I am very pleased with my results, my implants look very natural and didnt have any issues with my recovery. I have had three surgical procedures and two non-invasive procedures performed by Dr. Castor. My husband and I knew the first time we met with him that he was a true professional and was the doctor to perform all my procedures. Dr. Castor was not only exhibited great knowledge about the procedures I was interested in, but I just knew that he also had the skill to give me an excellent result. I have had excellent results with every procedure performed. He genuinely cares about you and that comes across when you meet with him. Also, his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I love that he has his own anesthesiologist, nurses and surgical staff on site. You do not have to go to a separate surgical facility for your procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Castor for any procedures you wish to have. He is tops in his field as a plastic surgeon and a true gentleman.

I live in New York and my friend in FL had referred me to Dr. Castor and suggested I pay a visit while I was down here seeing friends and family. We are staying in Clearwater Beach and Google maps said it was a 56 minute trip. It turned out to be almost an hour and a half. We pulled into the parking lot and Nikki the secretary called letting me know we would have to reschedule the appointment. I told her I couldnt and we ended the conversation. Since I was in the parking lot, I decided to walk into the office to speak further with Nikki, maybe they could fit me in seeing as how I am from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. She offered me an appointment for another day but I couldnt reschedule. I reiterated again how I do not know the area, the map gave me an approximate time for travel and it was wrong, and Im from out of state here on the recommendation of a friend. I understand I was late, but it wasnt like I was driving around the corner. I trusted Google maps and it was wrong. Nikki was steadfast in her decision. She wouldnt even speak with the doctor about my extenuating circumstances, to see if he could possibly stay a little later to squeeze me in. Im a cash paying customer, not through insurance, who would turn away business? As an RN, I understand both sides of the story, but if an out of town client were in this situation, I most certainly would have tried to help her out. Nikki is not a very far-sighted individual, and does not have the business knowledge needed to run a plastic surgeons office. Too bad for Dr. Castor. The front office is a direct reflection of a business, and she was anything but helpful. Im taking this as a lesson for me, and thinking maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

Not to mention real like pictures and a long time recorded successful surgeries. I have gone on a hunt for the best doctor that I thought was down to earth and really listened to what I want not what he thought would look good on me. Well I found him...... Dr .Castor is a great listener. He knew exactly what I was describing and how he would be able to obtain that look. Now he did give me the pros and cons.... cons being I won't look exactly like Jennifer Lopez but close to it... no just kidding... I really like his staff and place. To be honest I set my surgery date and gave my deposit. So it is all done. So excited and I can't wait for may to come.

Love Dr. Castor-been going to him for a couple of years but it is getting harder and harder to get an appointment. I am forced to book 3-4 months in advance and if something happens and forces me to reschedule it is another lengthy wait. He does good work but plan ahead (way, way ahead).

Dr Castor is extremely professional and you get results. His staff is phenomenal and it feels like a small town post office whenever you go to his office because you are always greeted by name with a friendly smile. I used his services to help get rid of some genetic fat that would not go away no matter how much I worked out and exercised and I was beyond pleased with my results. For what it is worth he is military and veteran friendly. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to work on themselves beyond what they can do in the gym. Also, Terry on the laser hair removal side of the office is also amazing. She will remember the last thing that you talked with her about the last time she saw you even if it was two months ago. She will work with your budget and your schedule. It may take more treatments than you sign up for to get the results of what you are looking for but she will continue your treatments at the price that was originally agreed upon. I truly enjoy going to the office each time I go.

I went to three different plastic surgeons and after spending time consulting with Dr. Castor I immediately told my husband 'he is the one'. He makes you feel very comfortable and he listens to everything you have to say with no rush. The staff is very friendly and the office is beautiful. I had liposuction, tummy tuck, breast lift and breast implants back in May and honestly the recovery was not bad at all. My surgery was done on a Friday and Dr. Castor took time on the weekend to call and check that everything was ok.I am very happy on my decision and I recommend this fine doctor to anybody.

Dr Castor performed my Mommy Makeover (tummy tuck, lipo, and breast aug) 2 weeks ago Friday. He was patient and answered all of my questions, and even after having the operation, Dr Castor was available at 2am when I had a concern. His staff is professional, but also very empathetic and they have all comforted me when I needed it (I was a big baby and was nervous). Aside from all of this, the results I've experienced are even better than I expected. I'm very pleased. Granted, it's only been 2 weeks so I know it will get even better.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR. My daughter had breast implants with this incompetent doctor and contracted a terrible infection in which the implants had to be removed in an emergency procedure. She went there several times complaining about some infection in her incision and he blew her off. She went to another plastic surgeon and he removed her implants immediately. Dr. Castor never called her to see how she was doing and denied any wrong doing. Needless to say my daughter is still paying the implants and I am paying a 20,000 medical bill caused by the infection. By the way the implants were sent to the company and no reports of that lot number being infected so the infection was contracted in his office. If a doctor performs surgery in his own office he is trying to hide something. I have never had a surgical procedure performed in a physicians office.

