I've worked with surgeons in my career for the past 15 years. When I needed surgery myself this past year and was referred to Dr. Roesner I approached with skepticism. I was, however, truly blown away by this man. From his bedside manner, to the time he took for explaination and for answering my questions. Through it all, I never felt rushed- made me feel like he had all the time in the world to spend on me. He also made himself available after surgery, even on weekends, for questions, problems, or even just ease of mind. I appreciated his honesty and approach. This was so refreshing to have happen for my own surgical experience as a patient. I know not all surgeons are as calm, concerned, and as compassionate as Dr. Roesner. I offer him a lot of praise and highly recommend he be your first and only choice for any plastic surgery needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Roesner and his team! I met Dr. Roesner last year just after my diagnosis to discuss the option of reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. Although I had not yet decided between a lumpectomy and mastectomy, Dr. Roesner thoroughly explained the process and various options available to me. I never felt rushed as he answered all of my questions and I appreciated his candor. He was always honest, kind and compassionate. I had three surgeries with Dr. Roesner and saw him weekly during the expander phase of reconstruction and noticed that his bedside manner and knowledge was consistent and excellent throughout the year. I will choose him as my plastic surgeon for any future procedures I decide to have.

Dr. Roesner and his office have supported me through breast cancer twice beginning when I was 22 years old. Dr. Roesner looked further than treating my cancer and actually treated me like a human, a young human who was super concerned with the cosmetic results of my mastectomy and reconstruction. I have had 8 surgeries on my right breast and the results are still so incredible and make me feel comfortable in my skin.

DR. Roesner is absolutely AMAZING! He performed a breast reduction and was very thorough with the whole process I'd be going through. He treats you like a person and listens and cares about what you have to say and your concerns. I NEVER thought I would get through this process and thanks to him and his wonderful staff I feel more confident and beautiful in my own skin. My back, neck and shoulder pain are almost gone and I can work out to my max without severe repercussions. He made me feel at ease and comfy going into the surgery which was scary for me. He is absolutely the best plastic surgeon out there! And his staff his wonderful! Thanks to Miss Kathy who I strongly believe without her I wouldn't have had this surgery! She is amazing and knows how to do her job and get things done quickly, it always made my day talking to her!

Talk about lack of consideration and common courtesy. Saw Dr. ROESNER got a consultation everything went well but when I called to inquire about a future appointment and getting time off request an advance and the front desk person is rude and did not listen and worst of all did not take responsibility for her actions.I left a voice message for DR ROESNER to call me so we can discuss the situation but Im sure he never got the message. Therefore, I am seeking another surgeon which Ive already found and would advise people to do the same and be careful with his support staff they are useless and dont take on ownership of anything let alone care or and they will blame you for their mistakes and put words in your mouth. Buyer beware! They just lost $10,000 of my money Probably more because of word-of-mouth.
