Big relief for me. The staff is extremely professional with a welcoming feeling.I would highly recommend the practice and have full confidence in the staff.

I got fillers done here for my lips and they are terrible. I have lumps but was never offered a follow-up. And the injector (female) told me she only wanted to put one syringe in. Which made me feel she didn't know what she was doing.

We saw a PA they have named Corbin Rogers and he was excellent! He really new his stuff! He gave my wife a cream and explained a couple of things right away without having to do any lab work. I can say that my wife went in for a problem with her finger and now it's completely healed. I'd recommend him again in a second. He was very personable and patient especially considering that we had an ansy 2-year-old with us at the time of our appointment.

This was a very disappointing experience. They have an online option for an appointment. I booked online where it asks all my insurance information. 5 days later I get an automated phone call telling me when my appointment has been booked. No one from the office actually called to talk to me about it or get anymore information. I put it on my calendar and made it work. I arrived today for me appointment and was told the doctor was running 30 minutes behind. I appreciate them being up front about my wait time. I give them my insurance card and she says we do not accept this. Why did your online system make me an appointment when I gave it ALL of my insurance information at that time? It asked me policy number, policy holders name, company etc.I did not end up keeping my appointment and wasted an hour of my time. If you are going to use an online appointment system it should be more accurate or have an actual person follow up with the appointment that was made.

My sister was diagnosed with melanoma and has had outpatient surgery every year of her life for 20 years. I bring her because she is so anxious, she takes meds and wont drive. She is always extremely uncomfortable seeing the MD for ANY skin visit because it means cancer. They have refused to prescribe her Xanax or Klonopin, 1 pill, 1 time per year, and have given her grief for even asking. Treating her like a drug addict and insisting she go to her PCP to get the meds. These people have ZERO compassion for treating the whole patient. Pretty sad....

Dr. Neuschler and the entire team at Advanced Dermatology are amazing! The personal touch and sincere, caring approach is very impressive. Great care, short wait times to see the doctor, and during each visit she spends much more time with patients than most other doctors would. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, and I plan to start seeing their aesthetist as well (I met her yesterday and she's a sweetheart).

Tried to call to see if they take my insurance. Guy barely knew English, says he doesn't know. Insists he needs to know which office. States that office doesn't. So I ask if any of the offices do take it. He asks for my zip code. Seriously? Why do you need my zip code to know if you accept my insurance?

Dr. Neuschler thoroughly impressed me. She clearly is up to date on current dermatological research studies ensuring that you get the best evidence-based treatment. I was able to avoid a costly/ painful procedure because of her due diligence as a provider. She also shows that she is very mindful about preventing infection by wearing gloves even when doing something as small as applying a band-aid. This is very important when you are going to be cut open no matter how small the procedure!!!

We had pretty awful experience dealing with the billing/administrative department. My husband went in to have a mole checked out and possibly removed. They removed the mole and charged my husband $22.75. So a couple weeks later we received a bill for $79. No big deal, we paid it. Where things got hairy was when a week later, I paid it again as I forgot I already paid it. That was my mistake. I called them to let them know I made a mistake and paid it twice. They said they couldn't issue the refund that day and to call back on Monday. So, I did and no one answered the phone so I left a message. I still didn't hear anything back several days later so I called and asked to speak with the manager, Lanka. I received her voicemail so I left another message. I got no response until I called back several days later. When I called back again, she said she left me a voicemail already. Which I never received. Either she was lying or she called the wrong number (she didnt ask to verify the number). She explained that we still owed for the biopsy and pathology, (even though we never received a bill for those) and said she would not refund us. So, while I was doing the math, she placed me on hold and never picked the call back up. I called back again and asked to speak with the manager again, and the receptionist said Lanka was on another call and she could take a message for me (ha, yeah right!). So then, the receptionist offered to transfer me to BILLING (which is where I should've gone in the first place). I was transferred to the billing department and left them a voicemail also. Since, this process has been so convoluted and the customer service so horrible, I will never be going back.

The medical staff are above average clever about the right technology to use on skin and disease. I could have been sold a big deal surgery with laser and an overnight at Hospital. What I needed was a skillful application of cryogenic liquid to remove the pre-cancerous cells and allow for replacement with healthy skin. All the damage was done years ago in a sun filled and active enjoyment of Summer. About every six months I return for evaluation and another blast of cold stuff. So, an above average medical facility with a good atmosphere of friendly staff and grateful patients.

It was extremely easy to make an appointment without much delay. I arrived for my appointment several minutes early and got in to see Chelsea almost immediately. She took great care to explain what actinic keratoses she was going to freeze and was concerned about any pain I might experience. There actually was no real pain, just a slight stinging. Now two weeks later the sores are almost completely healed and I got the results I wanted. Everyone is so kind and caring at Advanced Dermatology andI will continue to patronize them in the future.
