Had lower and upper eye surgery. I am scarred still and when I went to see another surgeon who is an actual plastic surgeon not a facial plastic surgeon, there is a difference, this plastic surgeon said Dr Kass incisions were too high. He also said one has to be careful with these guys who are ophthalmologist turned facial plastic surgeons. I didn't even give this new plastic surgeon his name but he asked me if he was a facial plastic surgeon instead of a He came with good reviews but now I'm seeing many people feel this way. He also doesn't put you under general anesthesia for many procedures but uses a 'cocktail' of drugs which I woke up from in middle of eye surgery. This is to save money make no doubt about it. Take your money elsewhere. Over priced and arrogant!

I have received fillers in my lips before (Juvederm), but wanted something permanent. I started doing my research and came across Dr. Kass and silikon 1000. I started my initial treatment about 8 months ago, and just saw him for my 3rd. He explained to me that since it was permanent, the filler would be done in a series of injections, anywhere from 2-5. I just had my 3rd injection and I think Im right where I want to be for now as far as size and shape of my lips go. I am very pleased with my result and highly recommend this for anyone looking for a permanent result without surgery!

Dr. Kass performed eyelid surgery on me a few months ago. I originally saw him just to have my upper eyelids done, however, after seeing him and talking further, he explained to me about the bags under my eyes, and that I could have those taken care of at the same time. I saw Dr. Kass today for my 6 month follow up. I am happy to say that I am seeing 10 x's better and I no longer look tired or sad. Dr. Kass is an expert in his field and truly an artist at his work.

About a year ago, I had upper eyelid surgery performed by Dr Kass. He was very informative and thorough. His office staff was friendly and kind. There was very little downtime and I actually went back to work the very next day. My eyelids were drooping and Dr Kass corrected them and I can now see the whole world again. Worth every penny! I suffered for a long time to acne scars. As a young adult I caked on the make up to try and cover up the acne scars from puberty and being a teenager. Little did I know I was only causing more harm to my skin. For a few years I had been doing research on different treatments out there until I came across Dr. Kass and his Hetter Peel. The results I could see on his website were astonishing; I knew I had to set up a consult with him immediately. After meeting with Dr. Kass, I knew I had found the right doctor for me. He was open and honest with me. Dr. Kass said explained that he couldnt make my acne scars perfectly disappear, but he could make a significant improvement. When I asked him what I could expect, he said about a 70% improvement, I figured anything greater than 50 I would take! I am very pleased to report that Dr. Kass under promised significantly. I feel that I have a 90% improvement and will continue to only get better with time. I had a hetter peel with subcision and fat transfer to under my scars. At first I thought I would only need the peel, but Dr. Kass explained that with a multi-modality approach, I would get the greatest improvement on the acne scars and achieve the desired results I was looking for, and he did not lie! I am currently about 6 months out from my procedure and I couldnt be happier. I peeled for about 2 weeks and was pinkish for a while. At 10 days I knew I had significant improvement on my scars. Dr. Kass gave me back the confidence I was lacking due to the scars. I no longer hide under make up, or have to use filters to disguise them. I am ecstatic with my results thus far and look forward to what the future holds

Dr. Kass has been injecting my lips with Juvederm since 2015. He takes his time and listens to your questions, concerns, & the desired results your looking to achieve. He is upfront and honest with you about what to expect. Most recently, I asked Dr. Kass to inject more Juvederm than I have received in the past. He did warn me that after the initial swelling goes down, if I felt it was too much, he could always dissolve a little bit of the Juvederm. However, now that the swelling is gone, I am beyond pleased with my results! I wish I had only chosen to move up the amount injected sooner. I also have only ever received the highest compliments from friends, family, coworkers, even strangers, after seeing my finished results! His technique is truly a work of art and enhances your natural beauty.