Breast AugmentationWife's comments: 1st appointment - very considerate of the sensitive nature of the surgery- walked through the available choices- accurate account of what to expect after surgery- nurse was very helpful with payment options 2nd appointment- tried on the bra with different size implants and had a definite idea of what I wanted. I wish I listened to the doc and used the size he recommended surgery.I am pathologically shy and it was really hard for me to for breast enhancement surgery. i thought I would never be able to make an eye contact with any of the surgical team. I was so much relieved to meet a most caring nurses and anesthesiologist who cheered me up and gave just the right amount of attention and privacy. I also had hard time waking up from the anesthesia and no one rushed me to leave the facility. Follow up visitsThe scars healed very well, no issues. As always doc was very attentive and answered all my questions. Husband's comments:Dr. Castor was professional and did excellent work. In the month of March I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Castro. I first met his staff and they were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I was at first very nervous because I have never had any surgery prior to this. I was escorted by one of his staff members to a room where my consultation was going to be held. I felt that the staff were going out of their way to help me and tended to my every need. I then met Dr. Castro very shortly after I was brought back. Dr. Castro introduced himself and explained the surgery with me and made everything seem all about me. He made me feel more than comfortable due to my husband also being in the room. My husband was also asking multiple questions about my procedure. On March 14th I had a muscle repair, a breast augmentation, a tummy tuck and liposuction. My surgery took a total of 4 1/2 hours. About 20 minutes after I was ready to go home. My breast never hurt and I went from a B cup to a D cup. My only soreness was from my tummy tuck but over counter medicine took care of that. I was up and walking around the next day. I would like to thank Dr. Castro and his wonderful caring professional staff and highly recommend them to any woman who would like to feel better bout themselves. I LOVE LOVE this physician - HE is a TRUE master of the trade of body Art/ improvements. I have seen more than 4 surgeons over the years and NONE compare to his demeanor and his SKILL! I had many plastic surgeries before and could not keep the 'isolated fat pockets from building' despite my heavy workout and lifting exercises. I was tried of it. I have been to Dr Castor once for major lipo suction and then fat injections into my face. The first procedure was done over a year and I healed well over the first 3 months wearing a tight compression garment. I was SUPER pleased with the results. I lost inches and working out helped tremendously. I have always been fit and active; but needed some problems areas addressed to feel fully confident in my look. The staff is always kind and informative. Angela is a sweetheart and so is Terry and Stacy. I went back recently for some 'touch ups' on some lumpy bumpy areas and healing up well after a few weeks. He is the master of facial imperfections as long as you are realistic in your expectants. Fat does not always stay in those areas. Although, He is an ARTIST in body sculpting and won't take out more than is needed but what is BEST to achieve symmetry across the board and boost your confidence. It is not about perfection but mostly about loving your body and seeing yourself staying active to increase your overall results for a lifetime. He was a blessing to me. Dr. Castor takes TIME to hear your concerns and expresses interest in always helping his patients achieve lasting results. He is brilliant, demure, and compassionate. He is calm and cool all the time. He is Never anxious or pushy. The cost of all procedures is known and there are no hidden fees- he makes only the minimum and makes sure that his staff is well managed so that they keep you comfortable during anesthesia. TOM was terrific and made sure the needle never hurt my arm. The doctor always LISTENS and has a funny sense of humor that is so contagious. I have recommended family members now to see him and they are enthusiastic about getting their needs met as well. Choose him on the first appointment and do not shop the docs in south tampa if you Love a great demeanor and perfect skill! He is the BEST and he is humble! A true blessing :)

Do not come here for vasor lipo. I am so disappointed, I had vaser lipo here and part of my abs were not done, plus I had two giant holes right next to my belly button.I had to come back, pay another $200 and go thru the procedure, pain etc again and I still have a hole in my abs!! It is very visible. So after spending over $5000 here I now have to find another doctor, pay another couple thousand and go thru the procedure a third time to get rid of the holes in my belly! :((((( Also, after the second procedure I never heard from the office again, no follow up, nothing. :(
