I cannot express how awesome my experience has been at Springs Aesthetics, and with Dr. Burroughs and his staff. The thoughtfulness, care and personal touches are unmatched in my experience. It was very important to Dr. Burroughs to understand the underlying reasons of why I wanted the procedure I had done, and he made sure to consult with me as to my state of well being before agreeing to the procedure. This alone highlights the integrity and character of this doctor, and the care he has for his patients. I even received a lovely, hand-written card from the doctor prior to my procedure. After my procedure, I had an allergy to one of my recovery resources and was able to easily get in touch with him via his cell phone early on a Saturday morning. He quickly took care of the issue and Ive been recovering beautifully ever since. I am so excited with the results (which wont be fully realized for a few more weeks). Springs Aesthetics is definitely my life-long place for a number of services including, but definitely not limited to, various anti-aging procedures, beauty and skin care products, eyelash extensions (which I plan to do soon), and much more. I highly recommend this organization to anyone wanting to turn back the clock gracefully!

Had a blepharoplasty procedure done here 3 years ago. Went as planned, and I have been pleased with the results. Today I had a follow up visit, in which Dr Burroughs was honest with me and did not try to sell me additional services. Instead, he took the time to understand my concerns, even suggested a possible medical issue. My opinion of Springs Aesthetics is this- caring doctor, with fair pricing, and natural realistic results. Would trust no one else with my eyes.

I take pride in my health and physical condition however I had jowls that were making me feel a bit self conscious. I saw immediate improvement after procedure and have continued to see improvement. Best Medical Spa around...and I've been on the hunt in Southern Colorado for over 4 years. They offer a wide range of services (I'd tell you what those are but I like to retain a bit of mystery!) :) and the staff is super helpful, friendly, and well trained. The location is perfect, right off Garden of the Gods road, which is nice for me since I travel 1 hour to get there. I've been going for a few months now as I signed up for the VIP service and my skin has never looked better. My aesthetician is Maria, and she has really taken the time to learn about my specific skin needs and given me glowing skin.

I had elected o have upper and lower eyelid surgery. This was a cosmetic procedure for me. During the time I was treated by Dr. Burroughs I found him to be a professional, competent and compassionate surgeon. I couldn't be more happy with the final results and my family and friends continue to compliment me on what he had achieved for me. If there is one word of advise I could give anyone considering this procedure it is to be patient during the healing process as it could take six months to realize the end results. I would not have any reservation to recommend Dr. Burroughs for any facial surgery you might be considering. I am truly happy that I had this procedure done and that I had it done by Dr. Burroughs.

The worst doctors office visit experience ever. I really wonder about the good reviews here. Because I hope to never go to an office like this again. Traveled 320 miles to go to this specialist. (no specialist in my little town). I tolled them ahead of time I had insurance and It would pay(most/some). Waited over an hour, saw the doc. Tolled me what he could do. I got hustled off to a room for another hour. The scheduler came in with prices. I said my ins. would pay, because I don't have that kind of $. Was tolled if I wanted to use my insurance, I would have to go back home (320 miles), find a referring doctor, start at square one, get a new office visit, and a complete new exam at their office. Then the scheduler tolled me what an really super deal I was getting by paying full price out of my pocket. I felt like I was at a used car lot. I was then taken to the front office and tolled to wait. I waited another 1/2+ hours and after being there 3 hours (total visit) I just walked out. I had no intentions of going back, EVER, but I got a letter 5 days latter from them saying they could not help me. JUST UNREAL!

Staff is wonderful ! Extremely helpful over the phone to schedule me my first consultation and sent me new client paperwork through email . I came in for a non surgical nose consultation to have a better appearance on nose . Dr. Burroughs was very thorough with the procedure and did wonderful work .The ladies were helping me with and pain/discomfort also tapping me during the procedure .After some swelling going away and tenderness, I'm SO pleased with my nose . Staff called to check up on me to make sure I was doing alright and to have me call them back if anything changed . I also got a follow up card in the mail, which was so sweet and unexpected ! I have had Graves Disease for 30 years; I finally was at a point of extreme vision issues that were not correctable with glasses any longer and my eyes would not close when I slept having extreme profusion from their sockets and facing possible vision loss. Dr. John Burroughs was referred to me in February 2017 for this type of issue; my first visit with him in March 2017 was very informative as to what would be entailed for a decompression surgery on both eyes. I was so impressed with his knowledge and compassion that I followed all his orders and surgery was set for one eye at a time the first being in mid July and the second to follow in mid August of 2017. My recovery with this type of surgery was nothing short of a miracle due to his knowledge, skills and pure caring heart. I have regained vision with correction, no more protruding eyes and they close at night! I would also like to express that his staff is professional, courteous and caring as well; it has been a life changing experience for me. I have no visible scaring and am no longer hiding my eyes behind sunglasses all waking hours of the day. I havent had eyes that look normal for over 30 years and now they look like everyone elses!! I had a buried cyst removed by Dr. Burroughs, which was located between the eye and the bridge of the nose. At 65, I have had at least half a dozen surgeries done over the years for various reasons, and this was the first time that I had absolutely no post-op pain around the wound, which has healed beautifully. This was also the first time that the surgeon removed my stitches, which was done so quickly and unobtrusively that I never felt their removal. This contrasts with some of my previous surgeries where a nurse had inexpertly and painfully removed my stitches.I had a botched surgery once in my past, which has only increased my appreciation for the excellence of Dr. Burroughs' surgery.I recommend Dr. Burroughs without any reservations.

I love springs aesthetic!! MARIA has been my aesthetician for some time now and has help me understand my oily, pore skin with mild acne scarring. She is very knowledgeable and has actually taken the time to know what works with my skin, how much my skin can take little by little and gradually increase the percentage for my chemical peels. Never jumped to something intense with out taking the necessary steps prior. I believe thats what a real aesthetician is all about, truly knowing their patients skin and analyzing. I thought the doctor was rude and seemed uncaring, and I wasnt impressed by his knowledge, or lack thereof. So I decided not to have him do the facial procedure I wanted. But I had to pay a $100 consultation fee. I was informed by three office staff that this fee could be applied to any other of their services, but not towards skin care products, and that I had 6 months total to decide, and to use the $100. Well, I called back to make an appointment within 3 months, went in for a consult for a skin care procedure. I couldn't decide what to do, so was advised not to worry, I could decide within 3 more months. So I called back to get an appointment, within their time frame. This time I was advised that wasnt true and it was too late for me to use the $100. So 3 people in that office lied to me about this. They had a whole new staff when I called back, big turn over, so no way to prove what I was originally told. They would not honor the previous promise made by three of their staff, and was told they wouldn't apply this to skin care anyway... so $100 down the drain. Seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this place. So do they think I was making this up?? Why would a person do that. I definitely would NOT recommend going to this place!! Lord help whoever might get an actual surgical procedure... who knows what they might be falsely told!! Complete and total waste of time and money. My fault for going to a place that charges for a consultation anyway. Most of the really good doctors don't need to do that, and most don't need to rip off their customers by not standing by staff promises!