Dr. Kass performed a croton oil hetter peel on me in January. I saw him last week for a checkup and was beyond amazed with my results. The pictures I saw on his website underplay just how spectacular this peel really is. I had severe smokers lines and brown spots that I would try to cover up with mounds of makeup. I will know more tomorrow during my follow up. However right now my lower lip received no product from a hetter peel. I couldn't make it the next day to my follow up due to my grandsons medical condition. I did get a later appointment however I never got a confirmation call or a time to be there. I will not be going for a follow up. I plan on finding a different doctor to give me a second hetter peel to treat the areas that were missed and to redo areas that were not treated correctly. I am disappointed in the fact that instead of receiving good customer service about my complaints and trying to resolve them I instead was met with animosity. I was told that if I take my review down then I can have another appointment. I am making a YouTube video to share my results. When I contemplated getting a hetter peel I could not find a lot of videos to help me. My intention is to share and hopefully help others who want to get this procedure. I let this office know that I am making a YouTube video and they said via email that if I used their name they will sue me.

My brother in law saw Dr. Kass for eyelid surgery, and he just raved about how happy he was with his results, that it intrigued me to set up a consult with him. His staff was very pleasant and Dr. Kass was adamant he could correct my drooping eyelids. While it was not covered by insurance, it was the best decision I had made in a long time. I was bruised and swollen for a few days after my surgery, but I had no pain and the swelling went away fairly quickly. I see a whole new world now and I am glad I made the decision to have eyelid surgery with Dr. Kass.

I went here to get a consult on getting a treatment plan for my face. I just wanted to brighten it up and feel better about myself. It was $100 deposit to be seen which you could use towards the purchase of any treatment. I was recommended a $5000 chemical peel. I declined that as I just didn't have the funds to put towards such an expense. I decided to use my $100 credit towards Botox. The total bill including the credit was $252.00. After my appointment I was very excited. I have received Botox before and was extremely happy with the results. After a few days I was not seeing the results like I did in the past. I emailed the office letting them know. I was hoping I could get a touch up. I did not get a response. I called and left a voicemail. Still no response. I ended up stopping in and they said they never received my email or voicemail. I told the receptionist my concern and she said she would let the office manager know and get back with me. I received a call from the office manager 'offering' me to come in and have it redone at my own expense. I feel completely unsatisfied with the whole experience including cheated out of my money. I am a working mother of 4 adopted kids that was looking for a pick me up. I do not think this place caters to the working class and does not stand behind their work.

My sister referred me to Dr. Kass. She sees him for her botox treatments, and thought he could help me with my drooping eyelids. Dr. Kass was very pleasant and nice during my consultation. I initially came in concerned about my upper lids, but he brought attention to the bags under my lower lids as well, which I found out can be inherited (thanks mom and dad!). Within a few weeks, I had my surgery. Recovery was a piece of cake. I had hardly any bruising and barely any swelling. I followed his office girls directions and was very pleased that I did. I now feel like a weight has been lifted! My girlfriends all say how refresh and happier I look. I am glad that I listened to Dr. Kass and did both my upper and lower eyelids together. As a young teenager I smoked, even into my late 20s. I am now paying for that, as I had terrible smoker lines around my mouth, and my face looked aged older than I was. After researching options, I came across the hetter peel and Dr. Kass. His before and after photos left me speechless. I was able to get in and have my consult and procedure within the time frame I wanted. He put me on a skin regiment prior to the peel, and it did help my skin a lot. I noticed subtle changes, and that it was clearing up some age spots I had. But the peel did the real work. I was red, peeling and swollen for a while. It was like a very bad sunburn to be honest, but once healed, I looked GREAT! My smoker lines are gone, and my face looks refreshed and rejuvenated. The dark spots I had on my cheeks have disappeared. This peel was worth it!

I came to see Dr. Kass and his superb staff after the new year. In just a short 6 months I was going to be 55, and I wanted to look how I felt, YOUNG! I met with Dr. Kass several times, but I truly feel that just after the first visit, I knew he was the right doctor for me. Dr. Kass spent several of my visits just listening to my wants and needs, as well as consulting about my prior eyelid surgery. I came in for a facelift and to have my lips filled, but what I was truly ignoring was the fact that I needed an eyelid revision. When I was 45 I had my eyelids done, and I was never truly happy with the results. Dr. Kass reassured me that he could achieve the results I was looking for, and boy did he ever! His office staff Mary and Kate truly raise the bar as far as clinical staffing goes.
