The office and staff are set up to comply with all the covid proceedures. social distancing..wearing of masks..taking temp. Even the chairs are spaced. The nurses and the PA were excellent and explained everything very well. I will enjoy going to this provider for a very long time.

I was seen by Dr. T Vanhyning and he was very theoral and professional with his examanation. The office is nice and clean and the front desk lady was impressive with her multi-tasking skills. She was super professional and kind. I will strongly recommend the Altamonte Spring location.

Dermatologist was great however, the payment system is not. I searched for an in network dermatologist to get a small spot checked out on my foot back in January. Receptionist talked me into signing up for InstaMed, where they keep my card on file, once the insurance approves the claim, they will then charge me within 10 days. That was a HUGE mistake. I've been there ONCE and continue to receive multiple $95 charges every month on my card. Called them, was told I need to contact the office. NO ONE has reached out to resolve this issue and I can't even tell you how many calls I've made and voicemails I've left and yet, NO CALL BACK. Mind you, this was well over a month before the Pandemic!Thank God I used my credit card and was able to dispute those charges. I am still receiving statements for that one time, already paid $95 visit I made. The system is absolutely garbage and no one has a clue or even care to fix it. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE!

Well I've coming to Advanced Dermatology 15 years+ and always have seen Dr. Mendelsohn.What bothers me is the the young man Tom I believe was name was so fast with my exam I believe , well I know he missed about 3 or 4 spots or growth on my bald head, these spots may have been small to leave alone but when it comes to shaving my head it hurts a bit, for me it's sad to see Dr. Mendelsohn retire or leave but he always took great care of this old guy , took his time to look things over.

I have seen Ann Lidowski Clements for many years. she is so friendly and reassuring with her calmness that I love going to her with my skin problems. I have cancer MBC to my bones and take a lot of chemo so the side effects caused a terrible rash in certain areas of my body. When it went to my face I had to seek help. Ann definitely helped me and I will definitely continue to see her for skin problems.

Meh. Check in was fine, although there were other patients who werent happy (something about a doctor unexpectedly being out on leave and the practice not contacting the scheduled patients.). The nurse was fine asking about my concerns. The PA walked in with a student, and immediately started doing something to my shoulder with a piece of equipment. No explaining what it was on my shoulder that needed removing, no explanation on what he was doing or what to expect. I can only assume he assumed I knew what he was doing and why, but I didnt. It was disconcerting, and Im quite sure I wont be scheduling any more appointments with that particular PA. Not sure about the practice yet. Everything turned out just fine, but it could have been a much better experience.

Had the first a.m. appointment and the office was cheerful and warm...I was taken to the room within 10 minutes of check in. The doctor followed immediately. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

I have been going to Ann for years. That alone tell you why she deserves 5 stars! The staff is great too( love my Denal) and loved Dr. Mendleson too though I don't see him much any more! Enjoy that part-time retirement!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They dont know what they are doing here. I went saw the Dr. and I believe he gave me a wrong diagnosis. They gave me prescriptions that did not work. The appointment took maybe like 3 minutes and I was wrong then when I tried to call them which took about a week they just said well we just take our best guess and if it doesnt work then we address it in follow up appointments..this is just a way to get more money from you. Very disappointed..I am on my way to find real professional dermatologist that can really help not just guess and take my money. I need real serious help I dont have time or money to waste on people that dont know what they are doing. THANKS FOR NOTHING AND TAKING MY MONEY ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY....PS I really wish I read the other reviews on this place. The complaints are the same.. a lack of caring for people ONLY YOUR MONEY.. So nice getting you in but they will do nothing in the post care or during for that matter.. just as long as your there with some money.

Unprofessional at its finest. This office would be better if they didnt have employees who are so unprofessional!! I was waiting in the lobby to see a doctor for over an hour. I asked one of the workers Ashley for some assistance she completely ignored me and stood on her phone laughing !! If you are looking for a place where patient care comes first. Met with PA for first time ever body scan. Exam was ridiculously fast. Never looked at scalp. Basically spunned around. When asking about a growth on my eyelid, I was told cyst. Not to worry. Recommended shot of steroids. Declined shot and asked to have it removed. Was referred to another location. Turned out to be skin cancer!!! Never will go back to Altamonte Springs location!

I unfortunately scheduled an appointment at the Altamonte Springs office on the recommendation of my primary care physician. Primary purpose was a skin cancer screening. Th screening could not have taken more than 2 minutes and was not thorough at all. For another issue was prescribed medicine that is not available in local pharmacies. They handed me an index card and said to expect a call from a 3rd party compounding company. That company said that the medicine was not covered by my insurance, was fairly expensive, and they said they did not know if it would work or how long I might need to use. I have been trying for a week to try another option (sent e-mails, left messages, even spoke to office manager). I have yet to get a return call from a nurse or doctor. Needles to say, I will not be returning.
