OUT OF STATE PATIENT!!!!I am 5 weeks Post-op and could not be more excited with the results so far! I chose Dr. Giles due to being very highly recommended from one of my friends that has had personal experience with Dr. Giles. I flew from Detroit to Florida just to have Dr. Giles perform my surgery. I had a breast lift with implant, a mini tummy tuck and a little liposuction on upper abdomen and sides. The staff are all amazing! Coming from Detroit for such a large surgery was nerve wrecking, but Holly had me so comfortable from the moment I had my first phone call with her, it was neat to finally meet her by the time I finally made it to Florida after a few months of preparation! The entire office staff is awesome- Post-Op I have worked the closest with Shelly and Jess- which are both spectacular. They are patient, caring, warm and anyone can see they love what they do! Dr. Giles is exceptional. He was very honest with me during my entire process telling me the pros and cons to what I was looking for as well as making sure I knew the realistic outcomes of my goals. There was never a time that I felt he was just trying to 'sell surgery/services.' It's very clear that he wants to make the decision based on the patient and weighs the risks vs. the benefits before deciding to do a procedure. I never felt rushed with him, even as busy as he is- he always spent plenty of time in the room with me at my post-ops with any questions I had etc. (pre-op as well)I am a very feminine woman, but my breasts have always been an issue- Not only did kids make them worse, but Dr. Giles told me they were genetically formed differently, and now thanks to Dr. Giles I finally have matching Breasts which makes me feel like a complete woman now!!!! I stayed 2 nights in the suites with an amazing view and I had the best stay-in nurse ever- Jen!!! She stayed with me the day/night after surgery which was amazing to have. She was great!!! She kept me nice and comfy and we had great conversation. Overall, Dr. Silver Fox (that's what I call him) is Top Notch and his office staff is a reflection of what an amazing Plastic Surgeon he is. I can't wait to see as I progress more and more over the next few months! I am so glad I made the decision I did. Flying to Florida was worth it for Dr. Giles!!

I honestly wish that I could give more than 5 stars. I had a 'Mommy Makeover' ( Tummy Tuck & Breast Reduction) in October 2019. It would not do justice to say everything from from the consultation all the way to the follow up visits was exceptional. I had major issues getting PCP clearance and Dr. Giles staff went above and beyond. From last minute rescheduling 2 days before surgery up till 5 pm the day before my rescheduled surgery working to get me cleared because the PCP dropped the ball. Dr. Giles team Shelly & Holly are AMAZING! If you have to stay over night the rooms are great and the caretakers go way above to make you comfortable. Dr. Giles entire team gave me such good GENUINE care. I will never ever see another Plastic Surgeon, my scars are minimal, I look great and I feel great!

I'm gonna make this short, to the point, and sweet. I'll never go anywhere else for my cosmetic surgery. The staff, to say the least, is above par!!! They make you feel welcome, comfortable, and are extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel like you matter and that's very important to me. Dr Giles, what can I say... hes my savior!!! He made me feel beautiful again!!!! Theres no question that he wont answe . He goes above and beyond, to explain in detail what's going to happen, then makes it happen!!! There will never be another surgeon ever do any surgeries on me. To say that I recommend him, is an understatement!!!! Hes the best!!! Love to all!!

My wife and I are both medical administrators and have run several clinics in our past. After our experience during her consultation, we decided to have her surgery with Dr Giles. From scheduling of the consult, registration, actual face to face with Dr. Giles all the way to going over the fees with Holly, patient ambassador, we truly felt the genuine concern from all involved for her health and the reasons why having this surgery was important to her. I saw Dr. Giles for the first time on Feb. 8, 2016. I was walking with a cane, had shortness of breath, and wore a 52H Bra. He knew immediately how much back, shoulder and neck pain I was in. I had headaches and unbelievable rashes under my breasts that went about 4' down my middle and of course 4' up the underside of the breast. That rash burned and stung so bad. I couldn't lay on back nor could I stand up straight. We scheduled my breast reduction for March 13, 2016. I was pretty much in a state of shock when I left his office. I had wanted this surgery done for 19 years and now it was going to happen. I had no idea what to expect but I knew it had to be better than what I had. He told me later he wasn't even sure I would show up for surgery. I had the reduction, took 1 pain pill that evening and 2 the next day. No more pain pills after that. The following day I was able to drive myself to his office to have the bandages removed. Within 2 weeks following my surgery I had lost 23 lbs. I have now lost a total of 110 lbs. and still want to lose about another 45 lbs. I know that down the road I want to have my arms and tummy done but that probably won't be until next year. WOW. I have pretty little boobies now with no staple scars and the scars I do have a very minimal. I asked that my before and after photos be put on his web page so that women can see what is possible.,.And I tell people they are there and to check them out. I also told Dr. Giles that if anyone wanted to talk to me personally to give them my telephone number. I am so proud. This was most certainly the best decision I could have ever made. Now I just walked 7 1/2 miles in 4 days and Dr. Giles encouraged me and knew I could do it before I even knew I could. Dr. Giles has a wonderful bedside manner, he talks to you and not at you. He will spend time with you, not rush you out the door. His staff has been with him for 11 plus years and you know that means something about the way he is as a boss. I love them all. His office means the world to me and i have said that if I need surgery and he can't do it then I won't have it done. I trust him to do the best for me and all his patients. Dr. Giles is the BEST and you deserve the best.

Had breast implants done in 2005 by Dr. Giles! My sister referred me to him as she was very happy with him too! I also referred 3 more people to him and all are very happy with all work that was done! Dr. Giles gets A+....... A big Thank you to your staff as well! Will be back to see him again!
