My experience with Beauty by Buford has been amazing from start to finish. I have always been a small framed woman with a boyish shape and A or less than size breasts. Dr. Gregory A. Buford is definitely amazing at his craft! Every year for my birthday I see him for my Botox and cheek fillers. I have been on the fence for a few years about getting my lips filled as lets face it, there are some people out there that perhaps have over done their filler and have that duck look that none of us want. I was also a bit nervous as I have heard it can be pretty uncomfortable. I actually didnt feel a thing as he is an extremely powerful numbing cream. Dr. Buford has an amazing eye for aesthetics. We used Botox for my forehead, Voluma for my cheeks and Volbella for my lips. I absolutely love my results! I couldnt be more happy with the way they look. If youre considering any facial fillers or cosmetic surgeries Dr. Buford is definitely the best in Denver!

Dr Buford and PA Kaitlyn are the best around. Not only to they provide the best results for injections, Botox (etc), but they recommend and provide skin care products/ routines to ensure you are taking care of your skin in between treatments. I have noticed using both SkinBetter and Skin Medica AHA/BHA has made my skin glow and improve appearance all together. Even though most treatments take between 15-30 minutes, it never ever feels rushed. Kaitlyn will take the time to make sure you understand everything and leave with no questions. To go along with their awesome products and services, they are also genuine, professional, honest, and truly care about their patients. So, I have a friend who recommend dr.buford and had my consultation. From the moment I walked in, I was instantly satisfied. I just got my breast augmentation yesterday (5/1) and i'm so happy with my results! He did an amazing job. I got the INSPIRA GEL implants, 450cc. Im 5'3' and holy cow! I look so great already! The first day was a little rough because I've never had surgery nor do I take medication but I would do it again if I had to. Today is day 2 and I'm feeling great! Minimal pain, just tight & a little sore like I bench pressed a baby horse lol but it's tolerable. They look very natural. The anesthesiologist made me way more relaxed considering how nervous I was, the nurses were all so kind, helpful and sweet. Dr.Buford made sure I was at ease as well. Very comforting. Thank you guys so much! Jenn in the office is amazing as well, I have a toddler who is difficult at times but jenn was a huge help with him. 10/10 hands down!

Not only was Dana able to accommodate my busy work schedule but she was also able to find a way to squeeze me in earlier than first scheduled. Dana initially took my call and patiently listened to me rant on about how displeased I have been with the struggles of my up and down weight since childhood. I was sent my appointment confirmation and showed up for my consult with Dr. Buford.Dr. Buford could have easily sold me on anything and everything he would have recommended with a more than satisfactory opinion of outcome. At this point in my life I would have dropped whatever money for a halfway promising result. However, Dr. Buford was honest and took time to really help me understand why he couldnt give me the results I wanted. He could have easily excused himself and walked out after ruling me out as a candidate for plastic surgery considering he was scheduled off that day and following his recommendation I would not be pursuing the service I had hoped to receive. Patiently Dr. Buford made some recommendations making me feel like he truly cares about me achieving long term favorable results. I'm so glad I found Dr. Buford! He is very skilled technically and has an artistic eye which is so important. His staff are warm and caring. Dana and Michelle were very helpful along the way. As a competitive runner I wanted to make sure my implants stayed conservative in size and didn't interfere with arm swing and Dana and Dr. Buford were very helpful in assisting me to choose the right style and size. I just began running again and there are zero problems with arm swing! As far as the surgery itself went, I was very nervous going in but the staff at the surgical center from my nurses to my anesthesiologist were wonderful. I was very appreciative of Dr. Buford's technical skill as a surgeon as I had some old scar tissue on my right side. The recovery was easy and pretty fast. I was sore of course, similar to lifting really heavy at the gym. But incredibly, I never had pain that was more than about a 3 on a 1-10 scale even right after surgery! Also, Dr. Buford and his staff do everything they can to make sure you are maximizing your recovery. It's great to know that they have had so much experience. I feel very confident that if I ever encountered a problem or needed to change my implants out or change size/style that Dr. Buford would be the one I would choose. I would recommend him to anyone who is either needing to have a revision or to primary augmentation patients. Thank You Dr. Buford and staff!

