Dr. Bass and the staff at Advanced Dermatology are always very friendly and protective of the patients that have to come to the office for an appointment especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. Since my very 1st visit to the office to have a spot on my arm looked at and it being diagnosed with Melanoma and having to come back to have a body scan and have some spots removed in the office , I always feel very confident that Dr. Bass will take excellent care of me. He always explains to me why,how we will remove a spot. God bless you Dr. Bass and everyone at your office.

It was great! My appointment was a follow up on a dark sunspot on my cheek that Kevin had prescribed some cream to fade it and it had not worked. Kevin froze it along with a skin bump behind my right knee. The bump behind my knee is gone & the sunspot is peeling & fading.

The staff was really nice, polite and very helpful. Dr. Bass was very patient and answer all my questions. I did wait a hour before I was called to the back, maybe because it was my first visit. But I will recommend to others.

I had an excellent experience with removing a fairly sizable cyst on the back of my head. I haven't received a bill yet so I cannot speak on the price, but the facility was clean, the receptionists, nurse, and doctor were all professional, courteous, and otherwise everything you would hope for. I will wait to receive my bill and if it is agreeable I will be returning to get more work done in the future.

I have to say that both of my appointments went good & pretty smoothly. Including the check out. Wait times are very reasonable, office is always clean. But there are two important improvements that I feel need to be considered & made. #1 I'm disabled & have to use a walker, & on my last appointment I needed to use the bathroom. I tried 2 different bathrooms & both of them I could not get into & turned around to close the door. Plus the door would not close at all with me in the bathroom stall. So I'm suggesting that they take the time & money's needed to update their bathroom to what the legal regulations are for the disabled. #2 You put out pamphlets & small products samples for the patients (us) to get if we are interested in the possible products, but want to test it out 1st before we buy the bigger size. Well I have gotten some pamphlets & a few samples on my way to check out, only to look up & see the expressions on some of the employees as if I was stealing something. Which I had asked for permission before hand if I could get a few & was told: 'Yes, that's why these are there on the counter, for the patients to try out. When I looked up & experienced that type of non-verbal reception after being given permission, it was very extremely embarrassing/humiliating. So I feel like if the product samples are put out on the counter for us then (us) patients should not be receiving any type of negative reception from any of the employees, especially after we(patients) ask for permission first. But otherwise my experiences were of the positive nature!

A very busy place, book your appointments well, well an advanced. There is most likely to be waiting time on your appointment as well.

Waiting time way to long, after signing in. Did not receive the information tablet upon arrival, more time wasted filling in the tablet. Again more time waiting before seeing dermatologist. I suggest a better sign in process and better patient schedule.

Horrible management and horrible PAs. I went in to get seen for acne and the Pa was in and out in 10 minutes. He didnt diagnose me with anything, didnt run labs, just touched my cheeks and sent me home to come back again in a month. The manger told me she couldnt do anything if the P.A. werent good and couldnt even apologize she could only talk to them. Then gave me a story about how some doctors are nice and some are mean.

WOW..A.M.A.Z.I.N.G From the Front Desk To The Women At the Check Out & ALL in between.. I am new to town and this was my 1st Time at this office, I read the reviews before choosing this office and one thing that stuck out was their Great office staff and boy were they Right On ESPECIALLY the Reviews about KEVIN the P.A.! My main reason for seen a dermatologist was re: my hair but I also had a small list of cosmetic requests as well so I wasnt sure if seeing a PA was who I really needed to see I was kind of hoping for a doctor SO I THOUGHT..but after speaking to the receptionist and reading the reviews about Kevin I decided to go ahead and see him AND BOY IM SOOO GLAD I DID!!! He was such a good listener & Extremely Knowledgeable & ordered an array of lab work & answered all my questions not just about my important issue but my cosmetic ones as well.. I walked out with a handful of prescriptions as well as A lot Of New Important information that My Degree from the University of Google did not provide me! Thanks KEVIN & ALL the Women @ Albany Dermatology PS. I know Time is Important to most & I went in on a Wed @ 2:30 my wait time was 10/15 min So A+ for Wait Time as well!!!

I am VERY disappointed with your service. I had two spots biopsied and was called with bad news from a nurse or office worker....they provided absolutely no information. And bedside many was terrible. I asked to be referred to my personal Surgeon and he provided me with a wealth of information and he is not a Dermatologist. I will never use your services again and with suggest my personal doctors not reccomend you again to their patients.

Called this morning at 9:45am to make appt with Kevin Bush. Was told by Gloria that there was an available appt at 11:20 and 11:45 today. I told her that was great because I was off today. I told her that I would take the 11:20 appt. I got dressed and showed up at 11:00 to find out that my appt was on tomorrow. Asked to speak to the office manger and they said that she had already left for lunch at 11:10am. I asked what her name was and they said they only knew her 1st name and not her last name. They told me that my appt was also made by the call center. I got back home and called the number that I called to make my appt and talked to the Gloria that made it and she told me that I was on the books for today at 11:40 and that Carla had taken me off of the schedule . I will not be going back to that office. I will take my P&G insurance somewhere else. I heard that there is a great place in Tifton. Sad that you have to go out of this town to get good treatment.
