Made arrangements for online consultation for acne scar treatment. Staff were very knowledgeable and patient which was wonderful because Im not very good with computer technology. I was given step by step instructions on needed info and how to send. Feedback was received in a very timely manner. Ill be scheduling my appointment for April to have the advised procedures done. My daughter had her first facial with Janice. Shes a competitive gymnast and spends many hours in the gym. Sweating etc. She is at the age where bumps and blackheads are starting. THE best! I wish I could add more stars to the review! I will never let anyone else touch my face or scars other than Dr. Weiner and Sandy Weiner! Walking into the beautiful facilities I was greeted with professional staff and a glass of water. Then I met Sandy who was so kind and complete in her exam with me. She explained the whole process so completely and kindly and was very comforting. Dr. Weiner then came in and explained to me the best options, and really listened to my concerns. Sandy walked me through the steps and consent forms, and even gave me a bag to put my stuff in! The Infinii process was not as painful as I had in my head that it was going to be. I went with the PRP mask, and the staff drawing my blood were so nice and even gave me some chocolate! I went home with some ME Serum, and have been healing nicely ever since. Sandy and the staff even called me a couple times after my appointment to make sure all was going well. I only wish I lived in the area so I could go more often. Regardless, I will be coming back in the coming months, and look forward to my scars finally looking better for the first time in my life after wasting thousands of dollars here in Minnesota. Thank you Steven and Sandy, for talking me through it all - I enjoyed your music knowledge you shared with me, and I LOVED the clinic's soundtrack! I have been going to see Dr. Weiner for about 5 years. I can't say enough about him and if there were more stars I would give him that. I have had several different treatments of various types of dermal filler. I now have Radiesse in my cheeks and Restylane treatments around my mouth. I am at the point I go to see him for maintenance. It is truly amazing to walk into the Aesthetic Clinique with wrinkles and bags under my eyes and within such a short time I walk out with 10 years off of my face. His staff is absolutely the best and they have been with him for many many years. His wife works with him as a Nurse there and they all are like family together. They treat me like part of them.