In January of 2011 I decided I wanted an augmentation done. I had a list of 3 surgeons I wanted to interview. The first was Dr. Buford and after the consultation I knew I found my surgeon. He was very friendly and helpful in figuring out what size would look best on me. February 28 of 2011 I had my surgery. Dr. Buford's entire staff are amazing and so friendly. The nurses at the surgical center are very sweet and comforting before and after the surgery, i felt like a VIP. The follow up care was a breeze and I had no pain during recovery what so ever.7 years later I have had absolutely no issues and I would and have recommended him to many of my clients. I underwent a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford a little over a year ago. I could not be more happy with the results. I originally had nice full breasts, but over the years they had deflated and I wanted them restored back to their natural full look. Out of all the surgeons that I interviewed Dr. Buford was the most knowledgeable and took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns thoroughly. I enjoyed every aspect of the process. His entire staff is incredibly warm and professional and treated me with the respect that made me feel like I had made the right choice.My recovery time was very minimal and I was not in pain whatsoever. Dr. Buford was the only surgeon that I interviewed that uses nerve blockers during the surgery. I ended up only taking two of my muscle relaxers and three Vicodin total in recovery. I am a very active person that lifts weights 6-7 times a week and I was able to get back to my normal workout routine after only 1 month.I felt confident letting Dr. Buford choose the right implant size for me. He brings multiple implants into surgery, puts a temporary implant in, and sets you up and looks at how the implant fits your body. In the consultation Dr. Buford took extensive measurements of my chest and sternum and the overall symmetry of my torso.Dr. Buford really listened to me and gave me the implants that fit my body and lifestyle the best.Since I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Buford I have had several girlfriends go to him and every single one of them is extremely ecstatic with their outcome.

Horrible lip injections! I came into his office in November 2017 vert excited and nervous to get lip fillers not knowing how it will come out. I did notice some lumps on the bottom of my top lip on both sides that also were kind of hard. I mentioned it to him and he said it should go away to give it some time and I did but looked the same. I made an appt with him and they called to reschedule for some reason. Finally he brought me in and said only thing he can do is put an enzym and didnt even numb me this time, when I went for a follow up he I asked if I noticed results I said no and he rolled his eyes and said i dont know about that, I was very upset and uncomfortable. I honestly hate the way they looked I was very embarrassed and was very noticeable since day one! This is not what I was expecting at all and im very unhappy. Its been about a year now, not sure why the lumps on my right lip are no longer hard but they are still there and were not when I first went in. I wasnt asking for a refund but the work he did and the process I went through he should have gave me a refund $650 for a Ridiculous outcome. His other work looks great dont recomend lips!!! I was so excited to work with Dr. Buford at first! Him and his staff were so pleasant going into the procedure, and I believed that we were on the same page on what I wanted done with my breasts. After the procedure, I quickly became very disappointed and very sad about the work done on my breasts because after $14,000 I was told that symmetry was not promised and to basically be happy with what I have. I wanted my breasts restored to the glory of how they were before having my child, but the right breast hangs (not even passing Dr. Bufords own pencil test), they are uneven, and different shapes. My right breast causes me a lot of discomfort, which I did mention in my follow ups. When I pointed this out in one of my first follow ups, dr. Buford dismissed my concernes and chopped it up to the fact that they just werent settle yet. The last two follow ups, I left crying. In my last follow up, dr. Buford tried to tell me that I would need to pay more money to drop my left breast, just so it hung like right breast. In the video, he sounds quite sure that the left breast is the issue, and that it simply needs to be dropped... yet my body tells me that my right breast is the issue. It feels like its hanging off of me, it aches, while the left breast is comfortable and the perky. The whole time in the video, I was trying to figure out how my left breats came out great, how I hoped, but the left didnt, and somehow that means that my skin is bad and he cant make both the breasts nice. He blamed my unsatisfaction with the job on my bad quality skin pointing out my stretch marks, yet my left breast sits perky in the place where I wanted them both! He interrupted me, then shut me down by telling me that I was disrespecting his practice by expressing my frustration with the end result of my breast job that cost 14,000. Im mortified that this was my experience. I WOULD LOVE ASSISTANCE ON HOW TO POST THE VIDEO OF MY FOLLOW UP... it wont attach because its too large of an attachment. I dont want to cut the video down to size, and then not be able to show how the full follow up went.

