I wish I could give this more stars! I can't explain how amazing the entire staff is. Dr. Watt has the BEST bedside manner. I've always wanted to get a lift/ augment, and I've always been too scared to actually go through with it. From the first call I made to schedule my consultation, I knew this was the place to go. Not only did the staff make me feel welcome, they made me feel comfortable in my decision. They also were so excited with me along the way. I am urging you, if you're considering doing ANYTHING, go see Dr. Watt! I've had the most incredible experience thus far, and can't wait to continue going back!

Dr.Watt is such an amazing surgeon. He takes the time to really get to know his patients and what results they are looking for. He is very honest which is great. He verbally explains the procedures very well so you arent blind sided the day of your surgery. I have never had surgery before so I was very nervous but he made sure to make sure I was okay even when he wasnt in the office. The office staff and nurses are also the sweetest people. They make sure to greet you every time you come and answer any questions you may have. It a very nice inviting environment. I will never go see another surgeon if I plan on getting anything else. I reached out via Instagram to set up my initial appointment which was a free virtual consult since we were in the middle of a pandemic. Let me tell you that from the very beginning his staff is very responsive and detailed. (Avery and Aja you two awesome!) I really can't recommend Dr. Marcadis and his staff enough. The Marcadis practice is like the Four Seasons of plastic surgery. From the moment you walk in, there is a sense of calm and luxury. You can tell that the atmosphere is positive and everyone you interface with is enjoying themselves...it is clearly a great place to work. The scheduling staff is top notch, the nurses are incredible, my PA literally and figuratively held my hand during this whole process, the anesthesiologist was a doctor (not a nurse) and he was amazing, Dr. Marcadis is a literal genius with his work and if you got this far in the review please just do yourself a favor and go to this office for any of your plastic surgery needs. They're the best. Period.

I had a breast augmentation 3months ago with Dr.Marcadis. I literally can not say enough great things about Dr.Marcadis, his nurse Sherri, and overall everyone in the office. Before surgery they answered my many questions and concerns. Surgery went great immediately post op, I had minimal pain and with in a couple days had no pain at all. Even now at 3months post op they were happy to answer questions that I had. I am EXTREMELY happy with my results and even happier that I picked this office. Dr Watt and the staff here are absolutely amazing, from hydrafacials, injections to surgery you can trust their knowledge and know you are in amazing hands! I came here for a breast revision, I previously had saline implants and the plastic surgeon had made my pocket too large making them saggy. Dr. Watt put silicone implants in and did his amazing mini lift on me (I wasnt ready for a full lift) and they are so unbelievably perfect. I couldnt have asked for a better result or comfort! I also decided to opt for HD lipo suction which gives you the natural abs with the Renuvion and my nice frame was suddenly everything I worked out so hard for. I recommend everyone here, you shouldnt go anywhere else! Hes a PLASTIC surgeon and they have their own OR in house which is JCAHO accredited ( that is the same accreditation hospitals have!) do your research...they are the best!

Dr. Marcadis performed a maxopesty with implants on me 3 days ago and already the results are AMAZING! I have had zero pain, just minimal discomfort immediately after the surgery. All were highly rated, but without a doubt, Dr. Marcadis and his staff stood out amongst the others.Beginning with the pre-op exam two days before the procedure, to the pre-procedure prep the day of and then the actual procedure, Dr. Marcadis and Shari, Jaclyn, Jessica, and Betsy; the staff that assisted, we nothing more than perfect in their professionalism, care and support. Three years ago, I decided I wanted to downsize my breast implants that I had gotten 10 years before.. I was a 34DD, way too big for my small frame. From time to time, I went for consults with various plastic surgeons where I live in San Francisco.. I don't know, for some reason I never felt 100% confident that these doctors were listening to me. It's as if they agreed I could go smaller but didn't want to place anything small enough to make a noticeable difference. Many of them insisted I would need a lift and generally I felt like a 'number' in their massively busy practices. I even consulted with one very well known surgeon who is often on TV, even she didn't seem to be able to grasp what I wanted and I didn't have the confidence to go thru with it, even though I booked a surgery date a year ago, I canceled a month before when I was unsure that she understood how much smaller I wanted to go.Around the same time, I began frequent business travel to Tampa. I had always heard about Dr Marcadis being 'the one' you go to for breast work - in fact, one guy I knew in Tampa had told me his wife who is also a doctor, chose Marcadis to do her breast work (always a good sign!). I even had friends in Boca tell me 'he's the best of the best'. My only issue was living across country... I went in for a consult anyway, and came out of it never more sure or any decision I had ever made. 3,000 mile flight across country to have Dr M do my surgery was a small price to pay. He completely repeated back to me in the most respectful way that he understood AND agreed I was way too large, he was very empathetic when I told him I was having back pain from it too. Suddenly the logistics of flying across country for surgery were no big deal at all. His staff was extremely accommodating and it eased my mind even more when they told me patients have even come from other counties to have Dr M do their surgery. Truly I can see why this is the case.The day of my surgery, I wasn't even nervous. Normally I would be anxious but their surgical team was fantastic and I felt like I was in for a spa treatment instead of surgery.. it was a very calming and relaxing environment. I never once had the jitters - you just know that you are receiving the BEST care out there! Once my surgery was over, my recovery was flawless and I was given very good and easy to understand instructions on care. I felt very good after surgery, it was just as expected. I totally credit Dr M and his team for my fast recovery - I didn't have to worry about a thing, they addressed all of my questions and concerns in advance which allowed me to simply rest and recover.At my post-op appt, I nearly cried! I was the exact size I had dreamed of being, but did not think was possible. Dr M is so low-key, no ego at all, I don't think he realizes that he changed my entire outlook on myself. I cannot rave enough about Dr Marcadis and his staff. He is worthy of your trust and truly is a perfectionist who wants you to be happy. Flying across country to have him do my surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you Dr M, I am eternally grateful for your talents and how good I now feel about my body.

