Lindsey is simply the best at what she does. I have the silver level membership, and it entitles me to a B12 shot PLUS a facial or other treatment every month PLUS drastically reduced botox prices. Lindsey takes care in understanding your skin and your skin care goals, she takes time during her procedure and never rushes, and she is extremely knowledgeable about what's right for you ... not a one size fits all. I've had surgery done there, I would never go anywhere but Aura for skin care, injections, or even complicated medical procedures.

Dr. Roesner was caring, professional, up-to-date, all you could ask for in a surgeon. We came from out of state and my wife needed a breast reconstruction surgeon. He spent time with us and answered all our questions. There were issues with our insurance, but he and his staff worked with us to get through all of that - even to the point of having to change hospitals 2 days before the procedure. The hospital he recommended, his staff, the other staff and of course Dr. Roesner himself were all outstanding.After spending the night in the hospital after surgery, he was there at around 6:30 am to check on me and make sure my release went without issue. I was totally surprised by that and grateful.The surgery is complete and she is going through recovery and rehabilitation. He stays in touch, spends time to answer all our questions and is understanding about all concerns.We highly, highly recommend Dr. Roesner without reservation.We are completely satisfied with Dr. Roesner and what he has done for us.

Dr. Roesner is amazing.I am a breast cancer patient. I had a bilateral mastectomy, chemo, and a whole lot of radiation and on top of that I have V.A. It is really hard to find a plastic surgeon that will accept V.A. My mastectomy was in 2016. Dr. Roesner did what another surgeon said was not possible because I was over radiated. He performed the muscle and skin transfer from my back. He has done fat transfers and implants, I look amazing. My next surgery he is going to give me nipples. (Happy dance) I am so beyond impressed with him. He not only treated me physically but emotionally as well. I think he actually understood how fragile I felt. I have always been kept very well informed and he always gave me realistic expectations, and I have been amazed at the results with each surgery. I will never use a different plastic surgeon and I urge my adult daughters to use him with full confidence if they choose to have any work done. You will not find a better surgeon.

I have been seeing Lindsey for close to a year for dermaplaning and most recently for a facial. Consistent dermaplaning has been great for my skintone and texture. About a month ago I did a combo of dermaplaning and a facial (my first professional facial)-- I went in with an outbreak of cystic acne and Lindsey truly worked her magic and I was so pleased to see my outbreaks heal drastically faster after my appointment with her, however, the BEST part of the facial was seeing my large pores disappear for the next week. More consistent facials with Lindsey are definitely in my future.

Dr. Roesner blamed it on defective equipment blew it off as nothing. Visit AURA if you would like to incur an even greater expen$e for corrective surgery. Deciding to get a mommy makeover was not a decision that was made easily. I had so many questions. Was it right for me? Would it fix the issues I was having? Would I re-gain confidence? Would it be worth the risk? I went to several surgeons before meeting Dr.Roesner. The minute I stepped foot into Aura, it felt different. I felt welcome. The staff was polite, the atmosphere was calm. I instantly felt comfortable. Dr.Roesner was straight forward with me. He answered every one of my questions. He was supportive of my choice. He didnt make me feel like I was just another patient. He was genuine. You dont get that with a lot of plastic surgeons...trust me, Ive met quite a few! If you are into second rate care with second rate equipment then this is your place! This is the anniversary of me receiving second degree burns from Amanda Deboer followed by extensive endeavors to prevent me from getting my medical records followed by bullying from an attorney for the insurance carrier, which by the way, offered me a settlement that was turned down. This is called an admission of guilt! Not everything in this world is about money. It's about integrity and decency. Buyer beware!! This physician claims to be 'holistic' and 'caring'. To me he is self absorbed. Not in the least bit concerned that he and his substandard staff caused me unmeasurable pain!! Again, buyer beware!!

I came in for my first ever facial and dermaplane and I was completely satisfied with the results! Ashley did a great job of letting me know all of the things she was putting on my face and tested the stinging of some products before fully applying them to my face. The dermaplaning was by far my favorite and I will come in regularly just for that, whether I get a facial added or not. Ashley was great at making me feel comfortable during my first visit there and answered all the questions I had comfortably and honestly, I definitely left there feeling like I understood the problems behind my skin problems much more than before I went in. An absolute disaster. Dr. Nathan Roesner and his staff seem careless and even question their own recommendations. I received permanent damage from their suggested treatment which later confirmed by Dr Roesner, was unnecessary and he would have done something else. Several thousands of dollars later and much passing time only damage remains. I did learn that it is very important to do background checks and research because your best interests follow theirs.