Where do I begin. Besides Arrogant. Dr Buford Did not abide by my daughters decision of the agreed size of breast implants. Dr Buford put in two sizes larger in surgery. And told me on the PHONE in the waiting room 2 hours after surgery I thought she would look better with the larger sizes, Besides they always come back for more, (and get ready for this) Its my creation! Oh, and he told me, Dont tell her I did that. And because my daughter was over 18...... I could do nothing. And she didnt want to say anything to him. Because she told me she thought he would retaliate. Oh and a Registered Nurse nor him calls post op. Nor do you see him or an experienced PACU RN after surgery in office. Its an inexperienced medical assistant with a 12 month certificate. She felt he would retaliate. Speechless

I got my breast augmentation exactly one week after my fiftieth birthday. I literally spent 20 years thinking about it but let life keep me from actually doing it. Kids, working, higher education all kept my mind off of doing this one thing to improve my self concept. After getting Dr. Buford's name from a friend who had highly recommended him, I called and made my appointment. From the first phone call, I could tell that this was going to be a good experience. Not only is his staff knowledgeable and caring but Dr. Buford has a way of taking away all of the fear and nervousness about the procedure. He immediately made me feel that he would take care of me. His experience and confident, calm manner put me at ease.The day of surgery was a good experience and there was the highest level of professionalism and kindness by the nurses at the surgical center. Dr. Buford spent some time before surgery preparing me that morning and again inspired confidence and calmness.Recovery was shorter than expected. I had my surgery on a Monday and went to a friend's birthday party that Friday. It takes a little longer than that before you feel completely 'normal' but absolute down time is several days.I am so happy that I had my breast augmentation! I waited a long time but I am so pleased with the beautiful and natural appearance that I have been left with. I highly recommend Dr. Buford and his staff. I can not imagine a better experience anywhere else!

Choosing a plastic surgeon is a scary task. Luckily, I was referred by Dr. Buford by 3 different people who all had a great experience with him and his staff. During my first consultation, Dr. Buford was very honest and upfront about what the surgery would entail along with realistic expectations of what the recovery process would be like. He makes sure you are committed to taking care of yourself and your scars afterwards to ensure the best results. The day of my surgery, you are obviously nervous. My favorite part about Dr. Buford is his professionalism, especially the day of surgery. He 'warns' you before that he isn't very chatty the day of surgery, which is personally appreciated. This is his craft and he takes it very seriously so having him be so focused on the task was exactly what I wanted. I had a breast reduction, and the results came out perfectly. It's also nice he doesn't give you the expectation that you are going to come out a certain cup size, he goes off what looks good for your body. I think my results are perfect. I feel better, my clothes fit better and overall I couldn't be happier. His staff is supportive, they call to check on you various times before your first post-op appointment and you can call or go in anytime if you need anything. I am so happy with my experience at Beauty by Buford and wouldn't recommend his phenomenal work time and time again! Also want to give a big shout out to his staff. I just had my first treatment of kybella. It was a great experience from when I walked in the door to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I was taken back immediately after filling out paperwork by the nurse/coordinator?, Melanie. She was very friendly and explained in detail what to expect. Dr. Buford came in and I felt very welcomed by his warm demeanor. He was very detailed in explaining the procedure - what it would entail and what to expect afterwards. The injections are not super painful, but definitely not fun :-) After the injections, the pain is like a huge throbbing pimple which they ice right away and the pain subsides very quickly. The day after I am swollen, which is typical immediately after the procedure, however I do not have any pain. I cannot speak to the results as I just had it done but I wanted to comment on the great service they provide and the warm caring people they have working there. Thanks so much!

