Dr. Millard and his staff are wonderful, let me explain: 1. Always greeted with a prompt smile and always remember you after your first visit. They do their best to accommodate your time table on appointments. 2. They are always on time and make sure not to waste your time by waiting on the doctor.3. Dr. Millard will give you his honest opinion of what will look best, and really takes pride in his work.4. I love the way Dr. Millard is so thorough on what to expect during and after surgery. 5. Bedside manner is fantastic and during surgery I would say he has a gentle touch because I didnt bruise the way I have seen others bruise. 6. Most of all Dr. Millard stands behind his work and will not only do a wonderful job but he will make you feel beautiful and love your body. I would recommend Dr. Millard and his entire staff all day long if you want to look great, feel great and know you received the best treatment.

I was a patient of Dr Millard starting over 13 years ago and I even think my before and after photos are still on his web site. Before I go on I want to let you all know that the results have not gone away like I hear some say they will. After 13 years (and at 55 years old) I actually look and feel better I think! I had high-def Vasar on my stomach and hips and the results were incredible. I was able to wear jeans with tighter tops (no more baggy t-shirts to cover the muffin top!) within 2 weeks of the surgery and downtime was no where near as bad as I thought it might be. The procedure was so successful that I helped Dr. Millard with some 'advertising' for a few years. About 2 years ago I decided to get fat removed from my back (a really stubborn area for me as I am so broad shouldered) and again, the results are amazing. What made me realize just how good this worked was during a visit home this January and my mother even mentioned how 'streamlined' I looked...and trust me, that's a huge compliment coming from her! :) I never had much self esteem but having these procedures allowed me to focus on what I liked about myself instead of focusing on the bits I didn't! So, if you ever consider a procedure to remove stubborn fat, don't bother going to anyone else as Dr. Millard is a master at what he does and you'll never regret investing in yourself!

Had Vaser Lipo preformed on 2/18/19 by Dr. Millard on my upper/lower abs and flanks. Paid $8775 and experienced tremendous pain during the surgery, as I was not even close to numb. I have been left with a disfigured abdomen (deep crease) from an ill-fitting compression garment and only had a very small reduction in size. Had follow up J-Plasma ($750) and adhesion release (for the crease) on 9/21/19 with Dr. Millard as well. It has now been 6 months since my last procedure and I am beyond disappointed. I am now exploring my legal options, as I now need a full tummy tuck (TT) or revision Lipo to correct what was done by Dr. Millard. Do not trust Dr. Millard if he tells you that you are a great candidate for Vaser. Save your money and get a full TT to begin with. I only wish I had saved my $10k and got the TT (from a different surgeon), as I now can not afford it.

I am a Africa American female. I met Dr. Millard at a seminar given at his office last year, We spoke briefly after the class and I told him my concerns with other Drs and he implied the color or my skin should never matter. I took those words as encouragement, and decide to make another appointment and see where it took me. Well it took me to a great experience. I had my Arms done about 9 yrs ago and then I loss some weight (I know, backwards). The loose skin on my arms was heavy and unbearable to me!!. I have to buy clothes to fit my arms not my body. After I had my surgery , OMG what a difference. Dr. Millard and his staff made me feel so comfortable and still to this day. I like the fact that some decisions we made together, helped me feel really good about my surgery. I am very pleased with the out come of my surgery, it has uplifted my self esteem about myself, as I have gone from buying a 3-5x to a L-XL and that's a big deal to me. Ive had three procedures through Dr. Milliards office and its changed my life so much for the better. He is attentive and focused on his work, which he does exceptionally well. The nurses are amazing as well which makes a huge impact. I have never had a negative interaction with any of the staff and they are all kind, personable, and professional. One of the nurses in particular held my hand and kept me calm when I was experiencing some pain but didnt want to use extra medication.The offices follow up after the procedures was above and beyond my expectations as well. What stands out the most for me was when I texted Dr. Millard on his personal phone the morning of Christmas Eve. I had noticing some swelling that was worrying me. He responded quickly and met at the office in less than two hours to make sure I was still healing well. His level of service and care is truly out of this world.

Just had lipo at my flanks and back with BBL 2 weeks ago. I had the procedure under local anesthetic and it was amazing! I did not want to deal with recovering from going under anesthesia. Honestly, it was super easy and Dr. Millard and his wonderful staff, especially nurse Kelly, could talk to me and make me feel comfortable during the procedure! Dr. Millard truly cares about your outcome and is honest with you aboout your goals. He cares from before you schedule your surgery and is continuing to show he cares after surgery. I feel he takes all the extra precautions before and after surgery for it to be successful and if I forgot something we went over I had all the answers in my paperwork, which felt comforting. Also, Paula, Dana, Kelly, and Morgan are always a phone call away! Then to top things off you get complimentary lymphatic massages with Dana. Lymphatic massages help you heal faster and are amazing, especially with Dana! She is so gentle, kind and experienced!! The education, patient care, and artistry doesnt stop with this team. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Millard 6 years ago. At first he was attentive and listened, but once I had paid the advance for the surgery (which they insisted I did 2 months prior to the surgery) I was unable to get a hold of him. I was offered some kind of computer imaging to see how the different sizes would look, but when I asked for it I was told it couldn't be done for some reason. I had questions about sizing and the different kinds of implants that were never answered and I have remained unsatisfied with the results. Before the surgery when I tried to call his office to see him as I had more questions, he was never available. I felt I wasn't given enough information pre-op nor was I treated with respect post op. Dr. MIllard does not have the best bedside manner and is not very available for questions. If you are deciding to have your body changed, I would recommend consulting with several doctors before you decide who will do your surgery. It will be worth it.

My experience with Dr Millard was absolutely wonderful. I had an abdominoplasty. Dr. Millards incision was extremely clean making the scar as minimal as possible. I noticed a significant improvement in my core strength after the surgery. Before having th esurgery I was unable to hold a plank position or boat pose in yoga.
