I started out really well with this practice, Dr. Saber was absolutely wonderful. Over a month ago i learned through their receptionist the Dr. Saber had retired. I was scheduled for BBL laser treatments (3). I pre-paid for this package and had 1 treatment, i was called week prior to my second treatment and was told laser was in-operatable, i rescheduled, 2 weeks later i was called again to re-schedule but this time was told it was due to Dr retiring, needed to have a MD on site. I rescheduled but after discussing with my husband, he felt it best I ask for a refund on the prepaid treatments just in case they do not get a doctor and also to maintain the proper length of treatment between them i could find another skin care facility in the mean time. I promptly called back, cancelled the appointment and asked for a refund. I was told that they could not refund the original form of payment but they would place a check in the mail. I had to call 3 different times to find out why i never received my refund. On the final attempt i made it clear that I was aware that a check was never placed in the mail and I wanted to know what was going on truthfully, i was told I would receive a phone call. I never received the phone call but I did receive the check 3 days later, on the last day of my phone call they decided to mail it. I also noticed they decided not to refund the full amount but gave no explanation why. This would be 'buyer beware'. I know now that the facility in Westminster was not completely honest with me and I am glad to move on.

Dr Saber needs to retire!!! His staff is very nice, he however has no bed side manner after the first consult and payment is made. Made it very uncomfortable, I would literally ask the staff prior to coming in if he was in a good mood or not and they would even laugh knowing what I was referring to.

I came to Dr. Saber after a grossly bad hack job by another surgeon on a breast reconstruction from cancer . The other surgeon told me 'you are a challenge' after he was the one who did the hack job. I interviewed three other Doctors and met with Dr. Saber three times before I made my decision for him to correct the problems. I thank GOD that I found this wonderful, caring, perfectionist Doctor. I have one more procedure the first of July and I will be done. Even now before the final surgery I look 'normal', not grotesque like the ohter doctor did to me. Thank you Dr. Saber and thank your office staff for all of their hard work getting me to where I should be.
