Went here last summer in hopes of getting a tonsillectomy after 6 cases of tonsillitis in about 6 months. Saw a doctor, paid to have him say that despite having frequently reoccurring tonsillitis, he could not (and no doctor would) take my tonsils out unless the tonsillitis is accompanied by strep throat. I took his word, and believed I just had to deal with it. The problem worsened and the next 6 months were filled with me continuously getting sick (still no strep, though) and being absolutely miserable. I saw another ENT (Erik Schoenberg in Sanford, who I highly recommend) in December for an unrelated issue, and while I was at it, had him look at my tonsils. Upon just looking at them briefly (when they weren't even bothering me) he told me how terrible they looked and that I should've gotten them out a long time ago. Unfortunately, because I am in college, summer was the most opportune to get a tonsillectomy. But because of what the doctor at this ENT office told me, I have had to endure this pain for about 9 additional months until I realized I was COMPLETELY misinformed and that I do NOT have to deal with a lifetime of tonsillitis. The ENT I recommended is now performing my tonsillectomy in March (finally).. But I am not at all happy that I had to deal with this for an additional 9 months until I had another break of time from school to have the surgery. If I had just gone to the other ENT to begin with, I could've resolved the issues last summer. I would not recommend this ENT at all.

Went in with severe pain in my face. Dr. T told me I had a serious infection & blockage & that I needed to get endoscopic sinus surgery. After the surgery he told me I should feel better in a few weeks. It has now been over a year and the pain is way more severe than it ever was & every day has been agony.

My daughter went in for a routine tonsillectomy and adenoid removal. She left the surgical facility in an ambulance! She was rushed to Florida Hospital and couldn't even make it up to ICU. She was drowning from the inside out. She wasn't stable enough. She spent hours in Peds ICU fighting for her life before it took 6 people to move her. She was intubated and living on a ventilator. No one new if she would make it through the night. Her lungs were full of pink foam. It was weeks of slow recovery, high fevers, and severe pain. She still sees black spots and has numbness in spots in her head from lack of oxygen. The doctor wasn't sure if he did something to cause this but we damn sure still got billed!!!! This has been a living nightmare! My daughter is still having severe pain, trouble swallowing, loss of coice and drainage!!!

I went in for an ear issue. First doctor told me I have fluid in my ears and that I need a cat scan of my temporal lobes. I went ahead and got the cat scan. Dr Tipirneni called me in for a follow up for the results of my scan ( which the could have told me over the phone) after meeting with Tipirneni for 3 minutes he then says I need to see another doctor in his practice that will give over more options. They charged me my full copay for a 3 minute visit. when they could have mentioned that over the phone.

Dr. Ho, Dr. Tipirneni, and staff were courteous, helpful and encouraging. They were very straight forward and honest. When my insurance money paid out, their billing department called and refunded me directly without prompt from me. I would see them again without hesitation!

I was referred to this clinic for a biopsy. When I arrived at the appt Dr. Brad Johnson (whose demeanor was fine) looked at the lump on my left cheek for a couple minutes and then said I needed a biopsy. I was upset because this could have been done in his office in about 15 mins. Instead I paid yet another co-pay and was sent to Fla Hospital in WP for a biopsy. Over $1000 later the biopsy came back as non-diagnostic. They essentially botched the procedure by not removing enough cellular tissue to analyze the cyst. Instead all they did was completely drain the cyst. Dr. Johnson said I needed another biopsy. I told him to set it up at Orlando Health. He also added an MRI request, which I told him I would not do until they get a proper biopsy on my cyst. The amount of time and money I have invested in this very simple process is a travesty and indicative of our over-priced and inefficient medical system.

Grossly overcharged me for my co-payment. I had to confirm the claim with my insurance and then try to seek reimbursement from the provider. The billing department only has a voicemail set-up, so you can never actually speak to a person. It claims your call will be returned within 24 hours. However, I left two messages over the course of a week, and never never received a call back. I had to call my insurance company back and get them involved. Only then did I get a call from the billing department, and that they would go ahead and process my refund...

Would not recommend.And no this is not my real nameWent in for ear pain PA asked me if I could hear alright I said yes I hear fine, just a nagging pain said I needed hearing test. My insurance does not cover this, and when I asked if it was covered nurse said I dont see why it wouldnt be. 200.00 later. Said I had hearing of an 18 year old what does that mean? SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have been seeing Dr. Ho and his assistant since 2003. I think this ENT practice is the best in all Florida. Dr. Ho has kept me basically alive and well after all these years. NoJeffrey his assistant is also excellent and straight forward. This ENt practice is the best.

I visited the practice 10 years ago for fluid in my ears, so when my ears filled again I thought I would go back. They couldn't find my records so was coming in as new patient, and they couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks even though I was having troubles. On my appointment date, I showed up in the rain only to find out they had tried to contact me to tell me that the doctor was out of town. When I tried to get another appointment it was over 2 weeks again before I could get in. The staff was very unfeeling about the whole situation, they were not rude in any manor just cold. I didn't feel like they cared, and didn't understand with all the doctors they had why I couldn't get in sooner.I called around and was able to see someone else in only 3 days, and could have gotten in the next day if I didn't have work issues.You have lost my business, but I guess your busy enough without me!

I called as I got locked out of their online application to complete my first visit paperwork. The girl that answered said she would send a new email with user name and password (I could tell that I was putting her out). I explained I do not think that the user name changed as that is what got me locked. The user name is my email address even though it just said my name ilenekoller. The girl said she did not know and was just going to resend the email. Well- that was not the help I needed. Then I read the practice reviews - 2.9. Makes total sense. I hope others will not waste their time with this medical group. I know that I am not. I have a PPO and have many many choices of what practices I can go to. This will not be one of them. As for the Yelp responder for all of your bad reviews. How about training and managing your practice better - INSTEAD of platt response. Put your words into action.

If I could give this practice less than one star I would. I called having issues with my allergies and not being able to breathe out the left side of my nose. First appointment I get the luck of the draw with the PA Jeff. First he is over 30 mins late. Second he comes in the room like he knows all and I know nothing! RUDE totally and completely rude. I ended up walking out on him he has the bedside manner of a rock. Note to practice, when you have a brand new patient coming in I suggest they see a MD and not a PA. I have no problems seeing a PA if I am an established patient. Better yet maybe hire better PA's. He did not even scope my nose. He suggest breathe right strips. Guess I should walk around with one on my nose 24/7. I am sorry I was running copious amounts of snot at this appointment. He didn't ask about headaches or any other symptoms. He came in and did the thing where if they pull on your cheeks you can breathe. UMM YES I am 57 sick and tired of this and being on allergy meds and having copious amounts of snot to deal with. The not feeling great, the pressure, but NOPE he had me diagnosed in 2.5 seconds. I walked out on the appointment. I am use to seeing a doctor especially for the first time who asks questions, who doesn't just POOF you are done. My daughter was looking for an ENT I texted her 2 seconds when I was out of this office telling her to go somewhere else! I am 57 and he treated me horribly
