, looks, and makes ME feel brand new in a way!The results are gorgeous and natural so far. All I can say is thank you. I am so glad I chose to come to Dr. Perrys practice. I do not know where to start; I had a number of procedures done and I feel like a new man. Like most any medical procedure healing takes a little while but after the healing the results far exceeded my expectations. Dr Perry, Sarah, Lora, Vicky, and I forgot the other male Nurses name, but they all were so kind. They treated me like family. I do not know how to put a price on self image and feeling comfortable in your own body but I do have to say their prices are very reasonable and because I had a few things done they discounted some of the procedures. The prices were comparable if not less expensive then less experienced surgeons. If and when I need more procedures I will be back. I highly reccomend them to anyone.And if you are reading this Dr. Perry. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

After having 3 kids and gaining and losing weight over the years, I finally got serious and changed the way I ate and started taking better care of myself. But even after years of cardio and strength training and eventual Bariatric surgery, there were areas on my body that just wouldnt change. I made several appointments with local plastic surgeons to get recommendations as well as quotes for what I wanted done. Some were prohibitively expensive and some were just rude. I had almost decided to put off the idea again when a friend advised me to go see Dr. Perry. I made an appointment at Chrysalis Cosmetics and Im so happy I took that advice. Dr. Perry and his staff have been wonderful to me from my first appointment, pre-surgery appointments, surgery and all through my follow ups. Dr. Perry performed an extended tummy tuck, a breast lift with implants, liposuction and brachioplasty. I am so happy with the results and have a new appreciation for my body and greater self-confidence. When I see people I havent seen lately, they take a second look to be sure its really me. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the nurses and assistants and billing, are so friendly and caring (Im reluctant to name names for fear of leaving someone out). Each time Im there, Im treated like the most important person in the office. They are so patient when you have questions, concerns, or just pre-surgery anxiety, they are supportive and thorough. Since my surgery, I find myself looking in the mirror more often compared to before my surgeries, I avoided the mirror. I know how frustrating it is to work so hard dieting and exercising but still feel like your efforts arent producing results. Dr. Perry and his staff have been major players in helping me get closer to my goals. I still have some other work to do and when Im ready to do it, Dr. Perry is who Ill chose to do the procedures.

I would never go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedure, and would instantly direct anyone planning on one here with no hesitation. From beginning to end Dr. Perry and his staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Cheryl was the first person I spoke to, and she is really wonderful, patient and funny and willing to answer any and all of your questions and concerns. My surgery was done in their own set up room in office, which I found to be much more convenient. After care was attentive and I was given plenty of time to discuss all care and any concerns I had with Dr Perry. As for the work itself, I can't say enough how happy I am with it! Also, Laura-office manager needs to quit acting like a nurse, and providing medical advice. It blows my mind how Dr Perry allows this woman, whos uneducated with NO medical training advise his clients. This doesnt happen at a regular medical office

My experience with Dr. Perry and his staff, ( Cheryl, Laura, Olga, and anyone else I had contact with in his office). I first want to start by asking to read this review completely, I am only hoping it will help you understand my experience as well as put your future decision at ease. At 53 yrs old, I was a little, OK a lot hesitant to do cosmetic surgery. Telling myself I am maybe just slightly too old to do it. Then I talked with a lot of family and friends and yes even Dr. Perry's office about my thoughts. In conclusion to try to keep this as short as possible, I and you are never to old to show how young you feel on the outside. RIGHT?! So in moving forward I made the call and inquired about cost, recovery time, risk, at my age. And to my surprise, I talked to Cheryl extensively. When I hung up with her I felt ALL my questions and concerns had been addressed and answered, she left me with the comment, Tina, when you are ready we will be here no matter how long it takes for you to decide it is what you want, but on your time. Guess What? SHE DIDN'T harass me with phone calls or letters. She did check with me about a month later, to my surprise she remembered what we talked about only talking to her once, that gave me comfort she took me as a person and not just a call. Thank you for that Cheryl, if I didn't tell you before. I told her I needed more time and she said no worries Tina, I know it is a life changing decision and I want you to make sure you are ready. Again, moving forward, I set an appointment for a consult. I went in and Laura, at the front desk, (what an amazing soft spoken, huge smile and comfort greet to the office, talk about first impressions, put me at an immediate relax feeling). I meet with Cheryl and we walked to a room, and yes I had a list of many questions to ask Dr. Perry as well as just a lot of general, doing a lot of Internet research brought a lot to the end of my pen and paper. AGAIN ALL my questions and concerns where put to rest and I felt they told me truths not to try and keep me from being nervous about some things but to realistically understand the before and after. I know this is a long review but please bear with me. Some answers where scary but then it isn't a procedure that I expected to be a rose garden recovery. Yes it was going to be painful. However, OMG did I expect more pain. I expected not to be able to move for days. Please let me tell you my head was my worse enemy there. I was walking the first day, granted better than the second but still I was walking with a minimal amount of pain. My concern was blood clots too, great motivator to get up and move. ;). OK so close this out, I had a breast lift, having 3 babies 37 years ago and gravity it was much needed, along with that , hey why not perk them babies up, 650cc silicone implants, best of all, this is huge, I Ask DR. PERRY TO GIVE ME HEART SHAPE NIPLES, OH YES HE DID AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, ONE OF THE PERKS I AM HOPING HIS OFFICE OFFERS TO MANY MORE OF HIS PATIENTS. HE IS AN AMAZING ARTIST WITH WHAT HE IS DOING WITH EACH OF HIS PATIENTS. This Dr. IS NOT,NOT,NOT, A cookie cutting surgeon. He is an artist with his patients. I could continue to go on and on. I hope this helps anyone understand what type of surgeon he is. Good luck

I have never before written reviews for any type of service or product (besides out of discontent); however, my experience with Dr. Perry and his staff surpassed all my expectations. Although a bit hesitant because of not one, but THREE failed cosmetic surgeries with two other surgeons, I decided to do some research and give it another shot. After narrowing my choices down to great reviews and results posted online, I decided to go with Chrysalis Cosmetics. A decision that I would not regret. I went in for Rhinoplasty (nose job), and after developing trust with Dr. Perry and his staff, I decided to get a Brazilian Butt Lift and Gynecomastia correction in addition to my Rhinoplasty procedure. I didn't stop there. I recently began getting Botox and filler from Dr. Perry instead of driving 2 hours to my dermatologist in Los Gatos, CA. I am no newbie to cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatments, so it is hard for me to trust just anyone. Dr. Perry and his staff's bedside manner is amazing before, during and even MONTHS after your surgery. They deal with any issue you might have at any given time. If you are interested at all in any type of cosmetic procedure or non-surgical treatment, I wouldn't recommend anyone else! They will change your life! (Sorry for sounding like a commercial, but it is what it is).

Horrible! Money hungry. He fakes concern and when it goes all wrong he is quick to wash his hands of it. He admits my breast are not correct but if I want them fixed I have to pay again?? HELLO!!! So now there is all this scar tissues (lots and lots of knots) in my left breast, they feel really creepy and I won't let my husband even touch it. Talk about how that effects your self esteem. I payed him almost $25,000 for my cosmetics surgery I was not paying $25,000 dollars to end up with a body of scars and I went to him showed him all that was wrong he completely agreed that it was a mess and needed to fixed but if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it. Yes at one point he may have been a good doctor his reviews are older and I really hope you seek treatment somewhere else.