I grew up with some insecurity, and after having my daughter I only felt worse as my body took on childbirth. One day I finally woke up and told myself that it doesn't hurt to just ask and find out if there is something I can do to this insecurity. So I called around and met with a few doctors, but then I met Dr. Buford and his staff. My encounter with the office started with his staff who made me feel comfortable and were extremely knowledgeable. They treat you like a friend and not just the next appointment and take all the time with you. They gave me so much information that once I woke up in the recovery room I had no concerns. The best part about the staff, is that even after the surgery, they continued this relationship and never treated me any less. And that brings me to the most important structure of this well ran office, Dr. Buford. He was also extremely helpful and knew I wanted realistic expectations, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I love that he has a sense of humor and is never too busy to chat with you. I got a breast augmentation with him and was only out of work on a Friday that he did the surgery, and back to work the following Monday. Not that I walk around showing them off...lol...but a lot of the people who knew of me going to get the surgery have complimented how natural looking they are. I told Dr. Buford that I don't want my breast to be the first thing people see when I walk in the room, but I did want to have a more natural womans figure. I think the only downside I had with my experience was not getting to give him a big hug afterwards. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. My scarring is very minimal and almost invisible due to the product he provided me, and it also works great on stretch marks. I highly recommend this team if you are giving the same thoughts into plastic surgery and want someone who will hold your hand the entire time. They are extremely affordable, as I am a single mother, and they offer financing options. I have a few people that I have referred there who will soon be giving the same reviews. I just celebrated my birthday this past weekend, and never have I had so many people guess my age to be in my lower twenties since I saw Dr. Buford many weeks ago. It was my first birthday in over ten years that I actually felt comfortable in my own skin. Thanks to the scar revision that Dr. Buford preformed that was located on my face, between my eyes and on my forehead. Before people commonly placed my age near a whole decade older than I actually am, and now I get placed at many years younger than I really am!! Not only did Dr. Buford revise my dog bite scar (10 years old) he also was skilled with the perfect expertise to soften my forehead with Juvaderm (every other doctor I had a consultation from would not do it) Being that I am a man I often felt my forehead was 'Neanderthal' like due to all the stresses of life, and so the Juvaderm in combination with the right amount of Botox- well I felt like a stress free teenager once again. Granted it is how I feel about me, not what others think, but damn, I feel fantastic!! Buford is seriously talented, what he does is a true art form, and he and his staff- Jennifer, Astrid, and Melanie (whom I've been seeing for V.I. skin peels- my face just keeps lookin' younger!) they are so professional, skilled, confident yet humble, and they are also extremely friendly, inviting, respectful, and down to earth, which is a true gift and a rarity in the beauty industry. Each one of them always makes me feel important, and I certainly feel like a celebrity in that beautiful office location.I am a Hair Designer, and I always without doubt nor question, will refer each and every one of my own guests to Beauty by Buford, because I know that Dr. Buford and his staff will help each and every one of them to see themselves clearly, and learn to fall in love with themselves all over again. Although my wife's abdominoplasty looked good, she developed pain in the right side of the abdomen. Some doctors seen after the surgery thought it could be adhesions and subjected her to another surgery with additional scars. The pain is still there. The only bandaid solution is nerve pain medication which has horrible side effects.My suggestion is that candidates make the necessary lifestyle changes (time management, diet, exercise, social) before you submit yourself to this risky procedure.Dr Buford is a very talented and professional but there is always irreversible risk associated with all surgical work.

I highly suggest Dr. Buford for plastic surgery. I went to many doctors for a consultation but as soon as I met with Dr. Buford and his staff of amazing women I knew he was the doctor who was best fit for myself. For years I was a fitness competitor so needless to say the constant juggling of weight loss and weight gain my body endured I decided to under go breast augmentation in December 2014. I went in for a few consultations with Dr. Buford and only a few weeks later just before christmas they scheduled my surgery. They were very thorough with going over the instructions, dos & donts for both pre & post op. They provided me with clear expectations of results and Dr. Buford is extremely precise with measurements prior to surgery. The surgery was conducted in the best state of art facility with outstanding nurses assisting Dr. Buford. I arrived early the morning of the surgery and did not have to wait long for Dr. Buford to mark where the incisions would be. after discussing all options Dr. buford and I agreed a breast lift and implants would be done. I was nervous there would be more pain and more scars then a traditional breast augmentation. 7 months later I have nearly no scars!!! Previous doctors I went to before choosing Dr. Buford talked about placing pain pumps , etc. after the surgery which made me even more fearful to have the surgery. Dr. Buford uses a different technique to manage pain. All I will say is I literally had no pain and only used prescription pain meds for one day after surgery. He is such an intelligent man and his technique allowed me to recover within days. I was back to working out after only a few months. I could go on for days about the amazing experience with Beauty by Buford. I can not be more happy with my body and the confidence I gained through my experience.