I am sure Dr. Marcadis has skills to give patients bigger breasts, a face lift, and other common procedures. But would I would not go to him ever or recommend him. I had a consult with Dr. Marcadis recently. What I encountered was a plastic surgeon who displayed professional jealousy toward another, contempt toward a patient and a deplorable lack of compassion bordering on abuse. IA surgeon who who treats people who go to him for help with arrogance and meanness is someone you don't need to put your life into. I have been through horrible times the past 5 years after a well-known Miami surgeon bullied me into a fascia lip lift procedure. just wanted my chin muscles and thus, lip, put back into place. The Miami doc did a procedure that was contraindicated and then botched it. The end result scars, nerve damage and the problem was worse. Not every surgeon has the skill to reconstruct when another makes a mistake -- no matter how the patient is suffering. Sars on the face, disfigurement, disability in speech is a nightmare. But those things are not the patient's fault, something Marcadis doesn't get. I went to Dr. Marcadis in good faith recently to ask about what I could do to look my best, and also to get his (educated?) view of what might help bring me into proportion. I just want to look as normal as possible I said. Dr. Marcadis went on about how at certain ages women go through 'changes' -- he told me I was getting old and said well you have had so many surgeries. I told him, I know that. I am 57 -- but all I wanted was to look my best, and have my features look as normal as possible. Not all surgeons want to work on people who are going to turn out less than stellar. But I would never go to a surgeon -- no matter what the circumstance or how he sells himself -- if he only takes on already beautiful people and is hostile to the suffering of others - and blames we patients for the mistakes their pals make. I wouldn't go to him due to his lack of manners and his insults. There is no excuse. I think I was reasonable and asked good questions. If any surgeon in any field shows such a deplorable lack of compassion and grasp of what we patients go through when someone injures or damages us, especially our face and nerves of movement, that is not a doctor I would want doing anything. He talked about how he wouldn't want to do surgery because of the surgery I've had (I had subcision five times to try to release tacked down scar tissue, three attempts to restore my chin muscles into proper place). He made it sound like it was my fault for what happened to me -- please note, that speaks volumes about his mentality -- and made me sound stupid for wanting to look my best and just not worth the effort. The lack of success of the two early procedures had nothing to do with anything I did or did not do. I also sensed his professional jealousy when I mentioned another surgeon's work and recommendation -- this kind of thing is childish & should tell prospective patients to look elsewhere. If he does make a mistake, what will he do? Blame the patient? Will he be there to stick with you to help you? Does he lack that much depth of understanding of what we patients go through when a surgeon causes us horrific injury? If so is that someone you want working on you? Do you want a surgeon who lacks the basic intellect that he can't say, 'well I am not good at that but let me recommend so and so.' Do you want a surgeon who is so arrogant he can only insult a person who has already suffered? I was polite to him, I arrived early, I stated my request clearly and it was nothing that would upset anyone. So, do you want to spend money on someone who doesn't have a heart? On a surgeon you don't matter to? Beware of surgeons who can only look good by cherry picking people and behave boorish to those of us who have endured a terrible time in our money-fueled health care system.

If you are reading these reviews you are a person who does their homework. If you are considering Dr Marcadis you are about to make one of the best decisions of your life! The first time I walked into Dr Marcadis's office I was 30yrs old, In Oct I turned 47! I would never ever trust anyone else! I live in Orlando and make the drive to Tampa even for botox and filler. I made the mistake of going to a cheaper place in Orlando for filler :( I thought I'd save money and I had to go to Dr Marcadis to fix the mistakes and it ended up costing more then if I would have just gone to him in the first place. I am getting ready to move to Atlanta and you can bet I will be making the trip to Tampa when I need to. Dr Marcadis has performed breast augmentation, eye lid lifts and lipo suction on me also. So I know first hand he is a very skilled surgeon as well. That being said skill is really all you can ask for in a plastic surgeon. The bonus is he is one of the most caring Dr's I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He truly cares about people and will tell you the truth even if you don't want to hear it! The facility is very private and first rate! The staff is top notch and his nurse and right hand Sherry is absolutely awesome!!! You will never regret your decision if you choose this amazing Dr!!!
