Had Lasik here in January and still not seeing properly. They are still seeing me about once a month, but I feel like my concerns are not taken seriously. I'm told it's just dry eye, but I'm doing everything I possibly can to treat it so not sure I believe that's the issue. Especially when one doctor told me I needed to have the surgery redone, then the surgeon said no it's just dry eye. The worst part of it all is the wait times. Seriously, as others have mentioned, set two hours aside for a 15 minute appointment. Every. Single. Time. At every location. And I've probably had about 15 visits by now.

They were great with my toddler. Office staff was really friendly. Doctors were nice. However, my appointment was at 9am. I saw the doctor at 10:30 and left at 10:45. It was very difficult to keep my toddler occupied for 90 min. Wish it could have been 30 min. Between the doc and 2 assistants- the hands on time was less than 30 min. Waiting was horrible.

Do not trust these people. Just learned they have been charging me for 'exams' I neither need or want. Ive been going to Eye Center of Northern Colorado for some years now. It was always pricey and now I know why. They say the doctors are in charge of pricing. This sums up to the staff is trained to be useless and the doctors, who are trusted with your vision, are defrauding patients. Stay away.

Not impressed. The lady who did my peripheral vision test told me to not mess it up because she has other patients to do. I get that Im not the only patient, but saying that to a patient makes them feel like a number. The feeling in the room while I was doing the test was uncomfortable because of this. Also, when I say I cant make it down on a certain day for my next appointment, I mean it. So they need to stop pushing for THAT day. If I need to do a different day then I need to do a different day. Such a negative experience.

Was referred to take my 1 1/2 year old here by The Youth Clinic and they couldn't have exceeded my expectations more! Everyone that I encountered was very friendly, happy, and helpful. The did great keeping my daughter happy while performing her exam and you could tell they really enjoy working with children. I was most impressed by the woman in Optical (I wish I could remember her name so she could receive the credit she deserves, she has brown curly hair) who explained everything to me since I had never had to do this process before. She even ran out to my car to show me the colors choices for my daughter's glasses when I changed my mind and called from the car to let her know. Would highly recommend!

The waits at this location are ridiculous. We have been seeing a Dr. here for the past year and have yet to see a Dr. less than an hour after appt time. Plan on waiting in the waiting room for at least 30-45 mins, even though they have signs posted indicating you shouldnt be waiting more than 20 minutes. Then plan on 30 minute wait for the Dr. once you have been called back. We have only been seeing a Dr. not getting glasses or anything extra and spend 1.5-2 hrs of our time for follow-up appts. It is almost like they triple or quadruple book time slots. They quality of care I believe is good, so if you dont mind spending a lot of time waiting they would be fine.

I have come here for optical services only, as their frame selection is far better than other optical shops in Loveland. However, wait times for an optician, even for a minor adjustment, run at least 45 minutes on 4 different occasions I've visited. Yesterday a lens popped out of the frame when it fell apart as I was taking the glasses off. This has not happened to me in 50 years of wearing glasses. I looked at the Google listing, and it stated open 8-12 on Saturday. When I arrived, facility was obviously closed even though hours posted on the entry also stated optical shop was open from 8-12 on Saturday. So now I wait until Monday to get this fixed. Fortunately I have other glasses! I would suggest that this information be updated on your online listings and on your facility entry.

While the service I received from Eye Center of Northern Colorado was satisfactory, I unfortunately cannot recommend them due to a very poor experience being drastically misquoted. I had called around to several eye centers, and found the price they quoted me for a new patient contact fitting to be very competitive. However, upon receiving my bill, it was over twice as much as I had been told on the phone prior to my appointment. After calling their billing center to see what happened, I received a voicemail message simply saying that there was nothing they could do because I had already received the service. Next time we will go elsewhere.

I have used contacts or glasses for 20 years I am 38 years of age. The bottom line is that LASIK technology has been around long enough that my comfort is high, my expectations higher! I chose Eye Center of Northern Colorado based on online reviews and general exposure.Consultation: Was no-pressure and informative, immediate discussion on risks and comprehensive review of criteria for candidacy.Pre-Op: Was easy and very descriptive. The entire procedure was walked through with open discussion about concerns and questions. I was put at ease through very friendly and informative conversation.Procedure: Quick, Simple, the front of office folks were friendly and accommodating, the folks in the procedure walk you through and give you assurance every step of the way. The description given in Pre-Op was exactly how the procedure went from end to end, couldn't ask for a better experience! Description of at-home hour by hour recovery was spot-on, discomfort dissipated almost to the minute of projection.Post-Op: Easy and Simple, post-procedure care is straightforward and re-enforces the at-home recovery care (that's on me as the patient!)Doctor Olson has great domain over his procedure and very clearly represented the experience I would have. I was an informed patient, and nothing occurred that I didn't expect.I am more than satisfied with the experience from end to end. Dr. Olson and his entire staff were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend the Eye Center of Northern Colorado!

