Today 8-15-19 had the best experience with Jennifer. I had been here before about 10 years ago now Im 28, had a mole removed that had been beside my nose for years. The staff was so nice and she was gentle and kind and was nervous before the visit but will be back again! Very professional yet not overpriced like in destin.

The office is clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Danielle is very informative and goes over EVERYTHING with you. My last dermatologist saw in me in two minutes, handed me a prescription and was done. I saw with her for at least 10-15mins and everything was fully discussed. Im giving 4 stars because Im always waiting. Not sure if they over schedule but I wait at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seen

I have had ery pleasant experience at this office. The staff were friendly and professional. I like Dr. Trapp and feel he is an excellent Doctor. His assistant, Ashley is absolutely the best!!

The incompetence of your office manager n office staff need a desperate over haul. Your ignorance on running an office is deplorable. Dr you should be ashamed of running an business in this manner you are in control. Maybe you like to charge the cancellation fee??????

My husband had his first appointment recently. The staff was very friendly and considerate. Though Dr.Trapp did not perform the quick procedure needed, he did come in to confer and meet us. We are very satisfied with this office.

I have been going to Emerald Coast Dermatology for years Now. I really have been pleased with the quality of care that Ashley gives me.However The past 2 visits, I left with a Migraine and nauseated. I cannot help that I have a Hyper Sense of Smell and some smells trigger severe Migraines. Both times as soon as I opened the entrance door, there was an Overwhelming Smell of a Sharpe Marker. By the time they called me back I was already sick to my stomache and getting a migraine :(I mentioned this to the Nurse that assists Ashley, she sufferes from migraines she said and understood that certain smells CAN trigger a migraine! Needless to say that while waiting to see Ashley, I was getting sicker by the minute! I finally had to LEAVE! I asked that maybe they could change out that sharpie marker for one of those scented type of markers. They all looked at me like I was crazy!Once in my car I called to talk to them about this issue. Afterall now it's affecting my appointment time as well as my health. They continued to stand behind...NO ONE ELSE has complained about it. That they can't change things for '1' patient! I cannot imagine that I am the ONLY patient that has been affected by this Strong Smell! Either way I asked to speak to a Office manager and was placed on hold for over 6.34 minutes. I finally just hung up!No one called me back, KNOWING I had wanted to talk to the Office manager! The response's, Lack of response's and lack of concern for my well being, have left me feeling Dissapointed, Humiiated and Totally Disregarded by the entire staff :(Now I am forced to find a different Dermatologist :( One that CARES about their patients well being! I not only didn't get to see the Dr., but I left there having to retreat to a Dark, Quiet room for the rest of the day! Thank you Emerald Coast Dermatology for the Migraine & Nausea! It is evident that y'all do not suffer with Migraines, Because if you did You would Understand where and why I got so upset :(

Literally, every interaction I have had with the staff and the doctors has been top notch. Dr. Reardon is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She really listened to me. Dr.Trapp is warm, funny and thorough. He took great care removing a lipoma on my shoulder and paid close attention to the details as he worked. I’m thankful to have found this genuine and professional group. Highly recommend!
