I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Smith at the end of April. I cant even express just how happy I am with my results so far. The whole process from my consultation, to my surgery day, and my post op appointment has been wonderful. I was not positive exactly what size I wanted to go for with my breast implants, so I gave Dr. Smith an idea of what I was thinking, and then left it up to him to do something that would look good on my frame. What he did exceeded my expectations! Its like he knew exactly what would look the best. Im just so happy! Dr. Smith is not only a talented and skilled surgeon, he also has an amazing bedside manner. I never felt rushed. He always took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He even called the evening after my surgery to see how I was doing. And his staff is just as kind and comforting. Ill be 40 this year and have never felt better about my body. It was the best decision Ive ever made, with the best doctor.

I did my research, and glad I did. One doctor made me uncomfortable with his wife in the room, she tried her best not to look and I think thats why I was creeped out. Another one was so stuck in his old tactics that he said I would be disappointed he wasnt confident and neither was I in him. When I got my operation done, him and his staff were very professional. I was nervous, but relaxed as to be expected. I was in and out. Post op was amazing. Dr Smith and his office are second to none. I initially started my search and typed in top plastic surgeons in Colorado Springs... I had no idea what to expect. I went in nervous, and Dr Smith made me feel so comfortable. He has the most calm and professional demeanor. My first surgery with Dr Smith was for a tummy tuck. I came out of surgery very pleased... After the healing was complete I was slightly unhappy with my scar, Dr Smith set me up for a scar revision, and I opted for breast augmentation with my revision. I was undecided on what size implants I wanted and explained to Dr Smith what I was looking for. I put my full trust in him, and he couldnt have done any better. Dr Smith is amazing and Id highly recommend him to everyone. Before I close this review Id also like to mention his staff! Theyre amazing, I am a full time mom and I also work. They were so welcoming and accommodating to my hectic schedule. I was late more then Id like to admit and they were always understanding. Everyone from front desk all the way up to Dr Smith are thee best. If I could give extra stars I most certainly would, they go above and beyond and I am extremely pleased with everything from beginning to end!

First off, to the bad reviews because of the appointments being far out, shame on you, this has nothing to do with the office and doesnt warrant a bad review. Theyre BUSY, because theyre GREAT. Wait your turn. Second, The process went way smoother than anticipated. To top it off, the surgery team is phenomenally attentive and comforting. A nurse stayed with me specifically every minute during recovery before I went home. Dr Smith is knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable in what most would consider an awkward process. He gave me his opinions but advised me to make decisions that I was comfortable with. I would recommend this office hands down. FYI, I waited my 3 months for a consult and my surgery was 3 weeks after consult.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Aaron! The man is highly skilled and caring. I chose him for my rhinoplasty and let me tell ya' - I could not have made a better choice!! For the first time in my life, I actually love my nose. I know, sounds kind of silly. But I've always been self conscious of it. He took a HUGE, wide, masculine conk and turned it into this beautiful, slender, feminine nose. The man is an ARTIST! He didn't just make is smaller. He made it actually look graceful. I'm truly blown away.I will be going to him in the future for a couple of other tweaks that I'm looking to do on my body.

I have two friends that had a tummy tuck and lipo from Dr. Smith so naturally I went to him to consult about tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Im so happy I chose him. I got my breast augmentation last week and I couldnt be happier with the process of the procedure and the after care Ive received from the team. If anyone is considering you should absolutely go to him. Fair prices and way lower than Denver surgeons. Im 4 11 very petite at 118lbs before I was a 34 AA. I received 470cc on the left side 440cc on the right high profile instead of a breast lift and I am thrilled with the results. I ended up being a very full c almost a d so I cannot complain. I let him choose based on my curves and the size just goes well with my backside lol. Go to him.... youll be so happy you did!

After six months of a previous surgery, I started noticing my breasts disforming and I was again in a lot of pain, which according to the previous doctor was a normal outcome of his surgery. I decided to go for a second opinion with another plastic surgeon and he was not able to fix my problem, he referred me to Dr. Smith. Its been about 8 months since Dr. Aaron Smith did my breast augmentation revision and I couldnt be happier with the results. 13 years after my first breast augmentation, one of my saline implants had deflated. Surgery was required to remove the old implants, replace them with new ones and perform a lift procedure to enhance overall appearance. I found Dr. Smith to be very competent and compassionate. My initial consultation with Dr. Smith was informative and to the point. He considered all my concerns and then explained what my options were. My surgery was a complete success. I followed all of his post operative instructions and my recovery went very smoothly. My results and experience were so much better this time than with my first surgery in 2004. After five previous abdominal surgeries including three C-Sections, I visited Dr Smith with hopes of having minimal improvement results from an abdominalplasty. Dr Smith's team is warm, caring and very personable especially when considering such a vulnerable self improvement surgery. A week after my surgery, I went to see Dr Smith for a follow-up visit. When the supportive garment was removed and I saw my new abdomen for the first time, I was shocked at the vast difference, even with the remaining swelling and healing still very present. My only regret....I should have done this thirty years ago! Dr. Smith was honest, warm, open, and thorough. I never felt rushed, nor did I ever feel like a number. He spend more than adequate time with me, and answered all of my questions. Post-surgery he and his staff were on the phone checking in to make sure that I was doing ok. As far as results of my breast reduction, could not be happier. Body, mind, and soul are better than ever. What surprised me the most was all of my back issues have disappeared. Outstanding Mayo Clinic trained surgeon, I am very pleased with my surgery which took place in December of 2016. The surgery was to alleviate pain and had an advantage of aesthetics. I have experienced some bumps in the road during my recovery, but Dr. Smith and his team are steadfast to help me through. He is a perfectionist, and this is the type of personality you want when someone is going to cut your body up and reconstruct it. I find Dr. Smith easy to dialogue with, he has a professional demeanor yet an ease about him and he listens. I do not hesitate to recommend him for surgery and have already done so to family, friends and colleagues. To start from the beginning, I was nervous for my breast augmentation consultation but it was free so I had nothing to lose. The girls at the front desk are always nice and helpful. Dr Aaron Smith was extremely professional, informative and comforting. I had the ut most faith in him and scheduled my surgery soon after the consultation. His fees are very reasonable and includes everything which is awesome for follow ups and medication costs. I was extremely nervous the day of surgery but Ascent surgery center nurses and doctors were very nice and professional. Dr Smith came and talked to me before hand and I walked myself into the surgery room. I liked how the nurses didn't give me any debilitating drugs before going into the surgery room. I had a very easy, comfortable and non painful wake up after surgery. Having issues with anesthesia before I assumed I would have a bad experience again but I didn't. I didn't have to take pain medication the first day because it didn't hurt much at all. The recovery was very easy and not very painful. The worst part was sleeping sitting up. The follow ups were quick professional and easy. The nurse always got back to me if I called with any questions. Overall best surgery experience I've ever had and I recommend to everyone I know.