Best experience with Lasik. The staff listened to all my concerns and reservations and made me feel 100% at ease prior to making the decision. They are very professional and their facility is amazing. The staff walks you through the whole process so there are no surprises in your care. They will let you know exactly what outcome they expect. My procedure was done quickly and comfortably and I had 20/15 vision within 24 hours. The follow up care has been very thorough. They run a great office and are always on time. The staff truly cares that you get the best results.

I was considering getting Lasik for a while, I had worn glasses since I was 8 yrs old. When I met my current eye doctor in Cheyenne he couldn't stop talking about what a great team and Doctor there was at this place in Colorado. When I made up my mind and finished my research I could have not been more pleased. The entire team is fantastic, there was not a single person in there who would not give me a huge, sincere smile and who wouldn't mind answering my questions over and over until I felt relieved. When I met Dr. Foster it was a complete yes for me. I have never met a Dr. who is as confident and knowledgeable as him, but humble enough to listen to whatever it is you have to say. I'm very pleased with my results and experience with the individuals I met there.

I was not a candidate for LASIK and decided to go ahead with PRK for my nearsightedness. My eyesight was 20/800! So, April 2015, Dr Foster performed PRK on me. The first 4 days are pretty miserable after PRK. My eyes took a really long time to heal and that in between time was pretty scary at times - especially when trying to drive. I had VERY bad astigmatisms in each eye after the procedure (both were at a 2.25) and took a long time to improve - reading anything was miserable at that time. My right eye finally got to about a 20/35 at around 3 months, but my left eye still had a pretty bad astigmatism and stayed at around a 20/40 until almost 5.5 months later! They tell you it can take a full 6 months for them to heal completely, but from different testimonials I was reading, most people were almost all the way healed up between 4-6 weeks. I don't know why it took my eyes so much longer, but just know that can happen. Overall I'm about 90% satisfied with the results. Both eyes are now about a 20/30 (I say about because I find the lighting will affect how well I'm seeing - when dark or cloudy, my vision is much worse than when the sun is really bright). The part I'm sad about is that even though I had a slight astigmatism in each eye prior to the procedure, the astigmatisms are both much worse since the procedure and I didn't expect that. At first my follow up Dr kept telling me not to be concerned, that they could fix it, but after meeting with Dr Foster he said that it would be such a small correction that he just couldn't guarantee the results - it could be better, or could be the same, or could possibly even be worse. I didn't want to take the risk of it being the same or worse, so I decided to leave it. The astigmatism in both eyes is 0.75. Without the astigmatism my vision in both is 20/20. I find the astigmatism is just enough to make it hard to read street signs - especially certain fonts which can shadow or even appear like the letters are doubled, or very small writing. So, when it's cloudy or nighttime I always drive with corrective glasses on. I also wear glasses for watching TV or a movie and nighttime reading. Most of the time I am extremely happy and just grateful to be able to live life without the thick, cumbersome glasses I used to have. The astigmatisms frustrate me when driving and/or trying to read signs - I notice that my husband and kids can read things well before I can, but as long as my eyesight doesn't regress, I think I should still be able to function most of the time without the need of glasses. If ever they improve the technology enough to correct small increment astigmatisms with great accuracy, I might be tempted to try that. Still 20/800 to 20/30 is a pretty amazing improvement.

The Eye Center is one of the few medical offices these days where one can count on consistent, helpful customer service. The front desk personnel are helpful & knowledgeable on insurance matters, the doctors are great (I always learn something new about eye health when I visit!) and perhaps best of all are the medical techs, especially Matthew at the Centerra location, who weaves humor and good cheer into his very informative eye exams.

