I cant say enough positive words for Dr. Feiner and his amazing staff.... I was turned down by several Plastic Surgeons on paper - they never bothered to meet me or hear my story. Dr. Feiner not only took the time to meet me- took my case and let me just say... my expanders looked amazing after bilateral mastectomies and my beautiful new implants are incredible and exactly what I wanted. Fantastic Dr. and Office staff Jeanette is amazing... if you want beautiful breasts this is the Dr. And office for you....Hmmm I might need a few other fixes too....

From my phone conversation to schedule my appointment to walking in the front door the warmth friendly professional atmosphere i felt was amazing. All of my questions were answered by front receptionist, and accommodating with Dr Feiners schedule squeezing a friend of mine in who did not have an appointment. Dr Feiners staff in the procedure room, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, knowing right then everything and everyone made me feel beautiful, and Dr Feiner had not even entered the room. My trust in Dr Feiner goes several years back, with a procedure performed on my face, and i do not have one scar to even show they ever existed. So knowing this ahead of time, i knew i was seeing an experienced plastic surgeon. A full explanation was given by Dr Feiner of what he was going to do, and also asked me what i would like to see as an end result. Follow up from my procedure Dr Feiner was very happy with my results, and i am thrilled. Excellence here. 10 Stars.This is a quick review of my experience of my friend Adriana Diaz procedure with Dr Jeffrey Feiner.Adriana had her breast expander removed and Dr. Feiner did reconstructive breast and belly plastic procedure called Deep Breast Liftup (no implant just body muscle, fat and tissue).After 9 hours in surgery we were some worried but at that moment she was taken to recovery. Dr. Feiner spoke with us some details of this very challenging surgery which had taken soo long due to extensive tissue damage from cancer radiation therapy. Dr. Feiner and all his team at the AdventHealth Hospital in Altamonte Springs was incredibly kind, supportive, professional and human. The surgery was successful way beyond our expectations. If i may recommend Dr. Feiner and his incredible team we do recommend 1000%. The best that could happen to you to take care of plastic surgery procedures. I write this review for other people to know where is Excellency. Really rude staff, I called today and the lady on the phone was super rude. She didn't understand the name of the procedure I was asking for, and placed me on hold for a while. Then, a Spanish representative took care of me. She told me, 'I'm sorry she couldn't understand your accent.' The truth is, she couldn't understand the name of the procedure I was asking for. Hire better people with good customer service skills!!

Since I was living in NY while dealing with breast cancer for the 2nd time, I was unable to be a patient of Dr Feiner. But I was so fortunate to consult with him over the phone for a 2nd opinion. He listened to my concerns and questions and always responded with kindness and compassion.
