Ive had such a great experience here! I highly recommend the Clear & Brilliant series. I didnt know I could get back my gorgeous youthful glow! Its truly rejuvenating and I appreciate the multi series as my skin gets the benefit of progressive but consistent treatment through my scheduled appointments every 4 weeks. I also highly recommend any facial services with Claire L. Shes so thorough, informative and she truly cares about your skin. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you get the most out of your appointment. The front staff is so friendly and always makes sure I am aware of payment options, specials, benefits.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing everyone is so nice and welcoming. I got Botox for the 1st time and love it! I was asked if I wanted to lift my eyebrows, at first I was a little nervous to do it since I didn't want to look like I was constantly surprised. I couldn't be happier with the results so glad I did it super subtle no need to worry. These guys are the best I'll definitely be back.

Started going to see Claire at Artemedica for skincare a little over a year ago and I think its the best thing Ive done for my skin. Ive been doing the micro-needling every month and started noticing a significant improvement in my skin almost immediately. My face is less blotchy, more even toned and smooth! Claire is so knowledgeable about her procedures, the many products that Artemedica offers and how it relates to my particular skin type. I get smarter every time I see her. If u want to keep ur skin healthy and glowing do yourself a favor and go see Claire at Artemedica. So worth it.

She took the time to explain the best way to use them and even pointed out a few that I could try next time. I was told and sold Juvederm based on its lasting up to 18 months ( per Artemedicas own website. It lasted 9 weeks. I went back to Dr. Chang twice and she changed the story denying what I had been told and not standnig by her work.

I have had Dr. Chang do a laser resurface and it was an excellent way to help with my rosachia. The staff there are incredible, you feel very pampered throughout the whole process. I recommend anyone who may have any type of skin issues to go see Dr Chang for a consultation.As well, Dr. Lacombe is the best in doing lip injections. I received one treatment and not only did my lips look great, not overdone at all, the treatment lasted almost a year. Thank you both and your staff for your expertise, kindness, and care. Note: The best part, they don't try to up sell when you are specific to what you want.

I asked Dr. Lacombe if I could give him 12 stars and said no...so I'm giving 5+7!!I wanted a bottom face and neck lift as well as under eye laser. I WAS TERRIFIED!!! I interviewed everyone from Marin to Beverly Hills to Manhattan. I ended up here. I'm the kind a patient who thinks she's going to die at every turn of a surgical process. The staff and Dr. Lacombe put up with me and talked me down from the roof of every tall building that I was ready to jump from.And now...Six months later, I look 20 years younger. And I'm so happy. And if they will have me back for additional procedures, I'm coming!

I went in for the weekend lazer 2 times the first was a whole face and I was pretty impressed with the way my cheeks turned out but didnt have much of an improvement with other areas on my face so I went a second time and asked that the doctor just do my T zone and not only did the doctor do my cheeks ( where there was no numbing cream :(.. ouch) but did not concentrate on the area that I asked for and the areas that she did do are uneven and spots that she missed completely ( around my lips and eyes). 5 days later and there is little to no improvement to my skin from the second visit. I am left with dark spots on my forhead and uneven texture..after spending 1300 .. I will never go back to this place and would not reccomend. I gave 2 stars because the staff was nice and the office was clean...

Worst place to get a filler. Unprofessional that's the way I describe the Doctors 's work . I asked for a filler on my wrinkles on one side of my face and he left a horrible scar on the other side of my face. They denied that my skin was damaged due to the enzyme that the doctor used to get rid of the filler that it was injected incorrectly . The doctor's assistant said that my skin was already like that before the treatment. The doctor not even had the courtesy to see me. He canceled my appointment few hours before my appointment.

I have been going here for the past year plus! It's always a great experience from start to finish! I also use the skin care line Skin medica they recommended and my skins never looked better. Everybody is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The med spa is very neat and clean. I send all of my clients there for all their beauty needs and they've all been very satisfied! They are extremely professional and I won't go anywhere else! Walking in those doors is like walking into the fountain of youth and I love it!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Initially, I came into the consult with Dr. Lacombe to discuss a rhinoplasty and chin implant. After assessing my situation, Dr. Lacombe informed me about another option; liquid rhinoplasty and chin fillers, both of which would give me what Im looking for, without the huge commitment of permanently changing my face. After receiving the liquid rhinoplasty & chin fillers, I feel like a brand new me! I am SO impressed with the results & am looking forward to getting the real procedures done sometime soon. I had the micropigmentation for vitiligo on my hands with Jessica Friedman and it did not work. Save your money and go somewhere else if you are looking to do something similar. One week and it looks the same, she gave me a follow up appointment for 1 month, but I don't see what can change in 1 month if there was no change in 1 wk.

I made the decision to have Dr. Lacombe perform an upper and lower lid Blephoraplasty on me 7 years ago. I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life! At the time I was so happy with the results and those results have lasted. I get filler and botox with him now and he always does the best job. Dr. Lacombe has been injecting me with Botox at Artemedica in Santa Rosa since 2011. I am so thankful he discussed Botox with me on my first visit because I've been in love with the way it makes me look ever since. It's a simple procedure that takes less than 5 minutes and really doesn't hurt much, even for someone like me who has a needle phobia.
