I found Dr. Eubanks to be rushed, a little gruff, and I never saw him or his assistant wash their hands. I still have the same problem as I did before I had my minor skin work done (same area, same problem). And I got an additional bill after I paid my percentage in full at the office. Would not recommend.

I was not the patient, but I can tell you this office is great. On time with your appointment. Tiffany was super nice and helpful. Dr. Kim looked at all problem areas and did a thorough exam, treating all areas of concern. Thank you!

This review has to do only with a misquoted dollar amount for a Biopsy. Before I even saw the doctor, in addition to the specialist office visit fee, the front desk had me sign a form to agree to pay an additional 'quoted amount' per biopsy 'should' the doctor see the need for me to have one or two or more done on me. Of course the doctor saw the need for me to have one done. Thank goodness I only agreed to one biopsy. Sometime later I get a bill stating that I owe more than what I had already paid for the biopsy. After speaking with the local NSB office, their billing department and finally my insurance co., the verdict is that I owe them the money which i will pay. What went wrong? They misread the balance on my deductible...perhaps? or downplayed it? I've gone to many specialists throughout the years for various reasons and 99.99% of the time they always get my copay portion right or extremely close to what it'll be so that I'll know what I'm dealing with financially. The quote they gave me was way off! My issue is that had they quoted me the CORRECT AMOUNT to pay per biopsy, I would have made an educated decision on whether to accept or decline this service. I was NOT told that this was just an 'estimated amount' but rather that this WAS the amount it would cost me. This office is very aggressive pushing to get you to agree to have this additional service done, even before the doctor has seen you to determine if you even need a biopsy done!! I am glad I only had one biopsy done which I feel I did not need. Any other dermatologist would have been able to tell what they were dealing with just by seeing as it was a very common condition.

I had a great experience at the New Smyrna Beach Advanced Dermatology facility. The staff is excellent, professional, and do a great job. I feel I received excellent care with Dr. Bettea, he's knowledgeable and thorough.I have just had my six month follow-up appointment with Dr, Eubanks and I was very impressed with him. He was very thorough and I felt I was getting excellent care with him. The staff at Advanced Dermatology is very professional and very pleasant. I will continue to entrust my skin care to Dr. Eubanks and his staff.
