I had gone in for a consultation, at least a month back. I had decided that he was my first choice. I had unfortunately not asked to see pictures during the consultation, so since then I have been calling to see pictures, only to get told by the person answering the phone - 'the doctor is away on vacation,or he keeps all the pictures on his ipad, so I need to get him to email me some or leave his ipad with me'. All I wanted to see was pictures just to calm my nerves before committing to the appointment, even though I was near 100% that I would go with him. I have called at least twice a week since then, left messages through their website and still no call back. I find it strange that it is so hard to see pictures, is it that horrible and difficult of a request? I am not asking them to send them to me, I have been willing to come in with advance notice so I can tell work that I am going in late or need to leave early.

This Doctor is an artist, Im am more then 100% happy! Hes caring, kind and great bed side manner. I felt comfortable the minute I met him. His office staff is phenomenal! My whole experience has been terrific.
