Every time I've been to Augusta ENT at either location it's been a great visit. Dr. Wells is so knowledgeable and compassionate. He always takes time to listen to what's going on and educates me really well on my conditions and what potential solutions are available. I've got terrible sinuses and incredibly small sinus passages in my ears and nose and need tubes every few months. I look forward to getting the balloon surgery later this year to help with those problems, but for now, I'm very grateful for his consistent and reliable help with my tubes!

Extremely long wait periods to see the doctor. I liked Dr Wells as a person. Very knowledgeable Frustrating trying to contact and speak to staff. Delayed period to schedule produces. Billing was a nightmareThe allergy clinic has made over 6 mistakes in my treatment. I understand individual are human and errors happen. But six I just cant accept. I contacted several individuals and still am not satisfied. I am not willing to risk any more errors. They certainly are on top of monies you owe but lack in care and curtesy. Never had problems like with with other allergy clinics in other states!

I would never go anywhere else. Customer service is top notch here. I had surgery and was bleeding a lot. The on call dr met me at the office and then called to check on me on Thanksgiving Day! Very appreciate!

God Bless!! This facility is the Only ENT in Georgia that has the best doctor's, knowledge & equipment!! I was very impressed with all the wonderful knowledgeable staff & help!! Dr. Barfield & his nurses were right on point of my needs with my Sjogren's, concerning my painful Salvia Glands!! I would highly recommend & refer this facility and Dr. Barfield to many others!!! If setting in a patient room for 1 hr 10 minutes and counting is your idea of patient care then this place is for you!We still have not seen the Md, but they sure did make sure they got there Co-Pay!I only gave them two stars so that they could have more room to disappoint me.

My first visit and despite my forgetfulness, it went very well. The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Deal was very knowledgeable and caring. I left feeling a bit better after treatment and somewhat hopeful about the future. I have been a patient of the best specialists at Stanford in the past and feel like the standard of care here will be as good or even better as we are now in the future with newer treatments available. I am truly impressed and excited. Thanks to all.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited for an hour in the patient waiting area. When I arrived, there were only 5 people; then, 10 more people came after me. They took 6 of the people who came afterwards.I will no longer seee Dr. Vickery.

I've been waiting an hour to be seen and the dr still hasn't come in yet. It's very disrespectful of patient's time. My appointment was at 3:45 and it's now 4:52. I had to get someone to pick my child up from afterschool bc I wasn't going to make it. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The doctors are great specially Dr. Well but the allergy department are they can be kind of rude I take my daughter there every week to get her allergy shot I have to leave work pick her up from school take her back to downtown to get this shot today we got there at 4:32 p.m. they say they could not gave her the shot because they have put everything up already so I wasted my time and gas plus they were very rude when they said it starting from the front office. Every time I go there I told them I want to give her the shot because is a lot of driving I'm doing to take her to get that shot the nurse always oh yeah we get it approve and teach you how to do it well I'm still waiting and is been over a month already and I keep getting the running around about this.

I have always gone to the Augusta office for myself and my daughters ENT needs as well as my daughters hearing aids. This office has always hands down been the best experience. We had one appointment at the Evans location once and didn't care for it as much because they were backed up and the staff wasn't as friendly. Thanks to the downtown Augusta office for always being kind snd courteous and making my daughter feel at ease!

My daughter just had tubes in her ears here and we can't say enough good things! First, all of the nursing staff are absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, helpful, and they doted on my baby girl. Second, it was SO quick. They got her in and out in no time. Third, her docs were thorough and made sure we knew everything we needed before, during, and after her procedure. We were quite apprehensive having our little girl of only nine months going in for this but we are so grateful for the whole staff making it an easy process and addressing all of our concerns.

They canceled my son appointment last minute after waiting forever for him to be seen not to mention that I took the day off from work just to find out that they rescheduled him to a later day then when I called back the lady that makes the appointments had an attitude!! Staff is wonderful and Dr. James F Kimbroughis excellent. I highly recommend them for everyone who has Allergies! I had chronic sinus infections which led to Bronchitis about 3 or 4 times a year. After getting Sinuplasty surgery and allergy testing and shots I have not had a Sinus infection and Bronchitis in 2 years!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Barfield for about a year for hearing, allergies, and now sleep apnea. In all situations, it was things I've lived with all my life and thought were normal. Dr. Barfield listened, assessed and found the problem. I am over the moon excited - and so is my significant other - that my snoring has completely stopped after this diagnosis. Having such a great success with my nasal issues, I brought my 17 year old to in and she became Dr. Lindmans' patient due to scheduling conflicts. She has had chronic nosebleeds since she was 2 years old and with one visit he stopped them. I am absolutely floored that I did not find this practice earlier!

Hands down just wonderful staff, nurses, and doctor. In particular Dr Lindman is great. He showed great concern for my issues with my enlarged thyroid and even more so b.c i was well into my pregnancy. Even after having my baby he continues to keep tabs on my health. I hate that scope he has to put thru my nose but hey all in the name of science!