I have been a life long patient at the Eye Center and regularly see Dr.Chaney who is an outstanding doctor. Always took very good care of me and I feel like she genuinely cared about me as a person. I have wanted to get Lasik ever since I first heard of the procedure so as soon as she told me I was a good candidate, I schedule my consultation at the Laser Center. I absolutely loved ALL of the staff at the Laser Center and they were all sincerely happy along with me that I was going to move forward with the procedure. They are all very friendly, personable, and honest through each step of the way. Dr. Karl Olsen was the doctor who did my surgery (which was neat because years earlier my dad had cataract surgery from Dr. Olsen Senior, who is an incredible doctor as well). Dr. Karl Olsen was great and I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. The procedure itself went very smoothly and quick! It is a little unnerving during parts of the surgery but Dr.Olsen did a good job calming me down and reassuring me I was doing great. It was over before I knew it and I literally walked out of there being able to SEE! I have had Zero issues during the healing process and it has been one of the greatest decisions of my life. I tell everybody about The Eye Center of Northern Colorado and recommend lasik to those who ask about it. I cant tell you how incredible it is to wake up and see without any annoying contacts or glasses. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Chris and peggy (if i am remembering her name correctly) were absolutely amazing and super informative. The consultation was free and super quick. My Father-in-law got his surgery on a thursday afternoon, by the next morning he was already seeing 20/20 when he went in for his check up. The entire weekend following his surgery he could stop talking about how great his experience was and how each day, he could see things better and better. He had been wearing glasses for 40 years and now he wishes that we had done it sooner!He couldn't have been more pleased with the service he was provide during the lead up appointments, day of friendliness, and post-op care that the Eye Center of Northern Colorado provided him. He said the day of surgery they bring you in and get you all relaxed in the best message chair he has ever sat in. When they were ready for him to go into the surgery they had his favorite radio station on and he was only in surgery for like 20 minutes and most of that time was spent prepping his eyes for the laser. He had such a wonderful experience that he is recommending that everyone in our family that wears contacts or glasses to get it right away! Finally He just wants to say thank you to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado for giving him back is freedom to be active out doors again! He loves his new EYES!

One star for staff friendliness. Zero stars for Dr. Benjamin Marsky. I have had horrible vision for over half my life, and wasnt able to make it in to my family eye doctor so I made an appointment here. I dont usually trust anyone other than my family eye doctor, an optometrist when I was in 2nd grade told me I had 20/20 vision when I didnt even know there were leaves on trees or houses had windows. I thought Id give someone else a shot since that happened so long ago. That was a mistake. I arrived with ample time before my appointment, and waited 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be seen. The nurse did my eye glasses prescription and left. The doctor came back in to do my contact prescription, and upon looking at what the nurse had come up with, told me he was going to re-test to see if I was lying about needing such a strong prescription. Then, he proceeded to check for things that dont need to be checked for until someone is well into their elderly years. He talked down to me as though I didnt know my vision was horrible, and as though I couldnt possibly know what I should look out for in changes in my vision. He treated me like I was a child for no other reason than I have such bad vision that most people will never see in their lives. It made me feel stupid and like there was something i was doing wrong even though I have no control over my vision. I will stick with my lovely eye doctor in Littleton and would highly recommend against going here, or at least seeing Ben Marsky.

If you are considering LASIK eye surgery, check out Dr. Foster and his team at the Eye Surgery Center of Northern Colorado in the Centerra location. The surgery center is modern and high-tech, with an eye shaped operating room. The process is amazingly painless and the results of clear vision are worthwhile. Depending on how 'social' you are, you can choose to leave the curtains open or televise your surgery to family watching in the waiting room. Prior to surgery, you'll enjoy a massage chair treatment to help you relax. It was much higher quality than any nail salon massage chair equivalent. During surgery, I listened to music and designated one of the staff members, Chris, as my official hand holder. I sang an Aretha Franklin tune out loud as the laser did its work and squeezed Chris' hand for comfort. All in all, a 30 min procedure. Once at home, I was seeing pretty clearly just 3 hours after surgery. I'm managing my follow up with my regular optometrist and using a daily eye drop regimen. I'm seeing 20/20 and enjoying not having to wear contacts or glasses.

I decided to choose the Eye Center of Northern Colorado because they were very highly recommended by my optometrist.The staff at Eye Center of Northern Colorado was very helpful and professional. I had Dr. Robinson perform the procedure and Chris and the rest of his staff were amazing. To be honest I was pretty nervous, but Dr. Robinson and his staff were there encouraging, reassuring and guided me through every step of the process. My vision went from hardly being able to see 10 feet in front of me to crystal clear in a day. I went to Dr Foster for kamra inlay surgery about two years ago to help with presbyopia. I was hoping to do away with my reading glasses, but my results weren't all that great. Apparently I'm at the lower end of the results spectrum, so I still need the glasses. The eye I had the surgery on tends to be dry and suffers from glare and haloing at night. I can, however, make out restaurant menus and supermarket labels. I'm not sure my results were worth the money.

Dr. Olsen performed Lasik surgery on my left eye three weeks ago. I must admit to some anxiety before the surgery but once I checked in on the big day, the entire staff, from Peggy at the front desk to the technicians Meghan and Chris, eased my fears and in less than an hour I was ready to go home with little to no discomfort. The most amazing thing was to sit up after the surgery and see clearly. I am so happy I finally made the decision to have Lasik and am thankful to my friend, Lisa, who recommended Dr. Olsen.

