Dr. Laura Smith is one of the best ARNPs I have ever been to. She genuinely cares about her patients. Only problem with this facility is the long wait before being called back. And getting prior authorization but I believe the insurance company is the problem there.

After being a patient there for a while now and multiple complaints to Vikki who evidently is the office and medical staff manager no change even after walking in the front door and complaining in person to Vikki. I call in meds and wind up having to call the office to finally get them filled. They literally called me three months later to schedule a procedure that was prescribed three months ago, luckily it wasn't life threatening. The staff is a complete joke, nobody knows anything and getting a call back just doesn't happen. Sharon has been 5 stars she is my ARNP but has nothing to do with orders after she writes them. I am concerned because after reading other reviews the good people of Perry are in danger of not receiving their meds on time and not getting possible life threatening procedure's due to a staff that just doesn't do there job. I'm sure if you are related to someone there your service is better because I've seen it personally. Save your time,money,and for goodness sake your health. Very sad for a facility that has everything as far as I can tell to do a proper job and just really, really suck at it.

I have never been to this clinic when I didnt have to wait over one hour to get called back. Then its another hour long wait to be seen. Also, some of the front desk staff are rude. Not all, but some. I really hate the place, and am looking for another provider.

This facility needs to be SHUT DOWN. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. A friend of mine has had terrible experiences here... they told her to shoo Get out theres nothing wrong with you. Was talked to like a dog!!! Dont use ANY nurse practitioners!!! They are selfish and does not treat their patients respectfully. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Everyone that goes here leaves unhappy and feeling disrespected or mistreated. I would most definitely not recommend this place! THEY DONT CARE!!!

I have ine of the more caring and patient physician. If she don't know something she will look it up and referr you to someone who is experiencing in whatever problem that maybe ou of her expertise. She help save my life Tallahassee to me i have sever asthma. I have never had it nor and i ever been diagnosed so wrong. It was my heart.

I never ever give a bad review but what I have been through in the last few months with my hip surgery being scheduled has been a nightmare. In trying to getting a clearance Rosa Dr Saul's nurse never returned my call. The lack of care or concern for their patients unexceptable. I worked in the medical field for over 37 yrs and patients were very important to us. And treating patients with care and respect was very important. If you care for you loved ones, do not let them go to Premier Medical Center.

Dr. Dodgin is only in it for a good paycheck and pharmaceutical kick backs. She doesn't genuinely care about the well being of her patients. She gives patients what 'they ask for' not what they actually NEED medically. She discusses politics, not medical needs. She's steadily prescribing an addict medications that are slowly ruining his life. I have called numerous times with my concerns and have gotten nowhere. I will be reporting her for malpractice.UPDATE - She has caused more damage than help. The prescriptions she has prescribed has really done nothing but cause problems in my entire family's life the past 6 years. We are now dealing with hospital visits BECAUSE of 'the care' she was providing. DO NOT go to this quack job doctor!ANOTHER UPDATE - My father has since passed away due to Dr. Dodgin's cutting him off of Xanax COLD TURKEY. Anyone who knows anything about anti-depressants know that Xanax is THE MOST addictive one and shouldn't be prescribed long term. Not only did she prescribe them for upwards of 5 years but she took them away just like that. Taking him off of them cold turkey caused his body to start having seizures. The first night he was in the hospital he had seizures nearly every 5 minutes. After being hospitalized for 5 days, he was released. He was only out of the hospital about 2 weeks when he passed. The doctors in the hospital are absolutely appalled that ANY doctor would prescribe a KNOWN addict this prescription. She is a complete idiot and I wouldn't want her caring for myself or ANYONE I cared about.