I went in 2 or 3 months ago for a routine eye exam, and the visit was wonderful. The doctors and assistants were all very friendly and helpful. However, after I left and tried to get my contacts prescription from them is where all of the issues started. I had to call almost everyday attempting to reach someone who could help me. Each time, I either received a very rude person at their office, or someone at their call center who was not only rude, but refused to help me at all and then proceeded to hang up on me mid-question. I had this run-around several times before I finally drove down to the office from north Fort Collins to get the prescription in person. They still could not help me, and told me to call back Monday. It has now been at least 2 months since my visit and I still do not have my prescription. While I enjoyed the initial visit to the doctor herself, after the way I have been treated by everyone else involved in the office, I am more than likely going to be looking for a new doctor the next time I have a problem with my eyes.

I've been a patient of Eye Center of Northern Colorado for several years, but up until this last visit, I always went to the Fort Collins location on Prospect. So, I don't know if the decline is just this location or the whole clinic. Anyway, I wanted to see my old doctor (Dr. Marskey, who is wonderful), so I set up an appointment here because we have moved south (close to Denver), and I wanted a shorter drive. When I came in, I was called over to check in, and I tried to be friendly to the guy who checked me in, but I guess he was determined to be in a bad mood. He made no mention that they were running behind, so I was caught off guard when I had been sitting there 30 min past my appt time. That's when I hear him say to a coworker that maybe they should warn other patients of Dr. Marskey that he's running behind. If you guys knew it was an issue, the courteous thing to do would be to warn patients as they come in as well. Then the tech who brought me back was less than friendly as well and actually got upset with me when I told him I needed just a few *seconds* to close my eyes cause they were straining so bad. When everything else was done, I went to the front to go about ordering glasses, and was told it would probably be another hour before anyone could help me. I understand someone called out sick, but again, you could have warned me. Overall, the doctor and one other tech were nice, but the rest of the staff gave the overall impression of 'god, will you just hurry up and get out already?' This has never happened before at the other location, and I was really disappointed by the whole thing. There were some other snags too, but I'm going to call today to see if they can clear them up. I just couldn't believe it though when their front desk staff said (verbatim) 'well, maybe it's time you get a new eye doctor' when I asked for recommendations for a place *just* to get the glasses because it's such a drive up here from our new place. Nice way to show you care about your patients. I only gave 3 stars because Dr. Marskey is awesome. The rest of them should get one star. Lost a loyal patient, guys. Good job.

I was very nervous coming in to the surgery and surgery process because I had read so many general reviews about lasik on the internet, but the staff made me feel so comfortable immediately. From the first communication to post-op, I had a wonderful experience at Eye Center of NoCo! The office itself is warm and welcoming, the staff is professional and caring and the surgery was completely successful. I had been putting off getting Lasik for a long time as I wasnt sure how the whole process would go and was pretty anxious about it. Im so glad that I ended up here as they gave me all the information I needed, answered a million questions and were kind and flexible. The staff was so great! As someone who prefers communicating via e-mail I really appreciated Karen Martinezs willingness to schedule all appointments and answer my questions via e-mail. Karen is knowledgeable, kind and a great point of contact for the Center. For all consultations/eye tests I worked with LaRae Rupple and she was wonderful! Extremely personable, caring and professional. She administered all the tests with patience as I kept blinking when she nicely asked me to keep my eyes open ;) - provided me with all the details of the surgery and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. My surgery was performed by Dr. Olson and I very much enjoyed having him as my doctor. He is professional, friendly and patient. Throughout the whole surgery process, he made me feel comfortable and like I was his only patient even though he was performing 12 surgeries that day. During the procedure itself, I was having a hard time making my eyes follow his instructions and I would imagine this is pretty frustrating for a doctor but he was very calm and patient with me. The surgery is a little scary and intense but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Olson as my doctor. I would highly recommend the Eye Center of NoCo they are a great team.

Eye Center of Northern Colorado is an excellent place to have LASIK. I just had Lasik eye surgery there about two weeks ago and am very happy with the results. Dr. Olsen was wonderful, along with his entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and answered all of questions and concerns beforehand. They made sure I was comfortable during and after the entire process and were very positive! I now have 20/20 vision and am loving not having to wear contacts or glasses anymore. I had my LASIK done just 10 days ago at the Centerra location. I went in with 20/600 vision and came out an hour later with 20/15 ! I've been wearing corrective lenses since I was 6 years old. I am thrilled to not have to reach for glasses in the morning any longer! The entire process was great. Dr. Foster was very nice and informative. The technicians were knowledgable and very accommodating. The facility is state of the art and sophisticated. They made a nerve wracking experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
